Abstract

A set of ends (6, 7) of the portable units are locked in a closed position such that the portable units are made interdependent and indeformable. La présente invention se rapporte à un appareil se fixant sur un engin équipé d'un système de levage à double effet et de masse suffisante pour permettre l'enfoncement de ladite invention, permettant de découper des mottes de terre, pour une mise en pot facile des petits arbres et arbustes de pépinières. L'arrachage avec mottes de petits arbres et arbustes en pépinières se réalise traditionnellement manuellement, à l'aide de bêches dans les petites entreprises, ce qui n'est pas rapide et est physiquement lourd à réaliser. Les grandes entreprises sont elles équipées de gros engins encombrants, qui sont relativement coûteux car ils nécessitent une mise en oeuvre très conséquente. On trouve également des arracheuses avec bêches et lame de découpage pivotante, mais ces appareils ne conviennent pas en terrain difficile, les lames étant très vite désaffutées et les racines devant souvent être préalablement sectionnées. La présente invention vise à réaliser un appareil pour l'arrachage en mottes qui se distingue des autres appareils connus par une structure plus simple et un encombrement particulièrement faible, ainsi que par le fait que ledit appareil convient parfaitement dans les sols difficiles et pour les racines dures, tout en pouvant être installé sur tout engin équipé d'un système de levage à double effet. En effet, cet appareil peut être installé à l'avant d'un engin télescopique ou d'un chargeur quelconque, à condition que ce dernier soit équipé du système de levage à double effet qui permettra l'enfoncement dudit appareil. Cependant, une mini-pelle s'avère le meilleur engin pour utiliser cette 20 invention dont le vérin hydraulique sera branché à la ligne brise-roche. Le dispositif pour l'arrache en mottes d'arbres de pépinières comprend deux éléments mobiles de forme semi-circulaires dentelés et saillants à leur base. Ils sont reliés à un support commun, tranchant à sa base, par une articulation de type charnière. L'appareil se fixe sur un engin quelconque équipé d'un système de levage à double effet grâce à une platine d'adaptation. Les deux 25 éléments mobiles sont dentelés et saillants à leur base, ce qui permet une pénétration optimum dans les sols. En position fermée, lorsque les éléments mobiles arrivent en contact, ils s'enclenchent l'un dans l'autre à la façon d'un verrou, rendant ainsi l'ensemble solidaire et donc indéformable, ce qui est essentiel lors de l'enfoncement dudit appareil dans le sol, pour une découpe de la motte en terrain 30 difficile et le sectionnement des racines et pivots. Un vérin hydraulique à double effet situé à l'arrière du support et fixé aux éléments mobiles par des ancrages servant de butée de profondeur actionne les éléments mobiles en vue de rapprocher et d'écarter leurs extrémités libres. Lorsque le système est verrouillé, le support forme un cylindre avec les éléments mobiles, ce qui 35 permet une découpe cylindrique de la motte. En se référant aux dessins schématiques annexés, on va décrire ci-après un mode de réalisation illustratif et non limitatif d'un appareil conforme à l'invention; sur les dessins: - la figure 1 est une vue de face d'un appareil conforme à l'invention, en position ouverte; - la figure 2 est une vue de face de l'appareil de la figure 1, en position fermée; - la figure 3 est une vue de côté de l'appareil des figures 1 et 2. L'appareil tel qu'illustré par les figures 1 à 3 se compose d'un support rigide (5) sur lequel 5 s'emboîte et se visse une platine d'adaptation (11) spécifique aux ancrages de chaque type d'engins, de deux éléments mobiles de forme semi-circulaire (1,2) reliés aux côtés du support par des articulations de type charnière (3,4). Ces deux éléments mobiles (1,2) dentelés et saillants à leur base s'écartent et se rapprochent sous l'action d'un vérin à double effet (10), qui est fixé en ses extrémités (6,7) à chacune des parties mobiles. Les fixations (8,9) du vérin (10) servent aussi de 10 butée lors de l'enfoncement de l'appareil dans le sol. Les extrémités libres des parties mobiles s'emboitent l'une dans l'autre à la façon d'un verrou. Lorsque les éléments mobiles arrivent en contact, la partie mâle de l'élément mobile (1) s'enclenche dans la partie femelle de l'élément mobile (2), rendant ainsi l'ensemble solidaire et indéformable, ce qui est essentiel lors de l'enfoncement dudit appareil dans le sol, et de l'arrachage d'arbres à pivots 15 telles certaines essences de résineux, comme le nordman par exemple. Quand les éléments mobiles (1,2) sont verrouillés, ils forment un cylindre avec le support (5). Ce sera la forme de la future motte. Les dents saillantes des deux éléments mobiles permettent une pénétration optimum dans les sols difficiles, ainsi que la coupe des racines. En condition de travail, l'opérateur écarte les éléments mobiles (1,2) par l'intermédiaire du vérin 20 (10) (fig. 1), puis avance ledit appareil au ras du sol afin de le glisser sous les branches pour encercler le tronc de l'arbre à arracher. Il referme les éléments mobiles (1,2) (fig. 2) et met toute la masse de sa machine en appui sur le dispositif qui s'enfonce dans le sol. Il est à noter qu'en terrain difficile, de petites actions d'ouvertures et de fermetures du vérin d'extrémité de flèche peuvent aider à l'enfoncement. Une fois les ancrages (8,9) en butée, on incline l'appareil à l'oblique avec l'arbre 25 puis on lève le tout, cette dernière action sectionnant le reste des pivots. Le dispositif, tel que décrit ci-dessus, peut être installé par l'intermédiaire d'une platine d'adaptation vissée au support à l'avant d'un engin télescopique ou d'un chargeur quelconque, pourvu qu'il soit équipé d'un système de levage à double effet qui permettra l'enfoncement de l'invention. Cependant, une mini-pelle s'avère l'engin le plus adapté pour utiliser l'appareil, le vérin 30 hydraulique étant alors branché à la ligne brise-roche. A double-acting hydraulic jack located at the rear of the support and fixed to the moving elements by anchors serving as a depth stop operates the movable elements to move their free ends closer and apart. When the system is locked, the support forms a cylinder with the movable elements, which allows a cylindrical cut of the root ball.
