L'invention concerne un élément d'habillage d'une tôle de plancher d'habitacle de véhicule automobile et des architectures de montage d'un tel élément. The invention relates to a covering element of a vehicle cabin floor plate and mounting architectures of such an element.
Il est connu de réaliser un élément d'habillage d'une tôle de plancher d'habitacle de véhicule automobile, ledit élément comprenant une armature à base de matériau moulé, ladite armature comprenant un plateau pourvu de moyens de piètement, tels que des nervures ou des pieds, issus de matière de son envers, ledit matériau étant à base de matériau thermoplastique injecté, tel que du polypropylène. Un tel élément, couramment appelé « faux plancher », a pour fonction de créer un sol sensiblement plat, notamment pour des véhicules de type « monospace ». L'utilisation d'un tel matériau présente plusieurs inconvénients : • les outillages et presses de moulage par injection sont complexes et coûteux, • l'armature présente un poids important, en raison de la densité du matériau utilisé, • du fait de la rigidité intrinsèque du matériau, les vibrations de la tôle de plancher sont retransmises de façon importante par l'armature, ce qui oblige à disposer une couche d'amortissement, telle que du feutre, entre la tôle et les moyens de piètement, • toujours du fait de la rigidité du matériau, il est généralement nécessaire de disposer une couche de confort élastiquement compressible entre le plateau et une couche de revêtement dudit plateau, telle qu'une moquette, ceci afin de procurer un confort d'approche aux occupants du véhicule, ce qui complexifie la réalisation. A cet effet, et selon un premier aspect, l'invention propose un élément d'habillage d'une tôle de plancher d'habitacle de véhicule automobile, ledit 2 élément comprenant une armature à base de matériau moulé, ladite armature comprenant un plateau pourvu de moyens de piètement issus de son envers, ledit matériau étant à base de mousse de polyuréthanne élastiquement compressible.
