Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet une maison bioclimatique. Bâtiment avec au moins une partie ou un pan de toiture sensiblement transparent(e), ledit bâtiment comportant, d'une part, des moyens structurellement intégrés de stockage thermique et, d'autre part, des moyens extérieurs de protection et/ou d'occultation de la partie ou du pan de toiture transparent(e). Bâtiment (1) caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte, en outre, un ou des moyen(s) intérieur et/ou extérieur d'isolation thermique de ladite partie ou dudit pan de toiture transparent(e), qui est(sont) escamotable(s) et en ce qu'au moins certaines des, préférentiellement toutes les parois latérales (7, 7'), ainsi que la structure de plancher de sol (8), de la construction intègrent des composantes d'isolation thermique et de stockage thermique, avantageusement en des matériaux naturels préférentiellement non traités, la composante de stockage thermique étant constituée d'une pluralité de formations massiques (10"), espacées et exposées à une circulation d'air, par convection naturelle ou au moins partiellement forcée, depuis et vers le volume intérieur délimité par la construction (1').
