To fully understand the scope of the invention, a fuel door is a separate piece, comprising a housing with a hole, a shutter and an articulated arm connected to both the flap and the housing. Generally the case is placed inside the body of the vehicle, its hole constituting the output of the fuel system of the vehicle, through which a person can pour fuel into the tank. The arm is generally mounted articulated in the housing, to allow the flap to move by rotation between a closed position, for which it hides the housing, and an open position for which it releases said housing. For obvious reasons of aesthetics and line, the shutter, in the closed position, lowers the bodywork element on which it is mounted. More specifically, the invention relates to an improved fuel door, with additional functionality, to a motor vehicle equipped with such a hatch and to a method of opening the hatch. Fuel traps having additional functionality or having a particular mode of operation, exist and have already been the subject of patents. One can, for example, mention patent US2008000909, which relates to a fuel filler, the originality of which is that it incorporates fastening means for hanging the cap, during the filling phase of the fuel tank. petrol. This cap is connected by a wire, and permanently, to the flap of the fuel door, said flap having on its inner face, hooking means designed to secure the cap. When a person wishes to fill the tank of his vehicle, it opens the shutter, then unscrews the cap connected to the shutter, and finally, makes it interact with the attachment means to fix it. These hatches use a wire, which is likely, at any time, come to nest or accidentally lodge in an unexpected nook, and thus come to disrupt the filling operation of the tank. Similarly, when closing the shutter, it is necessary to engage in a wire bending operation, precise and organized, otherwise it will be trapped between the shutter and the bodywork element on which the hatch is mounted. The patent US5658036, for its part, describes a principle of closing the fuel system of the vehicle, relying on a closure plug of said circuit, secured to the flap. In this way, the methods of opening fuel traps gain a step, since the phases consisting, on the one hand, to rotate the flap to clear the hatch, and on the other hand, to unscrew the cap to open the door. fuel circuit, are grouped in one and the same phase of pivoting of the flap, which makes it possible to perform both of these operations simultaneously. With this type of fuel filler, the person handling the flap has no control over the conditions of interaction and cooperation between the cap and the opening opening into the fuel system, since this person operates blind. A fuel hatch according to the invention, temporarily allows the shutter, to become an object receiving tablet, during the filling phase of the fuel tank of the motor vehicle. Indeed, during this operation, a person can find himself cluttered by a number of common objects, among which, the fuel tank cap, keys, or even a mobile phone or papers, said objects which can put the person in difficulty, when grasping the fuel supply pipe, and bring it to the entrance of the duct opening into the tank. Thus, in order to free the hands of the person wishing to fill his gas tank, the flap of the hatch is simply and quickly transformed into a tablet to allow the deposit of these small bulky objects. This transformation takes place without ever separating the flap of the box from the hatch, and without having recourse to a particular tooling. In addition, it is a reversible operation, to close the shutter on the housing of the hatch, once the filling step completed. The present invention relates to a fuel door of a motor vehicle, comprising a shutter, a housing, and a hinge arm, a first end is connected to the housing, and the second end is connected to the flap, the first end being pivotally mounted about a first axis to allow the flap to pass from a closed position, for which it closes the case to an open position for which it releases the case to allow to access the fuel system. The main characteristic of a hatch according to the invention is that the flap is mounted hinged about a second axis located at the second end of the arm, so that, from its closed position, the flap is fit to undergo a first rotation by pivoting the arm about the first axis, then a second rotation by pivoting itself around the second axis. The first rotation is conventional, because it allows to rotate the shutter, to open the door and have access to the shutter of the fuel tank. The true originality of the invention lies in this second rotation of the flap around the arm, once it has finished pivoting, allowing a spatial reorientation of said flap, so that it can be used as a tablet for depositing objects . This flap is generally round in shape, it will take the shape of a cup suitable for receiving small objects, such as a tank cap, keys, a mobile phone, a pen or other papers. It should be noted that the two rotations of the shutter are performed manually by a person. The joints between the arm and the case, and between the arm and the flap involve conventional hinges. Advantageously, the first axis is perpendicular to the second axis. In this way, in a conventional configuration, for which the flap is in a substantially vertical plane when it is in the closed position on a vehicle, said flap is substantially horizontal, when it has undergone these two successive rotations consecutively . The term tablet then takes all its meaning, since the shutter is then a horizontal receptacle. Preferably, the angle of rotation of the arm about the first axis is between 70 ° and 110 °. Preferably, this angle of rotation of the arm about the first axis is substantially 90 °. Indeed, the flap that closes the fuel flap flush body member on which it is mounted, is found almost at right angles to said element, when it is open conventionally. Advantageously, the angle of rotation of the flap around the second axis is substantially 90 °. In a particular configuration, the flap can thus undergo consecutive successive rotations of 90 °, to bring it, for example, from a vertical position to a substantially horizontal position. Advantageously, during the first rotation, the flap is held in its position at the arm by first temporary fixing means. Indeed, since it is made to perform a second rotation at one end of said arm, the flap is found, in fact, fixed around an axis of said arm, and is therefore likely to perform uncontrolled oscillations around this axis if it is not blocked. Its relative position relative to the arm must be constant during the first rotation. The temporary fastening means allow this indispensable maintenance of the flap on the arm, so that the complete phase of opening the hatch is provided in the best conditions. Preferably, the temporary fixing means are latching means. In this way, the unlocking of the flap on the arm, which is prior to the realization of the second rotation, is carried out quickly, simply, without special tools and without great effort. Preferably, once the flap has undergone the second rotation around the arm, it is maintained in its final position by second temporary fixing means. Indeed, since it will serve as object receiving shelf, the shutter must have a stable and solid position, so that it does not undergo any unexpected rotation, due to the weight of an object, which would be posed eccentrically on said flap. These second temporary fixing means may also consist of snap-fastening means. The invention also relates to a motor vehicle whose particularity is that it comprises a fuel door according to the invention. Advantageously, said hatch is mounted on a bodywork element of said vehicle, so that the first axis is in a vertical position and the second axis is in a horizontal position, the initially vertical flap in the closed position, ending up in a horizontal position. after having undergone a first rotation due to the arm which pivots, then a second rotation around the end of said arm. The invention finally relates to a method of opening a fuel filler flap according to the invention, characterized in that it comprises the following steps: the initially vertical flap in the closed position on the structure of a motor vehicle, undergoes a first rotation about the first vertical axis, by pivoting the arm in a horizontal plane, said flap remaining vertical to the end of the arm during this rotation by means of latching means, - Once the arm has finished its course to allow the full opening of the housing of the hatch, the latching means are unlocked, releasing in rotation the flap about the second horizontal axis, located at the end of the arm, - The flap then undergoes a second rotation around the second axis, until ending up in a horizontal position. This final step may possibly be followed by a step of blocking the flap, when it is in the tablet position, ready to receive objects. The fuel traps according to the invention have the advantage of ensuring quickly, easily and without special efforts, an additional feature, which is to play the role of a tablet receiving small everyday objects, which would unnecessarily clutter a person wishing to fill his tank of gasoline. In addition, the traps according to the invention do not require any particular tools that may increase the conditions of their handling. Finally, they have the advantage of being manufactured without additional material and without special machining, which makes them inexpensive, compared to their additional functionality. The following is a detailed description of a preferred embodiment of a manual actuating system according to the invention, with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. FIG. 1 is a front view. a fuel hatch according to the invention, implanted on a bodywork element of a motor vehicle, showing the three possible positions of the flap, corresponding to the closing step, intermediate opening and final opening or Tablet. - Figure 2 is a front view of the fuel door of Figure 1 in the final open position or shelf, on a body part 5 of a motor vehicle, after undergoing a second rotation around the end of the arm. To understand the invention, it is useful to remember that the X axis is a longitudinal axis of the motor vehicle, the Y axis is a transverse axis of said vehicle, and the Z axis is a vertical axis. Referring to Figure 1, a fuel filler flap 1 according to the invention is implanted on a bodywork element 2 of a motor vehicle, to access the fuel tank and fill it with fuel. This fuel hatch 1 has a housing 15 with a hole. and on which is pivotally mounted a closure shutter 3 of the housing 15, via an arm 4 having a curvature. More specifically, the arm has a first end mounted articulated in the housing 15, and a second end 11 at the end of which is secured the shutter 3 shutter. Generally, the housing 15 has the shape of a bowl and is mounted inside the body member 2, so as to match its hole with the outlet of the fuel pipe, communicating with the fuel tank of the vehicle. The hatch 1 20 is mounted on the body 2, so that the housing 15 is found inside said body 2, and the flap 3 is flush with the bodywork element 2 when it closes the housing 15. From this way, the body 2 provided with the fuel hatch 1, has a smooth surface, with no particular relief at this flap 3. The shutter 3 has a circular shape, and has a hump 5 originating at its level. peripheral edge, and 25 extending radially towards the center of this flap 3, this hump 5 being provided so that a person can slide a finger, to exert a tensile force on the flap to open it by a pivoting arm 4 in the housing 15. Generally, the first axis of rotation allowing the arm 4 to pivot in the housing 15 is vertical. In this way, as shown by the upper arrow 6 of FIG. 1, during its general opening phase, the shutter 3 undergoes a first rotation of about 90 °, in a horizontal plane, between its closed position 7 and a first open position 8. In the closed position, the flap 3 extends in a vertical plane, and maintains this vertical position, throughout the duration of this first rotation. This holding in the vertical position is provided by latching means 9, allowing the flap 3 to remain frozen in this position, remaining in contact with said arm 4. [0019] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the particularity of a fuel hatch 1 according to the invention is that the flap 3 is pivotally mounted at the second end 11 of the arm 4, about a second axis 12 of horizontal rotation. In this way, as indicated by the arrow 13, the flap 3 can undergo a second rotation, which is consecutive to the first, and which will bring it from the first open position 8, or intermediate open position, at a second final opening position 14, or tablet position. This second rotation is carried out in a vertical plane, and has an angular amplitude close to 90 °, allowing the flap 3 to move from a vertical position to a horizontal position, this second rotation being made possible only after unlocking snap-fastening means 9 of the shutter 3 on the arm 4. Once reached in its final open position 14, the shutter 3 is fixed in this new position, by second snap-fastening means, allowing said shutter 3 to remain against the arm 4. This firm fastening of the flap 3 on the arm 4, is necessary to prevent an object placed eccentrically on the flap 3, inadvertently rotates the flap 3, and eventually fall. A method of using a fuel hatch 1 according to the invention, follows the following steps: - The shutter 3 initially vertical in the closed position on the structure 2 of a motor vehicle, undergoes a first rotation around of the first vertical axis, by pivoting the arm 4 in a horizontal plane, said shutter 3 remaining vertical at the end of the arm 4 during this rotation by means of latching means 9, Once the arm 4 has finished its course to bring the flap 3 in its first open position 8, the latching means 9 are unlocked, releasing in rotation the flap 3 about the second horizontal axis 12, located at the end 11 of the arm 4, the flap 3 then undergoes a second rotation about the second axis 12, until ending up in a horizontal position.
