L'invention concerne également un dispositif de sertissage destiné à être porté et déplacé par un robot, comprenant un support auquel est fixée une lame de sertissage selon l'invention. Les deux pièces en tôle à sertir peuvent être en acier ou en aluminium et destinées à la fabrication d'ouvrants tels que portes, capots ou volets de véhicules automobiles. Lors du sertissage, les deux pièces en tôle sont en appui sur une matrice et la lame de sertissage est déplacée par un robot, le long des bords des deux 15 pièces. La lame de sertissage comprend, de façon connue, une vrille de sertissage qui a pour effet de replier le bord de l'une des pièces sur le bord de l'autre pièce. Les lames de sertissage connues présentent l'inconvénient qu'elles doivent être démontées et remplacées par une autre lame à chaque changement de sens 20 de déplacement et à chaque modification de la géométrie des pièces à sertir (galbe, courbure, hauteur du bord à replier, etc...). En effet, la forme et les dimensions de la vrille de sertissage doivent être adaptées à la géométrie des pièces à sertir. Ces changements fréquents de lame de sertissage entraînent des coûts 25 élevés. Le but de la présente invention est de remédier à ces inconvénients. Ce but est atteint, selon l'invention, grâce à une lame de sertissage destinée à sertir les bords de deux pièces en tôle comprenant une vrille de sertissage permettant lors du déplacement de la lame de replier le bord de l'une des deux 30 pièces sur le bord de l'autre pièce, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend au moins deux vrilles de sertissage. Etant donné que la lame de sertissage selon l'invention comporte au moins deux vrilles de sertissage, elle peut être utilisée, sans avoir à la remplacer : - soit, en cas de changement du sens de déplacement, - soit, en cas de modification de la géométrie des pièces à sertir. Une telle lame de sertissage permet ainsi de diminuer les coûts évoqués plus haut. Dans un premier mode de réalisation de l'invention, la lame de sertissage 5 comprend deux vrilles disposées symétriquement par rapport à un plan perpendiculaire à la direction de déplacement de la lame. Dans ce cas, la lame de sertissage ne nécessite pas d'être remplacée, en cas de changement du sens de déplacement de la lame le long des bords des pièces à sertir. 10 A cet effet, il suffit de modifier la position de fixation de la lame à son support, pour mettre en position de travail une autre vrille de sertissage. Dans ce cas, les deux vrilles de sertissage peuvent être identiques ou différentes. Lorsqu'elles sont différentes, elles peuvent être utilisées pour réaliser deux 15 opérations de sertissage de géométries différentes. Dans un mode de réalisation particulièrement avantageux de l'invention, la lame de sertissage comprend quatre vrilles de sertissage, de sorte qu'elle peut être utilisée pour réaliser des sertissages impliquant quatre géométries différentes. Dans ce cas, la lame de sertissage peut comprendre deux grandes faces 20 opposées et quatre faces latérales reliées l'une à l'autre comportant chacune une vrille de sertissage. Selon un autre aspect, l'invention concerne également un dispositif de sertissage destiné à être porté et déplacé par un robot, comprenant un support 30 auquel est fixée de façon amovible une lame de sertissage selon l'invention. De préférence, le support porte un organe presseur qui, lors du déplacement de la lame de sertissage le long des bords respectifs des deux pièces à sertir, est apte à exercer sur l'un desdits bords, une force prédéterminée. Since the crimping blade according to the invention comprises at least two crimping tendrils, it can be used, without having to replace it: - either, in the case of a change in the direction of movement, - or, in case of modification of the geometry of the parts to be crimped. Cette force prédéterminée est appliquée devant la vrille 11a de la lame et permet ainsi de plaquer la pièce 3 sur la pièce 2 et sur la matrice (non représentée) située sous ces pièces 2 et 3.
