Description

La présente invention concerne un vêtement de protection d'une partie supérieure du corps d'un individu, du type à col amovible. Un domaine d'application préféré de l'invention, qui sera plus particulièrement décrit dans la présente description, est celui des vêtements de protection balistique, du type gilet ou veste pare-balles. Ce domaine n'est cependant nullement limitatif de l'invention, qui s'applique également de manière similaire à tout autre type de vêtement de protection pour lequel il peut être souhaité de disposer d'un col amovible. Selon la présente invention, le terme col englobe non seulement les cols proprement dits, entourant tout ou partie du cou, tels qu'ils seront plus spécifiquement décrits dans la présente description, mais également les capuches, cagoules ou tout autre élément de protection du cou ou de la tête susceptible de se fixer de manière amovible sur l'encolure d'un vêtement. La présente invention s'avère tout particulièrement avantageuse dans le contexte des vêtements de protection balistique, comprenant un col s'étendant depuis l'encolure du vêtement de sorte à être apte à protéger le cou de l'utilisateur, généralement sur toute sa périphérie, et intégrant des organes de protection balistique. Dans de tels vêtements, le col est généralement relativement rigide, si bien qu'il est impossible de l'étirer suffisamment pour l'enfiler autour de la tête. Il doit donc être fixé au vêtement au moins en partie une fois que celui-ci est en place sur le corps, et donc de manière amovible. De tels cols sont généralement formés de deux parties se fixant sur l'encolure du vêtement de telle sorte qu'une partie se trouve en protection de la moitié avant du cou, et l'autre en protection de la moitié arrière. Afin d'assurer la continuité de la protection sur toute la périphérie du cou, les deux parties se rejoignent à leurs extrémités opposées. Actuellement, les cols amovibles des vêtements de protection se fixent généralement au corps du vêtement par des systèmes de fixation du type fermetures à glissières. De tels systèmes sont cependant peu satisfaisants dans le domaine militaire, qui exige un haut degré de sécurité, notamment car les fermetures à glissières sont fragiles et susceptibles de se bloquer sous l'effet d'un coup exercé sur elles. Cette fragilité peut en particulier s'avérer problématique lorsqu'il est nécessaire d'ôter rapidement le vêtement pour des raisons de sécurité de l'utilisateur. La présente invention vise à remédier aux inconvénients des vêtements de protection à cols amovibles existants, notamment à ceux exposés ci-avant, en proposant un vêtement dont le col amovible se fixe de manière solide à un corps du vêtement, par un système de fixation fiable et résistant, qui soit facile et rapide à fixer et à détacher dans toutes les circonstances, et qui présente en outre un haut degré de protection de l'utilisateur. Des objectifs supplémentaires de l'invention sont notamment que le vêtement, et plus particulièrement le col amovible, soit confortable à porter, et qu'il entrave le moins possible les mouvements de l'utilisateur, notamment les mouvements de sa tête. A cet effet, l'invention propose un vêtement de protection d'une partie supérieure du corps d'un individu, qui comporte : - un corps comportant une partie ventrale se disposant au niveau d'un torse d'un utilisateur portant le vêtement, une partie dorsale opposée se disposant au niveau d'un dos de l'utilisateur, deux zones dites d'épaule reliant la partie ventrale et la partie dorsale, et une encolure se disposant autour de la base du cou de l'utilisateur, l'encolure étant ici définie, de façon classique, comme la partie supérieure du corps du vêtement, entourant la base du cou, - et un col se fixant de manière amovible au niveau de l'encolure du corps du vêtement, au moyen d'un système de fixation réversible. Selon l'invention, le système de fixation réversible comporte au moins un passant disposé sur le corps au niveau de l'encolure, et au moins une patte de fixation associée fixée sur le col et apte à être insérée dans le passant et à se fixer de manière réversible à un organe de fixation coopérant porté par une face dite interne du col se disposant en regard de l'utilisateur, dans une position refermée autour dudit passant, de sorte à maintenir le col assemblé au corps du vêtement dans une position dite de protection du cou de l'utilisateur, dans laquelle il s'étend depuis l'encolure à l'opposé dudit corps. Dans cette position, le col s'étend autour d'au moins une partie du cou de l'utilisateur, en protection de celle-ci, lorsque l'utilisateur porte le vêtement. Dans toute la présente description, on définit de façon générale l'avant du vêtement comme le côté se disposant à l'avant du tronc de l'utilisateur portant le vêtement, c'est-à-dire du côté de son torse, et l'arrière, à l'opposé, comme le côté se disposant du côté de son dos.
