Abstract

The game has a basin (1) containing a number of fishes provided with label carrying a color code/graphic reference mark. Locations (E1, EN) are uniformly distributed around the basin. A wire basket (2) is placed in bottom of the basin and covers entire surface of the basin. The basket has a number of compartments (C1, CN) uniformly distributed around the bottom of the basket. The basket has a vertical displacement unit to recover non caught fish at end of fishing cycle in a random manner. The recovered fish is added with already caught fish so as to achieve gain relative to total bet.

RESUME DE L'INVENTION L'invention vise à proposer un jeu à gains tout à fait nouveau et original qui utilise a) un bassin : - contenant un nombre M de poissons pourvus chacun, ou par groupes, d'une étiquette 15 porteuse d'un code, notamment une couleur ou un repère graphique, correspondant à une somme d'argent bien déterminée, - autour duquel sont définis un nombre N d'emplacements, uniformément répartis autour dudit bassin, chacun d'eux étant destiné à être affecté à un pêcheur muni d'un moyen apte à pêcher lesdits poissons, sur l'ensemble du bassin, pendant un cycle de 20 pêche de durée bien déterminée ; b) un panier grillagé, disposé dans le fond du bassin et couvrant toute la surface de celui-ci, pourvu : - d'un nombre de compartiments, uniformément répartis autour du fond dudit panier, égal au nombre N d'emplacements de pêcheurs et affectés, chacun, à un pêcheur bien 25 déterminé ; - de moyens de déplacement verticaux, destinés à remonter, de manière aléatoire, les poissons non pêchés en fin de cycle, que chaque pêcheur récupère et qui viennent s'additionner aux poissons déjà pêchés de manière à constituer le gain réalisé par chacun d'eux par rapport à la mise totale. 30 Selon la réalisation préférée de l'invention : - le bassin et le panier sont circulaires et les compartiments de ce dernier sont en forme de secteurs angulaires ; -2 - les pêcheurs, donc les emplacements et les compartiments du panier, sont au nombre de 12; - les poissons sont au nombre de 35 qui se répartissent en 7 groupes de 5 poissons de même valeur autrement dit pourvus du même code.
