Claims (14)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Valve (30; 74; 94) auto-obturante pour pneumatique (10A-10E), pour jante (70A-70C) ou pour chambre à air (90), caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un matériau auto-obturant comportant au moins un élastomère présentant un module dynamique de cisaillement G* mesuré à 10 Hz inférieur ou égal à 0,06 MPa, de préférence inférieur ou égal à 0,03 MPa et plus préférentiellement inférieur ou égal à 0,01 MPa.
- 2. Valve (30; 74; 94) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle la valve (30; 74; 94) est pré-fendue.
- 3. Valve (30; 74; 94) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel la valve (30; 74; 94) est constituée du matériau auto-obturant.
- 4. Valve (30; 74; 94) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le matériau auto-obturant est constitué d'une composition comprenant au moins, à titre d'élastomère majoritaire, un élastomère thermoplastique styrénique et une huile d'extension à un taux compris entre 200 et 700 parties en poids pour cent d'élastomère.
- 5. Valve (30; 74; 94) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la partie de la valve constituée du matériau auto-obturant présente une surface interne S1 destinée à être sous pression de l'air de gonflage et une surface externe S2 destinée à être sous pression de l'air ambiant et le rapport S1/S2 est supérieur ou égal à 1, voire supérieur ou égal à 3, et de préférence supérieur ou égal à 10.
- 6. Valve (30; 74; 94) selon la revendication 5, présentant une forme générale de révolution autour d'un axe (A) normal aux surfaces interne S1 et externe S2.
- 7. Valve (30; 74; 94) selon la revendication 6, dans laquelle les deux surfaces interne S1 et externe S2 étant séparées d'une distance minimale H et D étant le diamètre de la surface S2 dans un plan sensiblement perpendiculaire à l'axe (A) de révolution, H>D.
- 8. Valve (30; 74; 94) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant des moyens (45) d'accrochage de la valve sur un support (70A-70C).
- 9. Utilisation d'une composition comprenant au moins, à titre d'élastomère majoritaire, un élastomère thermoplastique styrénique et une huile d'extension à un taux compris entre 200 et 700 parties en poids pour cent d'élastomère pour la fabrication d'une valve (30; 74; 94) pour pneumatique (10A-10E), pour jante (70A- 2969536 -19- 70C) ou pour chambre à air (90).
- 10. Élément de roue sélectionné parmi un pneumatique (10A-10E), une jante (70A-70C), une chambre à air (90), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une valve (30; 74; 94) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8. 5
- 11. Pneumatique (10A-10E) ou jante (70A-70C) selon la revendication 10, dans lequel ou laquelle la valve (30; 74) est logée dans une paroi du pneumatique (10A-10E) ou de la jante (70A-70C).
- 12. Pneumatique (10A-10E) ou jante (70A-70C) selon la revendication 11, dans lequel ou laquelle la valve (32; 74) forme une partie (S1) d'une surface interne 10 (23) du pneumatique (10A-10E) ou de la jante (70A-70C) destinée à être sous pression de l'air de gonflage et une partie (S2) d'une surface externe (20) du pneumatique (10A-10E) ou de la jante (70A-70C) destinée à être sous pression de l'air ambiant.
- 13. Pneumatique (10A-10E) selon la revendication 10, comprenant une 15 chambre à air intégrée (42) et une valve (74) portée par une surface externe (44) de la chambre à air intégrée (42).
- 14. Chambre à air (90) selon la revendication 10, comprenant une enveloppe fermée (92) présentant une surface externe (96) portant la valve (94).
