Description
L'invention concerne un composant de garnissage d'un siège de véhicule automobile et un procédé de réalisation d'un tel composant. Il est connu de réaliser un composant de garnissage d'un siège de véhicule automobile, ledit composant comprenant : - un bloc de rembourrage en mousse élastiquement compressible, ledit bloc comprenant une face d'appui, une tranche périphérique et une face d'envers, - une coiffe de revêtement de ladite face d'appui et d'au moins une partie de ladite tranche, ladite coiffe étant surmoulée par ledit bloc, - une plaque rigide de recouvrement de ladite face d'envers, ladite plaque étant surmoulée par ledit bloc, - une sangle associée à ladite plaque par insertion d'au moins l'une de ses extrémités à travers un orifice prévu dans ladite plaque, ladite extrémité étant fixée à un élément d'ancrage rigide de taille supérieure à celle dudit orifice et plaqué contre la périphérie intérieure dudit orifice, de sorte que ledit organe soit ancré par ledit orifice. Un composant tel que décrit ci dessus est typiquement un élément central de dossier arrière rabattable depuis une position d'appui dos, où la plaque est cachée et sensiblement verticale, vers une position d'utilisation où la plaque est disposée horizontalement pour recevoir des objets. Dans le cas où l'on souhaite réaliser un composant dont le bloc de mousse surmoule la plaque et la coiffe, afin notamment d'assurer une robustesse optimale dudit composant, on injecte un mélange précurseur de mousse dans l'espace délimité par ladite plaque et ladite coiffe qui ont été au préalable disposés dans un moule.The invention relates to a lining component of a motor vehicle seat and a method of producing such a component. A component as described above is typically a central backrest element foldable from a backrest position, where the plate is hidden and substantially vertical, to a position of use where the plate is arranged horizontally to receive objects. In the case where it is desired to produce a component whose foam block overmoulds the plate and the cap, in particular to ensure optimum strength of said component, is injected a precursor mixture of foam in the space defined by said plate and said cap which have been previously arranged in a mold.
La présence d'un orifice de fixation de la bande élastique dans la plaque risque de conduire à une fuite de mousse à travers ledit orifice lors de son expansion, ceci du fait d'un placage insuffisant de l'élément d'ancrage rigide contre la périphérie intérieure de l'orifice, ladite mousse débordant sur la face visible de la plaque, ce qui est esthétiquement préjudiciable. Par ailleurs, l'élément d'ancrage doit présenter une rigidité suffisante pour assurer un bon ancrage. Il faut donc concilier pour l'élément d'ancrage deux propriétés antagonistes : - d'une part il doit présenter une rigidité suffisante pour assurer sa fonction d'ancrage, - d'autre part il doit présenter une souplesse suffisante pour se conformer au mieux à la périphérie intérieure de l'orifice pendant l'expansion de ladite mousse, afin d'éviter des fuites de mousse. L'invention a pour but de proposer un agencement permettant de répondre simultanément à ces exigences. A cet effet et selon un premier aspect, l'invention propose un composant de garnissage d'un siège de véhicule automobile, ledit composant comprenant : - un bloc de rembourrage en mousse élastiquement compressible, ledit bloc comprenant une face d'appui, une tranche périphérique et une face d'envers, - une coiffe de revêtement de ladite face d'appui et d'au moins une partie de ladite tranche, ladite coiffe étant surmoulée par ledit bloc, - une plaque rigide de recouvrement de ladite face d'envers, ladite plaque étant surmoulée par ledit bloc, - une sangle associée à ladite plaque par insertion d'au moins l'une de ses extrémités à travers un orifice prévu dans ladite plaque, ladite extrémité étant fixée à un élément d'ancrage de taille supérieure à celle dudit orifice et plaqué contre la périphérie intérieure dudit orifice, de sorte que ledit organe soit ancré par ledit orifice, ledit élément étant sous forme d'un flan de matériau souple, ledit flan comprenant au moins une couche poreuse, ledit élément étant surmoulé par ledit bloc et ladite mousse imprégnant ladite couche poreuse de manière à la rigidifier. Avec l'agencement proposé, l'élément d'ancrage conserve sa souplesse tant qu'il n'a pas été imprégné par la mousse ce qui lui permet de garantir l'étanchéité en périphérie de l'orifice pendant l'expansion de la mousse. Par ailleurs, l'élément d'ancrage se rigidifie en fin d'expansion de la mousse par imprégnation de la couche poreuse, ce qui permet d'assurer un ancrage très efficace de la sangle, et ceci d'autant plus que l'élément d'ancrage est surmoulé par la mousse. En référence aux figures, on décrit un composant 1 de garnissage d'un siège de véhicule automobile, ledit composant comprenant : - un bloc 2 de rembourrage en mousse - notamment de polyuréthanne - élastiquement compressible, ledit bloc comprenant une face d'appui 3, une tranche 4 périphérique et une face d'envers 5, - une coiffe 6 de revêtement de ladite face d'appui et d'au moins une partie de ladite tranche, ladite coiffe étant surmoulée par ledit bloc, - une plaque 7 rigide de recouvrement de ladite face d'envers, ladite plaque étant surmoulée par ledit bloc, - une sangle 8 associée à ladite plaque par insertion d'au moins l'une de ses extrémités à travers un orifice 9 prévu dans ladite plaque, ladite extrémité étant fixée à un élément 10 d'ancrage de taille supérieure à celle dudit orifice et plaqué contre la périphérie intérieure dudit orifice, de sorte que ledit organe soit ancré par ledit orifice, ledit élément étant sous forme d'un flan de matériau souple, ledit flan comprenant au moins une couche poreuse 12, ledit élément étant surmoulé par ledit bloc et ladite mousse imprégnant ladite couche poreuse de manière à la rigidifier. Selon la réalisation représentée, la sangle 8 est associée à l'élément 10 d'ancrage par couture 11.
