Abstract

The device has an operation lever (6) articulated around an axis (5) and diametrically passing through a housing recess (4') of a bolt (4). A profile (6') of the operation lever is formed in a circular shape and locally adjusted to outwardly cross a housing recess (3'') of a sleeve so as to be fitted with a slide (8). The slide is pushed back by a compression spring (10) on the sleeve to block the slide against a tooth (3') by a wedging process. The slide is supported on a bottom part of the housing recess according to extreme positions after angular displacement (alpha) of the slide.

Description

- 1 - La présente invention concerne un dispositif de commande de verrou de pales repliables manuellement autour de leur seule broche d'attache sur les rotors de giravions. La commande du verrou de blocage en rotation pour les pales repliables manuellement autour de leur unique broche d'attache sur leur manchon n'est pas toujours assurée d'une manière immédiate surtout lorsque ce verrou est logé et coulissant à l'intérieur de ce dernier, que ce soit à l'aide d'un outillage ou directement à la main, notamment sur les rotors des gros giravions hauts par rapport au sol. Il en est de même pour l'assemblage ou la dépose assez longue et délicate de ce dispositif comprenant généralement plus d'un point de fixation sur le manchon. Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de remédier à ces 15 inconvénients. Il comporte en effet selon une première caractéristique un levier de commande ° traversant diamétralement son manchon comprenant pour cela une chape externe à partir de laquelle il s'articule à l'une de ses deux extrémités pour se prolonger 20 ensuite avec un profil circulaire à mi-longueur et logé dans une mortaise du verrou central de la pale à travers laquelle il transmet la translation de celui-ci pour se poursuivre enfin, toujours dans le sens de sa longueur, à travers la fente mortaisée du manchon de manière à être équipé à sa 25 seconde extrémité, hors de celui-ci, d'un coulisseau, en forme de lanterne par exemple, dans laquelle un ressort de compression et une bague goupillée permettent toujours son repoussage vers le manchon et contre la dent à profil trapézoïdal prévue pour cela sur celui-ci de façon à bloquer 30 par coincement ce levier de commande en fond de mortaise de ce même manchon selon la position choisie : verrouillage de la pale pour le vol au déverrouillage pour son repliage. Le blocage du levier (6) du dispositif peut donc ainsi se faire par son coincement entre cette dent et le fond de la mortaise (3") du manchon grâce à l'action en direction de celui-ci du ressort de compression (10) sur le coulisseau (8) agissant alors sous forme de "coin". Le profil (8') du coulisseau (8) permet la saisie correcte et facile de celui-ci par enfourchement des deux griffes (14) d'une perche (13) manipulée par un opérateur au sol afin d'assurer l'articulation du levier de commande (6) du verrou (4) suivant un angle (a) ainsi .que son immobilisation sur le manchon, tell ê que décrite précédemment, selon la position désirée de la pale (1) autour de sa .broche d'attache 20 (2).
