Abstract

L'objet de l'invention est un dispositif permettant de maintenir le marc en immersion ou infusion dans une barrique en bois ou analogue. Ladite barrique comprend une ouverture au niveau d'au moins un fond permettant de la remplir avec de la vendange et une grille d'immersion (ou d'infusion) placée et fixée à l'intérieur de cette dernière permettant de maintenir le marc en immersion.
