Description

The subject of the invention is a process for separating ampoules, especially pharmaceutical ampoules, where small saws were used to cut the ends of ampoules, which were impractical.

à cet effet l'évacuation du corps (7.1), dans le cas ou l'évacuation du corps 30 de l'Ampoule (7.1)ce stabilise. dans l'ouverture (3,3) par un simple souffle d'air permet l'évacuation de la partie (7.1) de l'ampoule dans une poubelle ou autres Currently the opening of the latter is conditioned pa crimping, however the opening is still difficult, offensive and it is always very difficult to detach the said ends To overcome these disadvantages others have designed the devices or devices providing a function of shear or guillotine ends of the bulbs, however these devices were entering a multi-phase manipulation, requiring action on some of their mechanisms to break the ends of the bulbs. Their manufacture is quite expensive and on the other hand it causes the problem of the evacuation of the cut part of the bulb. For a large number of people * disabled by the disease, the old age, it is not always easy to exercise the catch in gains of the devices which proves often not easy. Furthermore, these devices or apparatus according to the prior art are poorly adapted to be stored in the usual packaging. the tool overcomes these disadvantages and proposes a simple solution, a very low manufacturing cost, the device is not mechanical, and not modifiable in its position for. cut the ends of the bulb. According to a first characteristic, the device comprises a means allowing the wrapping of the end of the bulb, and by an oscillating effect of the device its clean and frank break, characterized in that it comprises a one-piece body, profiled oval shaped elliptical shape 30 extending at its base and upwards by a profiled and oval shaped parabolic ellipse of a small size allowing the positioning and the support of the thumb, st on my opposite of the index and major of the user said body having, in its longitudinal axis and the extension of the parabola, an inner orifice which allows the engagement and the maintenance of e2, the end of said bulb, the major of the user coming to bear on the face Ovalized the edge of the bulb and acting as a stop at the end of the bulb, the user holds by the other hand the body of the bulb vertically and firmly, and by an oscillating effect of the object by the action of The three fingers of the hand, which keeps the cutting of the end of the arm, the phases, and others, will be apparent from the rest of the description. For fixing the object of the invention illustrated in a non-limiting manner to the figures of the drawings or FIG. 1 is a front view of the method according to the invention. FIG. 2 is a side view according to FIG. 1; FIG. 3 is a side view according to 1 and 2 of which (3.3) is the insertion phase of the end of the sectioning ampoule and its holding by this one. Figure 4 is a schematic view illustrating the implementation and in contact of the object with the bulb and the holding of the bulb with the object by the thumb, the index and the moulder. Figure S is a schematic view illustrating the section of the end of. the bulb. The method according to the invention is made in one piece of any suitable materials, wood, plastics (polymer, iron, glass, Kevlar, stone, etc. 11 comprises a body (1) of parabolic shape, substantially elliptical for example with a periphery 25 external endorsed (1.1) (1.2) and extending at its base and on one side by a small ellipse (3.1) (3.2) .This ellipse is parabolic so as to allow positioning and support in a manner flexible and pleasant thumb (3.1) and Vindex and middle finger (3.2) of the user further advantageously bear against the face 3.1) and (3.2) opposite the ellipse, said face being advantageously parabolic, to facilitate the positioning of the thumb, index and middle finger. According to another arrangement, the body has in its thickness at least one opening (2.1) in the longitudinal median plane in the area of the extension of said parabola. This opening (2.1) is internally profiled and joins the opening (3.3), which is on an opposite frontal plane * the upper part (1.1) of the tool is internally profiled for receiving the end (7.1). ) of the bulb (7) and is located in a plane below the lower plane of the parabola. This opening is circular and tapered to fit the profile of the end of the bulb. However, and preferably the thumb of the user, bears on the face of the body opposite the parabola and has its opposite index and middle finger acting as a stop of the end rewinds, the user maintains and close the tool between the thumb and the middle finger. When the bulb (7) has been introduced, it is sufficient for the user to exert a slight effort oscillating towards the index finger according to the arrow o and to the thumb with the middle finger according to the arrow 0 ', with the second hand which it firmly holds the body of the vertical bulb, thus causing the clear section of the extracts thereof trapped in the body (1.3). The act of a counter oscillation 0 'to the oscillation 0 which it is in opposition allows the level of the body (1) to make a frank and surgical break. As illustrated in FIG. (5), the severed end of the ampoule is always positioned in the orifice (3.3). The latter can at the desired time discard the cut portion of the ampoule into a trashcan or others and thus controlling his evacuation. The process is rapid, easy, inexpensive to produce, and very easy. 11 avoids any risk of injury to the fact that the fingers are not in contact with the end of the bulb. Moreover, because of its small size, it fits comfortably perfectly in existing packaging I for convenience an opening (2.1) allows the entry of air, facilitating. for this purpose the evacuation of the body (7.1), in the case where the evacuation of the body 30 of the bulb (7.1) this stabilizes. in the opening (3,3) by a simple breath of air allows the evacuation of the part (7.1) of the bulb in a bin or other
