Abstract

Aujourd'hui, la carte verte d'assurance version papier cause un certain nombre de problème autant pour les compagnies que pour les usagers. La solution est numériser cette carte verte afin de la mettre à jour en temps réel et à distance.

Description

DESCRIPTION DE L'INVENTION La présente invention concerne un dispositif que l'on a intitulé carte verte numérique « cvn ». Elle consiste à être posé sur le pare-brise d'une automobile, d'une moto ou tout autres véhicule terrestres à moteur sous la forme d'un écran de 50 millimètre sur 50 millimètre et qui peut aussi être intégré dans le 10 pare-brise. On connait la carte verte d'assurance en version papier. Elle est éditée par un agent d'assurance, courtier en assurance ou tous autres intermédiaires en assurance. Elle constitue une présomption d'assurance pour les automobilistes ou motards sans toutefois être une preuve absolue de garantie et 15 peut être présentée aux autorités de police ou de gendarmerie lors d'un contrôle routier. En effet un contrat peut être suspendu, résilié pour quelques raisons que ce soit en cour d'année. Elle attestera avec certitude que le véhicule est garanti par une police d'assurance ou résilié et suspendu à l'instant T. De plus, le dispositif permettra de sécuriser les compagnies d'assurance ou grossistes contre d'éventuelles fraudes perpétré autant par leurs intermédiaires, que par des particuliers. La carte verte numérique se présentera sous la forme d'un écran digital d'environ 50 millimètres sur 50 millimètres de dimension et d'environ 7 millimètres d'épaisseur qui s'apposera sur le pare-brise. La vue de face : fond vert où seront inscrites les informations réglementaire en noir. La vue de derrière : 2 diodes, une de couleur verte qui informera l'automobiliste que son contrat est actif et l'autre de couleur rouge l'informera que le contrat est suspendu ou résilié. La carte verte numérique sera connectée aux réseaux télécom mobiles grâce à une puce d'opérateur 40 intégré qui permettra la mise à jour de celle-ci. Elle sera alimentée en énergie solaire. 30 35 1
