L'invention se rapporte à un appareil (100) de traitement des aliments comportant : - un bloc (101) moteur surmonté d'une cuve (106) munie d'une cheminée (108) disposée selon un axe (104) ; - un outil (109) de traitement des aliments comprenant un moyeu (110) externe et un moyeu (124) interne muni de moyens (126) d'accouplement avec un moyen (103) d'entraînement en rotation selon l'axe relié au bloc moteur, la cheminée prenant place entre le moyeu interne et le moyeu externe, l'outil comprenant en outre au moins deux parties (111, 112) actives s'étendant depuis le moyeu externe, le moyeu externe de l'outil étant muni d'une masselotte (117) disposée au-dessus des plans (115, 116) passant par des centres (113, 114) de gravité de chacune des parties actives.
