Abstract

Procédé (400) pour déterminer une valeur de mesure d'un transistor à effet de champ chimiosensible (110), consistant à fournir (402) un premier et un second signal, le premier signal étant amplifié par un coefficient d'amplification. On alimente (404) le transistor (110) avec le premier signal pour obtenir une information de sortie. Dans l'étape d'alimentation (404) on fournit le second signal au transistor de référence (114) pour obtenir une information de référence en appliquant un fluide de mesure au transistor à effet de champ chimiosensible (110) et un environnement de référence au transistor de référence (114). La comparaison (406) de l'information de sortie à l'information de référence permet d'adapter le coefficient d'amplification en fonction du résultat de la comparaison. Le procédé (400) comprend également une étape d'exploitation (408) du coefficient d'amplification pour obtenir une valeur de mesure.
