L'invention concerne un appui-tête de siège de véhicule automobile, un siège comprenant un tel appui-tête et un procédé de réalisation d'un tel appui-tête. Il est connu de réaliser un appui-tête de siège de véhicule automobile, ledit appui-tête comprenant : - une armature à base de tube métallique conformé en forme générale de U renversé, - un bloc de mousse moulée élastiquement compressible surmoulant une partie supérieure de ladite armature, de sorte que ladite armature présente en partie inférieure deux tiges d'association à un dossier dudit siège, lesdites tiges saillant dudit bloc vers le bas, - une housse confectionnée, notamment par couture, de revêtement dudit bloc, ladite housse étant pourvue d'au moins une ouverture destinée à permettre son chaussage sur ledit bloc.The invention relates to a motor vehicle seat headrest, a seat comprising such a headrest and a method of producing such a headrest.
