Abstract
Description
The invention relates to vehicles equipped with lighting devices for vehicle interiors, in particular vehicles equipped with a lighting device for a passenger compartment. of a motor vehicle. As known to those skilled in the art, some vehicles, including automotive type, have a roof (or roof) that is at least partially transparent. This is particularly the case of sunroofs and panoramic roofs (sometimes called "cielos"). The transparent areas of these pavilions consist of glass parts, are generally located centrally, and therefore prohibit the establishment of central light sources (or ceiling lights) for illuminating the passenger compartment from the top of the vehicle. In addition, some pavilions are sometimes equipped with a device that is intended to obscure at least part of their (their) transparent area (s) and therefore makes it more difficult to implement source (s) of light in the upper part of the vehicle. Document FR2948068 is particularly known, a device for concealing a vehicle roof comprising light guides disposed under the sliding rails of the concealment element. On the one hand, the light guides and the light sources are integrated into the concealer making the two functions indissociable and, on the other hand, the illumination restored by the light guides is diffused towards the top of the vehicle to illuminate the light. upper part of the vehicle. This type of lighting is therefore reserved, due to its location and geometry, to ambient lighting and does not allow illumination of the lower part of the vehicle. The invention therefore aims to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks. It proposes for this purpose a vehicle having a roof of which at least an inner portion is curved in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle according to a determined evolutionary radius of curvature, characterized in that it comprises light profiles arranged parallel to each other with a constant pitch , and extending parallel to the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, and in that each light section is curved beforehand in its great direction, along a same constant radius of curvature corresponding to the smallest radius of curvature of the inner part of the roof, considered over the entire transverse profile of the inner part of the roof; the elastic deformation of the light section in the longitudinal direction being determined so that the light profiles support, over their entire length, over the entire transverse profile of said inner portion when the profiles are mounted on the inner portion. According to one characteristic, the light profiles have an isosceles trapezoidal cross-section, each luminous section comprising two plane faces parallel to each other and of different width, the face of greater width being able to reflect the light defining a reflecting surface and the face of more small width, opaque to light, supporting one or more light sources capable of emitting light in the direction of the reflecting surface, and the side faces of each section, respectively connecting the two parallel faces, being transparent to the light. According to another characteristic, the smaller-width face of each luminous profile supports a strip of LEDs spaced by a determined constant pitch, the active lighting faces of which are oriented towards the reflecting surface of the face of greater width of the luminous profile. . According to another characteristic, the light profiles are devoid of a wider face; the latter being replaced by a reflective band belonging to the inner part of the roof. According to another characteristic, the inner part of the roof corresponds to the internal face of at least one glazed part of the roof. Other features and advantages of the invention will appear on examining the detailed description below, and the accompanying drawings, in which: - Figure 1 illustrates an exploded perspective view showing the frame of a part of the occluder roof (flag) glazed, equipped with a lighting device according to the invention, and the glazed portion; FIG. 2 schematically illustrates, in a partial sectional view in a transverse plane, perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of a vehicle, a flag equipped with the concealer and the lighting device according to the invention, FIG. illustrates a perspective view of a portion of the passenger compartment of a motor vehicle equipped with the lighting device according to the invention; - Figure 4 illustrates a profile of the lighting device, along its large longitudinal dimension, before mounting under the flag, with a maximum reference curve (minimum radius of curvature of the transverse profile of the flag); and - Figure 5 illustrates the same profile after deformation, once mounted under the flag in a portion of its less curved transverse profile (maximum radius of curvature of the transverse profile of the flag). In the figures, the common elements are marked with the same references. The different elements are represented in the figures according to the same orthonormal frame X Y Z corresponds to the reference generally used to represent a vehicle in space. Longitudinal means a direction parallel to the longitudinal axis XX 'of the vehicle considered from the front of the vehicle towards the rear thereof and passing through the plane of symmetry of the vehicle, and transversely, a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. FIG. 1 shows, by an exploded view, an exemplary embodiment, not limiting, of a lighting device 1 according to the invention mounted on a moonlight cover 2 of a vehicle and, in FIG. 2, a partial cross-sectional view, along the sectional axis II-11 of Figure 1, of the occulting assembly and lighting device, mounted on the inner face of the flag. Cielo 3 will subsequently be considered as a constituent part of the vehicle roof and therefore as the roof and the vehicle itself. The same reference 3 will serve to designate both the sky, the flag and the vehicle itself. We also consider the "inner face" of the flag 3 as that which is oriented towards the interior of the passenger compartment H, as opposed to the external face of the flag 3 which is oriented towards the outside of the passenger compartment H.
Le cadre 20 supportant les deux rails 31 est fermé par deux barres transversales d'extrémité 32 reliant respectivement les extrémités des deux rails 31.Furthermore, it is considered in the following, by way of non-limiting example, the flag 3 is panoramic type (or cielo), but it could also be a sunroof, for example. The concealer 2 comprises a frame 20 of generally rectangular shape supporting two sliding means 31 which are intended to be installed substantially parallel in two upper lateral zones of the vehicle. The lateral zones are here substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction XX 'of the vehicle (that is to say the direction in which its dimension is the largest). "Lateral" means here a portion or zone that extends parallel to the longitudinal direction XX 'of the vehicle. The frame 20 supporting the two rails 31 is closed by two transverse end bars 32 respectively connecting the ends of the two rails 31.
Les faces actives d'éclairage des LEDs 15 sont orientées vers la surface réfléchissante 13.Each rail 31 is in the form of a section (obtained by molding and / or extrusion) defining a "U" rail which is arranged to allow the sliding, inside the "U", of a lateral edge of a concealment element 33 adapted to be deployed from a storage position to an extended occultation position. Each rail 31 may for example be made of metal (eg aluminum) extruded or molded plastic (or injected). The occulting element 32 may for example be a curtain or a fabric which is at least partially occulting (e). It comprises two opposite transverse edges, substantially perpendicular to its lateral (or longitudinal) edges and which for one of them is for example secured to a winding axis YY '. The lighting device 1 comprises profiles 10 of isosceles trapezoidal cross section, arranged parallel to each other and parallel to the longitudinal direction XX 'of the vehicle, spaced with a constant pitch. In the example illustrated in Figure 1, the number of profiles is fourteen for a sky width of 900 mm with a pitch of 60 mm. Each profile 10 comprises two flat faces 11 and 12, parallel to each other and of different widths. The face of greater width 12 is constituted or covered, on its inner face facing the passenger compartment H, with a material reflecting light to define a reflecting surface 13. The smaller-width side 11 is opaque to light or covered, on its face 14 facing the reflecting surface 13, a light-opaque material. The face 14 supports one or more light sources 15 able to emit light in the direction of the reflecting surface 13. In a variant, the profiles 10 are devoid of a greater width of the face; the latter being replaced by a reflective band belonging to the glass part. It can be stained in the mass or obtained by screen printing. The faces, or wings, side 16 and 17 of each profile 10, respectively connecting the two parallel faces 11 and 12, are transparent to light. The ends of each profile 10 are mechanically interconnected and held on the transverse end bars 32 of the frame of the shield, by their faces of smaller widths 11. The transverse end bars 32, supporting the profiles 10, are disposed in a plane different from that in which the concealment element 33 is deployed. In the example described, the main plane in which the transverse end bars 32 extend is above the main plane in which the occulting element 33 is deployed. In the example described, the transverse end bars 32 comprise notches whose inner profile corresponds substantially to the outer profile of the profiles10. It is therefore the pitch of the notches which fixes the pitch of the profiles 10. The light source (s) 15 comprise a series of light-emitting diodes (or LEDs), arranged for example in the form of an LED strip in which the LEDs are spaced a constant pitch determined, for example, 30 mm. The active lighting faces of the LEDs 15 are oriented towards the reflecting surface 13.
By way of nonlimiting example, each light source 15 may, for example, emit a white or colored light. The number and size of each section 10 are of course determined according to the width of the sky 3 and the desired effect.
With this arrangement, the lighting device 1, indirect lighting type, allows to diffuse into the cabin is a low intensity light, to create a soothing ambient lighting, or a high intensity light to be able to illuminate inside the cabin and / or create a dynamic atmosphere. 1 o To ensure that the faces of great width 12 of the profiles 10 bear on the inner face of Cielo 3 after mounting, it is necessary to take into account the radius of curvature of the transverse profile of Cielo 3 (following the Y axis of the orthonormal coordinate system) also referred to as "curve". The lower the radius of curvature, the more the transverse profile is "curved". The radius of curvature, or curvature, of a cielo 3 is not generally constant over the entire transverse profile of cielo 3. It is generally rather "evolutionary". With reference to FIG. 4, to take account of the evolutionary curve 20 imposed by the design of the vehicle, without complicating the process of producing the profiles 10 and thus of the lighting device 1 according to the invention, the profiles 10 are previously shaped according to one and the same generatrix in their great direction (along the X axis of the orthonormal coordinate system), to present the same constant radius of curvature 25 corresponding to the smallest radius of curvature "r" of Cielo 3 considered throughout the transverse profile of the cielo 3. The distance between the medium "0" of the length of the profile 10 and the plane P on which the two free ends of the profile 10 rest (the profile 10 being free of stress) defines a "F" arrow oriented in the direction Z. The elastic deformation of the profile 10 in its longitudinal direction X and vertical Z is determined so that the face of greater width 12 of each section 10 supports rrectement, without play, over its entire length and over the entire transverse profile of the inner face of cielo 3 once the assembly is completed. FIG. 5 illustrates the profile 10 in a constrained configuration, a situation corresponding to the case where the radius of curvature R of the transverse profile of cielo 3 is greater than the radius of curvature r. The arrow F is then reduced and the longitudinal distribution of the profile 10 on the plane P is greater than that of the section 10 in an unrestrained configuration as illustrated in FIG. 4. The variation of the arrow F for a length of profile 10 The meter is about 5 mm. To be able to allow longitudinal deformation of the sections 10 at the time of assembly, one of the ends of the sections 10 is free to slide inside the retaining slots arranged in one of the transverse bars 32 of the end of the frame 20 '. occulteur 2; the other ends being attached to their respective slots.
