Description
The present invention relates to a device for fixing a structure to a coating, in particular a roof or facade, having a corrugated profile, in order to fix a panel, for example an advertising panel or a solar panel. The integration of panels on a coating requires the use of: - an intermediate structure between the coating and the panel, - a connecting piece between this structure and the coating, intended to take up the forces transmitted to the coating by the whole panel - structure. A particular problem arises in the case of integrating a flat panel onto a surface coating which has a corrugated profile. In this case, the connecting piece must take into account the corrugated shape of the coating, in particular to avoid transmitting too much point efforts to the coating. Such a piece must also provide adjustment capabilities in the direction perpendicular to the coating to absorb its deformations, particularly when the panel and the structure are rigid, as in the case of a photovoltaic panel. To solve this problem, there is known a jumper-shaped connecting piece resting on the top of two neighboring waves, and a bracket coming to be fixed on this jumper by a first side, the support being fixed on the square by its second side. The spacing adjustment of the support with respect to the coating (height adjustment in the case of a roof) is made through an oblong hole in the second side of the bracket. This provides only a small gap clearance because having a large clearance would require to extend the second side of the square, which would then be an inconvenience for the establishment of the panel. In addition, the forces are transmitted to the coating only by the wavelengths while the coating rests on the building structure by the hollow waves. The object of the invention is to eliminate these drawbacks by proposing a connecting piece for fixing a structure on a coating, in particular a roof or facade covering, said coating having a transverse profile in the form of waves, comprising: - a wing substantially flat, having an upper face and a lower face, provided to bear on two successive wave peaks, - a support foot which extends longitudinally and vertically from the underside of the wing, so as to resting on the coating in the wave recess between two successive apices of the coating, - a screw passage whose axis is coplanar with the support foot, which extends at least over part of the height of said foot of support and which opens on the upper face of the wing.
It has thus been realized a connecting piece sufficiently extended in the transverse direction to bear on both successive wave peaks, for example by a distance between the ends of the wing greater than the wavelength of the coating . It also has a support means in the hollow between two wave peaks, in the form of a support leg, so as to directly transmit this force to the building structure on which the coating rests by the hollow of waves. Advantageously, this support foot may be located substantially midway from the ends of the wing, the height of the support leg being substantially equal to the peak to hollow wave distance. This support foot may be substantially flat and have a thin profile, so as not to obstruct the passage in the trough of the waves, including the passage of water, air circulation and debris. Advantageously, the screw passage may comprise, formed in the support leg, a guide chimney for a screw, which extends over substantially half the height of the support foot, extended by a coaxial recess. The chimney ensures sufficient guiding for a screw or a threaded rod inserted in the screw passage. It is extended by a coaxial recess, in which the screw or the threaded rod can also take place. This recess may extend to the lower edge of the support leg, or stop before reaching this lower edge. Advantageously, this coaxial recess may include a shoulder for the passage of a nut. This shoulder is a section of greater width formed in the recess, preferably in contact with the guide chimney. When a threaded rod is installed in the guide channel, a nut of diameter adapted to the width of the shoulder mounted on the threaded rod can take place in this shoulder. Being maintained in height in the shoulder, the setting in rotation of this nut makes it possible to raise or to lower the threaded rod and thus to adjust its height. When tightened, this nut is supported on the lower edges of the guide channel. Advantageously, the support foot may comprise a sole which extends transversely and on either side of the end of the support foot 25 distant from the wing and whose transverse profile reproduces that of the hollow waves of the coating. This sole allows to better distribute the effort on the hollow of the coating. Advantageously, the wing may comprise, in the vicinity of its transverse ends, a curved profile towards the support foot and which reproduces the profile of the flank of the waves beyond their summit, so as to form two supports at the top. wave. This curved profile of the wings in the vicinity of their end facilitates the placement of the connecting piece on the wavelengths and distributes the load over a larger area than only the wave-top. Advantageously, the wing may comprise, at the junction between their flat portion and their curved portion, at least one fastening means for fixing the connecting piece on two successive vertices of the waves of the coating. This fixing means may consist of a clip or more simply a through hole for a screw. Advantageously, the fastener may comprise, at the junction between the wing and the support foot, reinforcement legs substantially orthogonal to both the plane of the wing and the plane of the support foot. These reinforcing legs make it possible to stiffen the connection between the wing and the support leg; they may for example be located on either side of the screw passage. They may be constituted by substantially pyramidal recesses provided at the junction between the wing and the support foot, two of the edges of the recess being oriented substantially at 45 ° with respect to both the plane of the wing and the plane of the plane. support foot. Advantageously, the fastener may comprise a longitudinal plane of symmetry passing through the support leg and a transverse plane of symmetry passing through the axis of the screw passage. Advantageously, the fastener may consist of two identical elements located on either side of said longitudinal plane of symmetry and fixed to one another. The double symmetry makes it possible to break down the connecting piece into two identical elements situated on either side of a plane of symmetry, in particular of the longitudinal symmetry plane. This embodiment of the connecting piece greatly facilitates its manufacture: the elements can be manufactured individually, for example by stamping, and then connected to each other by any known means such as welding, gluing, stapling, clinching, riveting or screwing. Advantageously, each element may comprise a wing and a sole, rigidly connected to one another by a respective wall, so that the two walls form the support leg when they are contiguous to each other. to form the connecting piece. Each element comprises one half of each component of the connecting piece, and when the elements are brought together to constitute the connecting piece: the wings and the respective soles are in line with one another to form the connecting piece; wing and the sole of the connecting piece, the walls form the supporting leg when they are contiguous. However, as has been seen above, the support leg may include a guide chimney. For this purpose, the wall of each element may comprise a respective groove whose projecting portion is turned towards the wing, so that when two walls are contiguous to one another to form a connecting piece, the respective grooves together form the guide chimney. Advantageously, the groove may extend over substantially half the height of the wall of the element, and it may be extended by an axial recess in said wall. Advantageously, the recess may extend to the sole of the element and may include a shoulder in its part in contact with the groove. As has been seen above, the recess in the support foot allows to receive a fastening means such as a screw or a threaded rod, the shoulder for receiving a screw head or a nut. The invention also relates to a connecting system comprising a connecting piece according to one of the preceding claims, a threaded rod and two nuts, said threaded rod passing through the guide chimney and being held in place by the nuts mounted on the threaded rod on either side of said guide chimney. In this fixing system, the threaded rod may comprise, at one end, a plate intended to take place in a groove of a structural rail, the other end being engaged in the guide channel. On the threaded rod are mounted two nuts, on both sides of the chimney. The lower nut is locked axially in the shoulder, so that its rotation makes it possible to raise or lower the threaded rod. It is thus possible to finely adjust the position of the threaded rod in the guide stack and thus adjust the spacing between the coating and the structural rail. The upper nut is supported on the upper part of the chimney, that is to say on the wing of the connecting piece. It is therefore easily accessible and ensures the clamping in place of the threaded rod.
In the present description, the term longitudinal describes a direction which is in the direction of the peaks and troughs of the waves of the coating, and the term transversal qualifies what is perpendicular to this direction. In the case of covering a roof, the covering is generally arranged so that the peaks and troughs of the waves are in the direction of the local slope of the roof, this local slope then being also qualified as longitudinal direction. Several embodiments of the invention will be described hereinafter, by way of non-limiting examples, with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the connecting piece, FIG. a top view of the connecting piece comprising a threaded rod, - Figure 3 is an elevational view of the connecting piece having a setting nut, Figure 4 is a perspective view of the connecting piece in place. 5 is a perspective view of a constituent element of the connecting piece on a corrugated coating and providing connection with a support structure.
The connecting piece 1 illustrated in Figure 1 comprises a flange 3 having an upper face 3a and a lower face 3b. It extends in two directions, a longitudinal direction A-A and a transverse direction B-B. The distance D1 between its longitudinal sides is greater than the wavelength L of the coating. The central part of the wing is flat, but it has at its longitudinal ends curved portions 3c, 3d which reproduce the shape of the sides of the waves of the coating on either side of the vertices S1, S2 of the waves. The length D2 of the flat central part is equal to the wavelength L of the coating, so that when the connecting piece 1 rests on the coating R by the lower face of the wing, it rests on two vertices. successive waves S1, S2, in the vicinity of the junction line between the plane portions and the curved portions. The curved parts 3c, 3d bear on the flanks of the waves; they facilitate the placement of the connecting piece 1 on the coating R and distribute the load. At the junctions between the plane parts and the curved parts, the wing 3 comprises two through openings 7a, 7b. These openings are intended for fixing the connecting piece on the coating, at the level of the wave peaks. From the lower face 3b of the wing and halfway from its longitudinal sides extends a support leg 2, whose longitudinal dimension is identical to that of the wing 3 and the height is substantially equal to the peak-to-valley distance H of the waves; in this way, when the connecting piece rests on the successive vertices S1, S2 of two waves of the coating, the support foot 2 rests in the recess between these vertices.
In a particular application, the support piece is adapted to a corrugated coating whose wavelength L is equal to 177 mm and the hollow H is equal to 51 mm. In another particular application, it is adapted to a corrugated coating whose wavelength L is equal to 230 mm and the hollow H is equal to 60 mm. On its side 2b distant from the wing 3, the support foot 2 comprises a sole 5, which extends substantially transversely and on either side of the foot 2. The sole 5 has a curved profile which reproduces the profile of the wave hollow of the coating R so as to distribute the load.
In a preferred embodiment, a guide chimney 4 is integrated into the support leg 2, halfway from its transverse sides. This guide chimney 4 is intended to receive and guide a means for fixing a structural rail S on the connecting piece, such as a threaded rod T. In another embodiment, the connecting piece comprises a reduced screw passage to a through opening in the flange 3. On either side of the guide duct 4 in the longitudinal direction, the connecting piece comprises reinforcing legs 8a, 8b, located at the junction between the wing 3 and support foot 2. These reinforcing legs take the form of substantially pyramidal recesses, two of whose edges are oriented substantially at 45 ° to both the plane of the wing 3 and the plane of the support leg 2. These reinforcing legs serve to stiffen the connecting piece at the junction between the wing and the support leg.
The piece 1 comprises two planes of symmetry passing through the axis of the guiding chimney 4: a longitudinal plane of symmetry passing through the support leg 2, a transverse plane of symmetry, orthogonal to the support foot 2. As a result of this double symmetry, it can be said that: - either the connecting piece, once fabricated, can be cut into two identical elements in a plane passing through one of these planes of symmetry, or Conversely, it can be manufactured by bringing together two identical elements according to a plane of symmetry. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the connecting piece 1 is manufactured from two identical elements, for example two elements 100 and 101 united along the longitudinal plane of symmetry passing through the support leg 2. FIG. 101. This element comprises a wing 31 and a sole 51, these two objects being joined by a plane wall 21. A connecting piece is constituted by the joining of two elements 100 and 101 by their flat wall, so that: wings 30 (not shown) and 31, and the soles 50 (not shown) and 51 are in the extension of one another to constitute respectively the wing 3 and the sole 5 of the connecting piece, the walls 20 (not shown) and 21 joined to each other constitute the support leg 2 of the connecting piece.
At the junction of the wing 31 and the wall 21 are recesses 81a and 81b, which constitute reinforcing legs of the element 101. When two elements 100 and 101 are joined, the recesses 80a (not shown) and 81a together form the reinforcing leg 8a of the connecting piece, and the recesses 80b (not shown) and 8b together form the reinforcement leg 8b. The wall 21 has a groove 41, for example V-shaped, on substantially half of its height from the wing 31. When two elements 100 and 101 are joined, the grooves 40 (not shown) and 41 form together the guide chimney 4.
The groove 41 of the piece 101 is extended by an axial recess 42 to the sole 51, of width equal to the spacing of the groove 41. This obviously has a section of greater width 43 at the outlet of the groove 41. An element 100 intended to be attached to the element 101 to form a connecting piece will have the same provisions, so that the support leg 2 of the connecting piece has a recess in the extension 2960271 - 10 - 4 and which extends to the sole 5, this recess having a section of greater width at the outlet of the guide channel 4.
5 Un système de liaison selon l'invention comporte : - une pièce de liaison 1 comme précédemment décrite, - une tige filetée T destinée à prendre place dans la cheminée de guidage 4 et dans l'évidement du pied de support 2, - un écrou de réglage El destiné à être monté sur la tige filetée T et à prendre lo place dans la section de plus grande largeur de l'évidement du pied de support 2, - un écrou de serrage E2 destiné à être appliqué sur l'aile 3. 5 a connecting system according to the invention comprises: - a connecting piece 1 as previously described, - a threaded rod T intended to take place in the guide channel 4 and in the recess of the support foot 2, - a nut El adjustment device intended to be mounted on the threaded rod T and take place in the wider section of the recess of the support foot 2, - a clamping nut E2 intended to be applied on the wing 3.
