DISPOSITIF SANITAIRE ET SON PROCEDE D'INSTALLATION L'invention concerne un dispositif sanitaire et son installation, notamment en vue d'un remplacement d'une baignoire par une douche, dans une cavité d'une pièce d'habitation délimitée par au moins un mur. L'invention concerne aussi le procédé d'installation. L'invention sera plus particulièrement décrite en regard de cette application, sans toutefois y être limitée. En particulier, le dispositif pourrait être une baignoire, notamment à porte. Par ailleurs, le dispositif n'est pas exclusif à une réhabilitation mais peut être destiné à la mise en place d'une installation sanitaire neuve. Il existe aujourd'hui différents systèmes d'installation sanitaire connus, pour remplacer une baignoire par une douche : les systèmes dits monoblocs et ceux dits modulaires. Un système de douche du type monobloc présente un unique module qui joue le rôle de paroi et également de bac receveur. De tels systèmes monoblocs de par leur principe de fabrication possèdent une étanchéité parfaite. Cependant, les systèmes monoblocs présentent quelques inconvénients. En effet, ces systèmes sont lourds pour l'installateur, très encombrants et imposent des voies d'accès appropriées en dimensions jusqu'à la salle d'eau/de bain de l'habitation, en particulier très larges, ce qui est rarement le cas dans les anciennes habitations. 25 30 Par ailleurs, des découpes peu esthétiques sont parfois nécessaires pour palier les problèmes d'équerrage avec les murs. En outre, une fois le système installé, il est impossible d'accéder aux arrivées d'eau et évacuations sans démonter l'intégralité de l'installation au risque d'endommager le monobloc. Les systèmes modulaires de douche sont quant à eux généralement composés d'un bac receveur et de différents blocs ou modules, généralement trois, en forme de caissons aptes à délimiter l'espace de douche. Chaque caisson possède une forme générale parallélépipédique ouverte sur l'une de ses deux faces principales, et comporte ainsi un fond et une paroi périphérique suivant le périmètre. La face extérieure du fond forme la paroi de la douche, tandis que la paroi périphérique du caisson vient en appui par son chant contre le mur. L'intérieur du caisson en regard du mur constitue un vide technique permettant le passage de la tuyauterie. Le principal défaut des systèmes modulaires réside dans des problèmes d'étanchéité entre les modules ainsi que des problèmes d'esthétisme et de niveau entre les différents modules. En outre, en cas de fuite, ces modules à caissons nécessitent de démonter un ou plusieurs d'entre eux pour accéder au vide technique, au risque d'endommager ces derniers. L'invention a donc pour but de résoudre les inconvénients ci-dessus, c'est-à-dire de proposer un dispositif et une installation sanitaire permettant un accès aisé et rapide au vide technique, et ce sans endommager l'installation, en présentant un encombrement réduit, et en réalisant une étanchéité optimale. Selon l'invention, le demandeur résout les inconvénients précités par un dispositif sanitaire tel qu'une douche, destiné à être installé dans une cavité définie par un ou plusieurs murs, comprenant : - une base encastrable horizontalement dans ladite cavité et apte à former un bac receveur d'eau pour recueillir l'eau de la douche et munie d'un moyen d'évacuation, - au moins un élément de paroi, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend : - une paroi sous la forme d'un bandeau destinée à être disposée verticalement, de forme sensiblement complémentaire au pourtour de ladite cavité, apte à créer un volume dit vide technique entre ladite paroi et le ou les murs de ladite cavité, - un élément de recouvrement plan, destiné à être disposé horizontalement, et apte à recouvrir ou chapeauter le vide technique au niveau du bord supérieur du bandeau, et à épouser ou suivre le pourtour des murs sur sa périphérie extérieure et le pourtour dudit bandeau sur sa périphérie intérieure. Ainsi, un tel dispositif est peu encombrant et permet un accès facile et rapide au vide technique et par conséquent à l'ensemble des arrivées d'eau et des éléments de robinetterie. Il suffit en effet de démonter uniquement l'élément de recouvrement. Dans la suite de la description le terme de « hauteur », les qualificatifs « supérieur », « inférieur », « haut » et « bas » d'un élément du dispositif sont utilisés dans le cadre d'une installation normale du dispositif, c'est-à- dire relatif à une notion verticale par rapport à un sol plat horizontal sur lequel serait posé le bac receveur dudit dispositif selon l'invention. Dans la suite de la description, on entend par les termes « interne » et « externe » relatifs aux faces du dispositif, respectivement les faces destinées à être en regard des murs et n'étant pas visibles, et les faces destinées à être en regard de l'environnement extérieur face à l'utilisateur. Le bandeau formant la paroi verticale du dispositif ne présente aucun retour supérieur en direction du mur à la manière d'un caisson de l'art antérieur. Avantageusement, le bandeau vertical est monobloc. Du fait que la paroi est sous la forme d'un unique bandeau vertical, cela limite les problèmes d'étanchéité qui peuvent survenir dans les systèmes modulaires de l'état de l'art. Le bandeau présente un périmètre correspondant au périmètre de la cavité en regard des murs. Selon une caractéristique, le bandeau vertical comporte au moins une paroi de fond et deux parois latérales, ainsi que deux retours de façade (de directions opposées), les retours étant à même de porter contre les bords verticaux de ladite cavité (les murs).
