Caisse (2) de véhicule automobile comportant une doublure (4) d'aile avant et un encadrement (6) de porte avant définissant un pied (7) avant et un montant (8) de pare-brise, ainsi qu'un renfort (13) de doublure d'aile fixé sur la doublure (4) d'aile et sur l'encadrement (6), ledit renfort (13) de doublure d'aile présentant un profil en Y, et comprenant une jambe (14) fixée sur la doublure (4) d'aile, et deux bras (15, 16) s'étendant vers l'arrière de la caisse (2) à partir de la jambe (14), à savoir un bras (15) supérieur fixé sur l'encadrement (6) dans l'axe du montant (8) de pare-brise, et un bras (16) inférieur fixé sur le pied (7) avant.
