Abstract

Le dispositif (201) pour détecter une intention de démarrage d'un véhicule à l'arrêt comprenant un moyen de détermination (203) pour déterminer un critère d'intention de démarrage à la saisie d'un véhicule à l'arrêt et un décideur pour former des données de décision fondées sur le critère d'intention de démarrage et comprenant une information indiquant si le véhicule arrêté va ou non démarrer.
