Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a concealment device of a glazed element of a vehicle roof and to a vehicle having a roof provided with a glazed element equipped with such a device. More and more vehicles are equipped with a transparent roof window, glass or synthetic material, constituting part of the roof to increase the brightness in the passenger compartment: it may be, for example, 10 of a panoramic roof, or an optionally sliding sunroof. In order to limit the entry of light into the passenger compartment, in particular to prevent the driver from being dazzled, the transparent roof windows are generally equipped with an opaque cover to completely or partially hide the roof windows. Such an opaque occluder does not, however, allow to properly manage the entry of light into the passenger compartment. To overcome the drawback of such an occluder, the document US Pat. No. 6,315,356 proposes, for equipping a sunroof of a vehicle, to add, to a first sliding opaque panel, a second sliding panel which allows a part to pass. light, the second panel 20 being interposed between the sunroof glass and the first panel: the panels slide in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, thanks to two pairs of rails hidden under an unglazed part of the roof of the vehicle. Such a device has the disadvantage of being complex to use by the user. Indeed, the user can not maneuver the second panel when it is in the retracted position and the first panel is in the deployed position or partially deployed. In addition, such a concealment device comprises a large number of parts for the operation of each panel. In this technical context, the present invention provides a device for concealing a glazed element of a roof whose panels are easily maneuverable, economical to produce or install. For this purpose, the present invention relates to a concealment device of a glazed element of a vehicle roof comprising: an opaque occulting device movably mounted between a retracted position and an extended position in which the occult occult occult less in part said glazed element; and a movable sunshade for sifting the light penetrating into the passenger compartment of the vehicle by said glazed element; the device being characterized in that it comprises at least one movable crosshead integral with the concealer and a blind winder integral with the movable crosshead, the blind retractor being intended to allow the winding or unfolding of the blind to Sun. The invention also relates to a vehicle comprising a roof provided with a glazed element equipped with a device according to the invention. Thus, a concealment device according to the invention offers the possibility to completely or partially sift the light entering the cabin of a vehicle at the glazed element of the flag through the deployment of the sun blind, or to obscure at least partially or completely the glazed element using the opaque occluder. The device according to the invention is particularly suitable for a vehicle having a panoramic roof.
Thus, the device according to the invention makes it possible to sift a part of the light penetrating into the passenger compartment through the glazed element while obscuring another part of the glazed element of the roof: thus, a first part of the occupants of a vehicle equipped with a device according to the invention can be protected by the opaque shade, while other passengers can benefit or not from the light sieved by the sun blind: it is sufficient for this to move the movable cross member in the appropriate position for the first part of the passengers, the other passengers choosing whether or not to deploy the sun blind. It is also possible to fully deploy the sun blind when the shade is in the retracted position. In one embodiment of the invention, the occluder is a curtain, the device further comprising a curtain winder for allowing the winding or unwinding of the occluder. Thus, when the shade is a curtain, it can be easily concealed by winding in the curtain winder. According to a possibility of the invention, the movable cross member is integral with an end edge of the shield. According to one characteristic of the invention, the windings of the sun blind and the shade are substantially in the same direction.
Advantageously then, the shade and the sun blind extend on both sides of the movable cross member when they are at least partly unwound. In another embodiment of the invention, the movable cross member has a cavity in which the blind winder is arranged. According to another possibility of the invention, the device further comprises guiding means, in particular guide rails, intended to guide the displacement of the shield between the retracted position and the deployed position. Advantageously, the guiding means may allow the guiding of the sun blind. The device according to the invention is economical because it limits the number of rails required for the independent deployment of the shade or sun blind: the sun blind and the shade can be guided by the same rails. In a particular embodiment of the invention, the unwinding and winding of the sun blind is motorized. The invention will be better understood from the detailed description which is set out below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: FIG. 1 is a plan view of a vehicle roof having a transparent roof provided with an obscuration device according to the present invention; and Figure 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a movable cross member of a device according to the invention. The horn 1 of a vehicle 2, shown in FIG. 1, has a glazed element 3 that can be obscured by a concealment device 4 according to the invention. The glazed element 3 can be made of glass or any other suitable transparent material. The device 4 comprises an opaque occluder 5 movably mounted between a retracted position and an extended position in which the occluder 5 at least partially obscures said glazed element 3. In the embodiment shown in FIGS. consists of a curtain and the device 4 also then comprises a curtain winder 6 for winding or unwinding the curtain. When the concealer 5 is in the deployed position, the curtain is completely unrolled from the curtain winder 6 so as to obscure at least part of the glazed element 3. Advantageously, the length of the curtain is chosen so as to that in the deployed position, the curtain completely obscures the glazed element 3.
The curtain winder 6 can be fixed on the roof 1, inside the passenger compartment of the vehicle 2, behind the glazed element 3, so that when the concave 5 is in the position retracted it does not obscure the glazed element 3.
The device 4 according to the invention also comprises a mobile crosspiece 7 shown in detail in FIG. 2, integral with the concealer 5 and fastened for example at the end edge of the latter not engaged in the curtain winder 6. The device 4 according to the invention also comprises a sun blind 8 also movable for sifting a portion of the light entering the passenger compartment of the vehicle 2. The sun blind 8 is for example made of a material provided with a multitude of orifices intended to let the light pass partially to sift it. The sun blind 8 can be rolled up or unrolled by means of a blind winder 9 (shown in FIG. 2) of the device 4. The blind winder 9 is integral with the movable cross member 7 and can be concealed, for example in a cavity 10 formed in the movable cross member 7 to improve the aesthetic appearance of the device 4 according to the invention. The unwinding of the sun awning 8 and the concealer 5 is carried out in the same direction, for example towards the front of the vehicle: thus, when the concealer 5 and the sun blind 8 are at least partly unrolled, they extend on either side of the movable crossbar 7, as shown in Figure 1. The device 4 according to the invention also comprises guide means such as guide rails 11 arranged on both sides. the other of the flag 1, extending in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle 2 and in which slides can be slid, for example, on the movable crossbar 7 to guide the movement of the shield 5 between the retracted position and the position deployed. Movement of the movable cross member 7 can be motorized, in particular by means of a system comprising a motor, cables and pulleys (not shown in the figures). The unwinding of the sun awning 8 can also be motorized by means of cables (not shown), pulleys 13 and a motor 14, shown in FIG. 1. The cables are attached to an end edge 15 of the awning. sun 8, not engaged in the blind roller 9, so as to allow the unwinding of the sun blind 8 when the motor 14 prints tension to the cables following the actuation of a command by a passenger of the vehicle 2. To facilitate the unwinding or winding of the sun blind 8, the end edge 15 may have lugs, not shown, adapted to engage in the guide rails 11. Thus, the awning sun 8 does not require that the vehicle 2 according to the invention is equipped with two pairs of rails to ensure the deployment of the shield 5 and the sun blind 8. The winding of the sun blind 8 is then ensured by the blind roller 9, when the voltages on the cables es are canceled, which may comprise for this purpose elastic return means.
The winding or unwinding of the shield 5 and the sun blind 8 can be adjusted independently by virtue of the respective displacements of the movable cross-member 7 and of the end edge 15 of the sun-blind 8. Thus, the device 4 according to the invention described above allows to obscure and / or sift all or part of the light entering the passenger compartment through the glazed element 3 of the flag 1 of the vehicle 2. The device 4 according to the present invention the advantage of being of particularly simple design. Of course, the exemplary embodiment mentioned above has no limiting character and other details and improvements can be made to the device 4 according to the invention, without departing from the scope of the invention where other forms of the device can be realized.
