Description
The present invention relates to the technical field of noise barriers, for the sound protection of traffic lanes and other noisy spaces including urban. More particularly, this invention is concerned with noise barriers of vegetated type.
Soundproofing, especially along road or railways, is usually achieved by acoustic screens, which are usually made of concrete, wood, glass ... or combinations of such materials. These acoustic screens are frequently degraded because they are subject to vandalism, and they generate more maintenance. In addition, even if not degraded, such acoustic screens are often unsightly and thus constitute poorly perceived equipment, despite their acoustic qualities. These disadvantages can be avoided by the use of green walls, which provide: a better landscape integration, especially in urban and peri-urban areas, thus improving the living environment of the residents and the users of the traffic lanes; a limitation of vandalism damage, therefore of visual pollution and cleaning costs, important in the cities; - better absorption of noise, which is the primary function of such a wall; - In addition, an action of depolluting plants, which is important along the roads and in urban areas. Various proposals have already been made, for a more or less industrial realization of green walls noise. Some proposals consist of a continuous structure, with a concrete base or longitudinal core, surmounted or surrounded by a planting substrate which may be contained in a mesh or perforated envelope - see patent documents WO 94/24372, EP 0100374 and JP 2000-87319. Other proposals consist of more industrial achievements, allowing a certain prefabrication and offering a modularity that can facilitate their installation. Such soundproofed green walls usually have a framework or structure, composed of trestles or arches arranged transversely at regular intervals or not, and connected to each other by smooth or by gridded surfaces, in particular arranged laterally, which retain a planting substrate - see the patent documents FR 2746123, DE 2744473, DE 2808486 and DE 2848713. In particular, the document FR 2746123 discloses a structure comprising trestles connected to each other by rails or by a mesh. However, this document does not provide any means for performing the ground anchoring of said structure or to otherwise ensure the stability thereof. In the case of the document DE 2744473, the easels connected by 10 kinds of longitudinal panels comprise, at their base, studs buried in the ground. Similarly, in the case of DE 2808486, the arches comprise, at their base, anchoring studs embedded in the ground. Finally, the document DE 2848713 provides for placing the base of the trestle at the bottom of a longitudinal trench dug in the ground, which means a partial burying of the structure of the soundproofed green wall. Thus, in general, the implantation of green walls noise, of the kind considered here, requires the realization of foundations or earthworks, which is important and expensive work. In addition, in the case of concrete foundations, the drying time of the concrete must be taken into account. Thus, despite a certain industrial prefabrication, the final installation of this kind of green noise-resistant walls is not yet truly rationalized. The present invention aims to remedy these drawbacks, and therefore its purpose is to provide a noise-resistant green wall structure, which can be installed without foundations or earthworks, so in a short time and with minimal cost, while obtaining a particularly stable structure. For this purpose, the subject of the invention is a green noise-resistant wall structure, of the kind consisting of trestles arranged transversely at regular intervals or not, and connected to each other by grilled surfaces, in particular lateral surfaces, which are provided to retain between them a planting substrate, this structure being essentially characterized by the fact that the easels are also interconnected, in their lower part, by longitudinal ballast elements, in particular concrete.
Preferably, the longitudinal weighting elements are located in the lower quarter of the total height of the structure of the soundproofed green wall, and in particular of its easels. Longitudinal weighting elements can be used alone.
Advantageously, these longitudinal ballast elements can also rest, by their ends, on transverse elements in concrete, provided at the base of the trestles. Thanks to said longitudinal elements, possibly combined with the transverse elements in concrete, the soundproofed green wall is stabilized, by increasing its mass and lowering its center of gravity, which makes superfluous the foundations in the ground or the embedding in a trench . It should be noted that this increased stability in no way prevents the disassembly or displacement of the soundproofed green wall, given the modular and therefore easily manipulable nature of the structure thereof, including for the longitudinal weighting elements, advantageously provided with rings. for their handling. In any case, the invention will be better understood, and other characteristics will be highlighted, with the aid of the description which follows, with reference to the appended schematic drawing representing, by way of example, a form of execution. of this noise-resistant green wall structure, as well as a variant thereof: FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a section of the green noise-resistant wall structure, object of the invention; Figure 2 is a side view of the structure of Figure 1; Figure 3 is an end view of this structure; Figure 4 is a perspective view illustrating the initial pose of the easels; Figure 5 illustrates the placement of the longitudinal weighting elements between the trestles; Figure 6 illustrates the placement of the mesh surfaces between these trestles; Figure 7 illustrates the addition of irrigation means, in a particular embodiment; Figure 8 is a perspective view of a section of the green soundproof wall structure (without the grid surfaces), with another embodiment of the irrigation means; Figure 9 is a side view, corresponding to the variant of Figure 8; Figure 10 shows, in perspective and on an enlarged scale, a detail of this variant. The anti-noise green wall structure, shown in the drawing, comprises in particular trestles 2 arranged transversely at regular intervals E, the trestles 2 succeeding one another in the longitudinal direction of the noise-proofed green wall. Each bridge 2 is in the form of an isosceles trapezium-shaped metal frame, with a large base 3, a small upper base 4 and side bars 5 and 6 of opposite inclinations.
The large base 3 of each bridge 2 is fixed on a transverse element 7 made of concrete, designed to rest on the ground. The successive easels 2 are interconnected by meshed frames 8, fixed against the lateral bars 5 and 6 and thus laterally delimiting the structure on both sides.
The space defined between the screen frames 8 is filled with a planting substrate 9, in which are planted plants 10 which can develop through the screen frames 8. According to the invention, longitudinal elements 11 ballast, in concrete, connect the easels 2, in their lower part. The longitudinal weighting elements 11 rest, by their ends, on the transverse elements 7 in concrete 2 consecutive easels. Each longitudinal weighting element 11 is in the form of a beam of rectangular or trapezoidal section, the height h of which does not exceed one quarter of the total height H of the structure, therefore of the trestles 2. The longitudinal weighting elements 11 are finally drowned. in the lower part of the planting substrate 9, and they ensure the stability of the soundproofed green wall. These longitudinal elements 11 of weighting comprise, on their upper face, rings 12 facilitating their handling. The trestles 2 are also interconnected, in their upper part, by irrigation means generally indicated by the reference numeral 13. These irrigation means 13 may consist of simple perforated water tubes 14, as shown in FIGS. Figures 1 to 3 and 7. However, as shown in Figures 8 to 10, the irrigation means 13 advantageously comprise a series of irrigation tanks 15 of elongate shape which each connect the upper portions of two consecutive trestles 2, the successive irrigation tanks 15 being of decreasing section in the direction of circulation of the water. The first of these irrigation tanks 15 is supplied with water by a pipe 16, and these tanks communicate with each other by overflow, through terminal openings 17. As goes without saying, the invention is not limited to to the sole embodiment of this green noise wall structure which has been described above; it embraces, on the contrary, all variants of implementation and application respecting the same principle. Thus, in particular, that one would not move away from the scope of the invention: - by realizing this structure with a different section, so with different shape of easels, for example in the form of isosceles triangle or rectangle triangle ; by making the longitudinal weighting elements of any suitable material, including hollow bodies filled with water.
