Réservoir d'énergie électrochimique (10), en particulier batterie ou batterie rechargeable, comprenant : - une première unité électrochimique (22) avec une première anode (26), une première cathode (28) et une première borne électrique (24), relié de manière électriquement conductrice avec la première cathode (28), - une seconde unité électrochimique (42) avec une seconde anode (46), une seconde cathode (48) et une seconde borne (44), relié de manière électriquement conductrice avec la seconde anode (46), et - un boîtier (12) avec une première zone encastrée (20) recevant la première unité électrochimique (22), une seconde zone encastrée (40) recevant la seconde unité électrochimique (42) et une cloison (80) séparant la première zone encastrée (20) de la seconde zone encastrée (40), l'anode (26) de la première unité électrochimique (22) étant relié électriquement avec la cathode (48) de la seconde unité électrochimique (42).
