FIELD OF APPLICATION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to the field of shelters for ornamental pools such as swimming pools, spas, etc ... and associated furniture and in particular to the material of the filling panels likely to optimize their functions. DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ART There are in the prior art shelters for ornamental pools such as a swimming pool, a spa, etc., such as that described in the document WO 2010/055269 filed by the applicant, which is of the type the one consisting of a plurality of roof modules formed of a rigid frame enclosing one or more filling panels consisting of panels made of a flexible material and more precisely in a flexible aerated textile material allowing the passage of air. The use of a textile as filler material brings many advantages. Among these, it lightens the roof module by replacing a rigid or semi-rigid panel polycarbonate honeycombed or not by a textile while providing the physical barrier functions between the outside and the inside of the basin. Since this type of shelter sees its roof modules move in translation, in rotation and / or be stacked manually or by motorized means, such relief is particularly appreciated. Another advantage lies in the fact that it allows the passage of air and thus prevents condensation from forming on the inner walls of the roof modules.
Another advantage lies in the fact that, aeration of the textile implemented by a micro-perforation - 2 allows visual access to the interior of the shelter. The use of an aerated textile as a filler panel is nevertheless likely to have disadvantages.
Thus, for example, the ventilation proposed by said textile allows the passage of rainwater and does not allow the thermal insulation as could offer a solid material not ventilated or perforated. Such a disadvantage led the plaintiff to design shelters with a mixed configuration of filler panel material proposing, for example, rigid or semi-rigid filler panels for the surfaces forming the roof of the shelters and ventilated textile panels for the panels forming the frontons of the shelters. Such a solution does not achieve the desired lightness or aesthetic consistency. There is also in the prior art a mixed configuration described in document US5426899 proposing for the same shelter transparent and flexible plastic filling panels not allowing water to pass and flexible panels forming net or grid allowing air to pass. The use of such flexible plastic panels is likely to bring the desired lightness but at the expense of the quality of the strength of the physical barrier. This disadvantage is accentuated by the fact that the fixing of said panels on the rigid frame is proposed by means of self-gripping strips. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION On the basis of this state of affairs, the applicant has conducted research aimed at overcoming the disadvantages noted. This research led to the design and construction of a new material that could be used as a reinforcement pond reinforcement panel, and can also be used for any outdoor furniture. associated with such structures and likely to have a frame framing said panels. According to the invention, the filling panel may be framed, supported and tensioned by a rigid reinforcement of the type proposed by the roof modules forming the shelters for ornamental pond or by the outdoor furniture likely to to be associated with such a structure, is remarkable in that it comprises an aerated textile panel on one side of which is glued a plastic film.
This new material is particularly advantageous in that it combines the advantages of the solutions of the prior art without the disadvantages. Thus, the roof modules forming the rigid frame framing, supporting and tensioning the panels made of this material will be lighter than roof modules using polycarbonate honeycomb filling panels or not while offering the same tightness since the plastic film is full and does not let the water pass. In addition, the use of a textile ensures the strength of the physical barrier that must constitute such filler panels. Its ventilation ensures visibility inside the shelter. According to another advantageous embodiment, the film bonded to the inside of the shelter, for example according to the invention, which is particularly plastic, is transparent and is of the textile panel arranged in this way. a textile film for the roofing surfaces 30 and a non-filmed textile allowing air to pass for the vertical surfaces such as those of the pediments allows aeration of the basin without aesthetic incoherence. According to another particularly advantageous feature of the invention, the textile panel is made of polyester son. The use of such a fiber ensures the desired strength. According to another particularly advantageous feature of the invention, the polyester son panel is subject to a primer phase to increase its flexibility. This feature is particularly advantageous in that it ensures that the plastic film and the textile panel assembled together by gluing will have the same behavior during their fixing and their tensioning in the rigid armatures.
According to another particularly advantageous feature of the invention, the plastic film is made of PVC. The combination of an aerated polyester textile panel with a PVC plastic film is also resistant to chlorine and is treated anti-algae, anti-UV, and anti-stain. The invention also relates to an ornamental pond shelter comprising roof modules with roof panels and pediment panels that complete the end of the shelter, which is remarkable in that at least one of the roof modules provides the support and tensioning of a roofing infill panel according to the above-described characteristics, associated or not, and in that the pediment panel adopts the same frame as that of the roofing infill panel without the plastic film associated with it. The basic concepts of the invention having been described above in their most elementary form, other details and characteristics will emerge more clearly on reading the description which follows and with reference to the appended drawings, giving non-limiting example, an embodiment of a filler panel according to the invention.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS Fig. 1 is a schematic drawing of a partial top view of an embodiment of a filler panel according to the invention; Fig. 2 is a schematic drawing of a bottom view; Figure 3 is a schematic drawing of a perspective view of an embodiment of a swimming pool shelter including a roof module supporting a compliant filler panel. to the invention.
L'armature assure le support et la mise en tension du panneau P. DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS As illustrated in the drawing of FIG. 1, the filling panel referenced P as a whole is formed of a structure in two layers: a first layer 100 constituted by a textile panel; that is to say of fibers knitted together so that the panel obtained is perforated openings 110, - a second layer consisting of a solid plastic panel or film fixed and adhering by gluing the inner face of the first layer 100. As illustrated in the drawing of Figure 3, a pool cover referenced A as a whole provides coverage of a pool referenced B. This pool cover A comprises a plurality of roof modules 300, 400, 500 may be removed or to be tilted on one side in an open position by raising the opposite side. These roof modules 300, 400 and 500 have a frame capable of supporting filler panels forming the walls of the roof. According to the illustrated embodiment, the frame of the roof module 300 comprises two arches 310 and 320 whose ends rest on the edge of the basin B and bridged by cross members 330 arranged longitudinally relative to the basin, the cross members connecting the ends of the This roof module 300 being disposed at the end of the shelter A, it also accommodates a front panel 600. As illustrated, the surface 340 The roof formation consists of a filling panel P according to the invention while the front panel P '600 adopts the same textile but without the plastic layer. The armature provides support and tensioning of the panel P.
25 30 35 It appears that the aesthetic remains coherent since the outer surface is identical to the two panels P and P '. It is understood that the filler panel and the shelter, which have just been described and shown above, have been for the purpose of disclosure rather than limitation. Of course, various arrangements, modifications and improvements may be made to the example above, without departing from the scope of the invention. 25 30 35
