Description
-1- La présente invention concerne un dispositif pour fixer conjointement un isolant et un parement contre une paroi (verticale ou horizontale) et assurer l'étanchéité du complexe ainsi constitué. The present invention relates to a device for jointly fixing an insulation and a facing against a wall (vertical or horizontal) and to seal the complex thus formed.
Il existe deux techniques. La première consiste à fixer des chevrons métalliques ou bois entre lesquels on installe l'isolant. On vient ensuite fixer le parement sur les chevrons. Ce système crée des liaisons importantes entre le mur et l'extérieur, qui constitue un pont thermique. La deuxième consiste à coller l'isolant contre le mur, on doit ensuite traiter les joints avec des enduits et des grillages, et après mettre un grillage sur toute la surface puis tout enduire. Les coûts sont élevés, certains isolants ne sont pas compatibles et on ne peut pas assurer la mise en oeuvre par grand froid ou par forte chaleur. Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de remédier à ces inconvénients. Il permet de fixer conjointement l'isolant, le parement, tout en assurant l'étanchéité du dispositif par un montage à sec, en limitant les ponts thermiques compte tenu des faibles liaisons avec le mur. Il comporte en effet un premier élément qui permet de recevoir l'isolant. Le deuxième élément permet de plaquer cet isolant et de recevoir les plaques de parement. Il permet aussi de créer une lame d'air entre l'isolant et le parement, assurant la ventilation. Le troisième élément assure le maintient des plaques de parement, des baguettes d'étanchéité, et de par son ou ses joints souples apporte une étanchéité à la jonction des quatre plaques. Enfin ce quatrième élément permet d'assurer l'étanchéité entre deux plaques de parement en recouvrant celles-ci par le biais de joints souples. Il est maintenu par les troisièmes éléments ainsi reliés entre eux, assurant ainsi la continuité de l'étanchéité. There are two techniques. It has in fact a first element that allows to receive the insulation. The second element allows to plaster this insulation and to receive the facing plates. It also creates an air gap between the insulation and the siding, providing ventilation. The third element ensures the maintenance of the facing plates, sealing strips, and its flexible seal (s) provides a seal at the junction of the four plates. Finally, this fourth element makes it possible to seal between two facing plates by covering them by means of flexible joints. It is maintained by the third elements thus connected together, thus ensuring the continuity of the seal.

La figure 4 montre le troisième élément qui est la vis -2- La figure 5 montre le quatrième élément qui est constitué par les baguettes d'étanchéité. En référence à ces dessins le dispositif comporte en son extrémité une pointe (10) fixée dans la paroi (3) de un ou plusieurs centimètres. Cette pointe est d'une longueur variable selon la nature de la paroi (béton, bois, métal, ou autre) et de la force 35 nécessaire. Une collerette (12) permet un meilleur maintient ou permet de guider la profondeur de l'ancrage (10) dans la paroi. La longueur de l'élément central (4) est fonction de l'épaisseur de l'isolant que l'on souhaite utiliser. Elle comporte en son autre extrémité un filetage extérieur (14) destiné à recevoir la rondelle (5). Sur cette même extrémité elle dispose d'un filetage intérieur (13) destiné à recevoir la vis (6). Une fois 40 la cheville (4) fixée dans la paroi (3), elle reçoit l'isolant (1) qui s'embroche. Celui-ci (1) est maintenu par la rondelle (5). Elle est de forme cylindrique préférentiellement. L'épaisseur de la rondelle (5) peut varier selon l'épaisseur de la lame d'air (21) que l'on souhaite obtenir. Elle est pourvue d'ailettes saillantes (15) disposées préférentiellement en croix, lesquelles servent de supports qui reçoivent les 45 plaques de parement (2) et permettent de caler celles-ci entre elles. Les dimensions de ces supports (15) intégrés à la rondelle peuvent varier selon l'épaisseur et la nature des plaques de parement (2), fibre ciment, métal, bois, ou autre. La rondelle (5) pour se visser sur la cheville (4) est pourvue en son centre d'un filetage (16).On peut visser la rondelle (5) avant de mettre l'isolant (1) cela permet d'avoir une prise manuelle pour 50 visser la cheville (4) dans la paroi (3). Il faut alors ensuite dévisser la rondelle pour mettre l'isolant et la remettre à nouveau en place. On positionne alors les plaques de parement (2) que l'on maintient manuellement ou qui peuvent tenir seules car tenues provisoirement par un petit rebord intégré aux ailettes saillantes côté extérieur (15).The attached drawings illustrate the invention: FIG. 1 shows the invention in a situation with the four elements that constitute it.
