The invention relates to the field of accessories, especially clothing, leather goods or other justifying a hanging, an attachment of article, or a setting between two points. It is particularly applicable to clothing, leather goods or any other means or equipment having at least one passer, similar in form to a passer of pants.

To fix the ideas, we are interested here in the field of clothing or leather goods, knowing that they are not exclusive. Known accessories for attaching an article or pouch to the size of a person are of several types. Some include for example their own passer in which must pass through the belt before closing the latter on the waist. However, it is inconvenient to instantly remove the accessory, this necessitating the unfastening of the belt, removing one or two loops of the pants before being able to release the accessory completely. Other known accessories (type "banana" belt) use their own belt to curl on the waist, which is relatively redundant and cumbersome when it adds to a classic belt pants. Finally, other accessories are to use the passers conventionally provided on the pants for the passage of a belt, in order to hang carabiner type accessories or similar hooks.
