Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an "X" cycle frame with eccentric forward steering axis and saddle axle / eccentric pedal rearward for city bicycle, mountain bike, suspension bike, vtc, race, track, electric bike, folding bike , tricycle, quadricycle and upper, tandem and upper, scooter - as well as a new dual delta ... seat tube system with horizontal, vertical and / or diagonal multi-settings and a new steering system with a multi-adjustable system, integrated in the frame or not and with a direct drive system or rack or any other viable system. The present invention also relates to delta-shaped fork systems - with higher damping systems (FIGURE 1, FIG. 3, FIG. 5) - with lower damping systems (FIGURE 6) - with rigid upper systems (FIG. 4) with lower rigid system (FIG. Figure 2). These fork systems are directed directly to the saddle (FIGURE 1/2 to 18) respecting a diagonal axis and secondly directly to the rear wheel (FIGURE 1/18 to 22) to optimize the transmission of shocks in the direction of saddle and rear wheel through the frame. Non-motorized, motorized, electric or mixed cycle frames have evolved in recent years in order to find, according to the needs, the ideal compromise between optimal technical performance, minimal weight and maximum comfort, better aerodynamics, design original. This new "X" frame principle (figure 1 to 6) - consisting of a steering pin (FIGURE 1/8) fixed on the front fork axle by several tightening screws (FIGUREZ / 7) and integrated into the steering tube (FIGURE 1/9) with axial rotation system facilitated by ball bearings (FIGURE 1/12) to optimize the efficiency and accuracy of the stem / handlebar block (FIGURE 1/11) Eccentric saddle / pedal axle towards the rear (FIGURE 1/1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 19, 20, 21) allowing multi-adjustments as well as the creation of new force points as well as two innovative fork systems (FIGURE 1 / 2 to 18) comprising a ball bearing system (FIGURE 1/6, 13, 14) improving the precision and reinforcing the steering axis and the fork axis - is oriented in this direction in fundamentally different from the set of cycle frameworks currently produced. These various technical choices do not offer other alternatives as radical as the present invention by the definitive deletion of the front triangle, a modification of the rear triangle (FIGURE 1/18 to 22) and the fork (FIGURE 1/2 to 18). All prior solutions of vertical axis of direction present a certain number of constraints for the user such as for example the rise of the shocks and vibrations directly by this vertical axis in the arms and the body of the user but also present a lack of With the possibility of precise adjustments for more precision and comfort, this problem is solved by the present invention, which includes an eccentric front steering shaft (FIGURE 1/6 to 18) and an eccentric saddle / pedal axle towards the rear (FIGURE 1/1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 19, 24, 20, 21) which directs the shock waves towards the saddle and the rear wheel and not in the arms of the user, and also by the addition of different system of tubes or blades allowing a number of adjustments and the use of different materials and damping systems. The set of previously proposed solutions also had the disadvantage of a substantial weight gain which will be improved by the modification of the front and rear triangle in the present invention. Regarding the non-adjustable fixed frame "X" already proposed, the present invention differs fundamentally by being off-center front axis (FIGURE 1/6 to 18) and eccentric saddle / pedal axis rearward ( FIGURE 1/1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 19, 24, 20, 21) and to be presented with seat adjustment tubes (FIGURE 1/2, 3, 4) + (Figure 6 / 2b, 3 , 4) and direction adjustment (FIGURE 1/9, 10, 11), not to be fixed and uni-size and therefore not to be produced as a single model, to be able to adapt and receive for example suspension systems already in use or to come, accessories and peripherals predicted. It differs by proposing to the frame other points of forces for example on the axis of attachment of the rear wheel (FIGUREZ / 24, 23 22). It also differs by the crank axle (FIGURE1 / 20, 21). It differs fundamentally by not limiting itself to a single-use bike (road) and being able to adapt to any type of cycle and for any use and for any morphology (Figure 1 to 6). Finally, H also differs by two delta-shaped fork systems - with damping systems or not - of a higher model (FIGURE 1, FIG. 3, FIG. 4, FIG. 5) and / or a lower model (FIG. 2 and FIG. 6). The present invention of "X" frame with eccentric forward direction axis and eccentric saddle / pedal axle rearward based on the reality of existing cycles is thus applicable to the entire field of cycles by its innovative geometry being able to adapt to any principle of rear triangle suspended or not, with or without a suspension system and can adapt to all types of travel. The present invention having an adjustable steering system by the addition of tubes may or may not be integrated into the frame and may be either by direct drive (Figure 2) or by any rack system (not shown by diagram). The accompanying drawings illustrate the invention: FIG. 1 is a sectional view of the basic principle of the invention with a higher steering axis system applied to a vtc. Figure 6 shows in section the basic principle of the invention with a lower steering axis system applied to a standard mountain bike.
