1. Field of the invention

The field of the invention is that of motor vehicles, and more specifically sunroofs for motor vehicles.

More precisely still, the invention relates to glazed pavilions, comprising at least one opening cooperating with a sliding movable glazed panel, and in particular the devices known under the name "flush windows" or "flush sunroofs", designed to be mounted flush (or almost flush) with the vehicle body.

In the context of the present description, the term “glazed panel” means any panel, fixed or movable relative to the body, substantially transparent or translucent, participating in the bay window. Such a panel can be made of glass or any other suitable material, such as polycarbonate.

In certain embodiments, the panel may consist of several elements flush with each other, seen from the outside, if necessary, at least one of these elements wholly or partly opaque, and for example of metal or plastic. Furthermore, the edges of a glazed panel can be opacified, for example by screen printing.

Such pavilions are equipped with means for obscuring all or part of the glazed surface, to protect passengers, if necessary, especially against the rays of the sun. These screening means may in particular comprise a screening blind, mounted on a winding device, or a movable awning in translation.

2. Prior art

Such a blind comprises a blackout fabric can be deployed, when the movable glass panel is closed, or be partially deployed, facing an unopened portion of the movable glass panel. On the other hand, it is desirable that the blind cannot be deployed when the movable glass panel is open (or that the fabric is deployed beyond the movable panel, if the latter is partially open.

In fact, due in particular to aerodynamic phenomena, the fabric may otherwise take the wind, faséyer, and consequently make noise, generate unpleasant movements of air in the passenger compartment and / or deteriorate.

When the blind is driven in a motorized manner, its motor is controlled as a function of that of the glass panel, so as to allow the deployment of the fabric only opposite the glass panel, whether the latter is fully or partially closed, and prevent deployment if the movable panel is open, or beyond it, if it is only partially open.

In some cases, however, the movement of the blackout fabric is not motorized, but manual. The user can then act on a pull bar placed at the free end of the fabric (the other end being secured to a winding tube). This pull bar is guided in guide rails, provided for this purpose, and the user can move it, and consequently drive the fabric as required.

However, it remains necessary to prevent the canvas from being deployed when the movable glass panel is open, and in particular to check that, in the event that the movable panel is closed and the blackout cloth is deployed, it will be folded if the user activates the opening of the movable panel.

A known solution, for example described in patent document JP 2814323, consists in mounting a drive tab on the movable panel, extending downward, so that its lower end can come into contact with a stop provided at this effect formed on the occulting element.

This apparently simple approach has several drawbacks, however. First of all, the stop must be mounted on a sufficiently rigid element, which is probably possible on a canopy, but not on a blackout fabric, unless you act on the draw bar. But this placed at the end of the fabric can be difficult to reach, because it is not easy to place such a tab at the corresponding end of the movable panel.

Furthermore, in terms of space and aesthetics, especially when the roof is open, a tab mounted on the movable panel can be a problem.

Finally, such a system can work if the movement of the roof remains parallel to that of the concealment element. In practice, however, in “flush sunroofs” in particular, the movable panel is not only movable in sliding: it must also be moved in height, to be disengaged from the fixed part of the roof, which would tend to move it away of the stop. In some cases, moreover, the movable panel can be ajar.

Finally, in certain cases, the displacement of the pavilion can follow a curve, to be imposed by the curve of the pavilion, while the fabric can be deployed in a substantially planar manner.

The invention particularly aims to overcome at least some of these drawbacks.

3. Presentation of the invention

This is achieved using a sunroof of a motor vehicle equipped with a concealing element, comprising at least one movable glass panel guided along two guide rails each carrying a shuttle driven by a drive cable. . According to the invention, at least one of said drive cables carries a hooking lug, the free end of which comes into abutment with a draw bar of said concealment element or a stop integral with said draw bar.

Thus, the folding of the fabric is controlled in a simple and effective manner, when the mobile panel is open, without it being necessary to provide means for controlling this folding mounted on this mobile panel. By securing the hooking lug to the actuating cable, the drive means are confined to a reduced area and not directly accessible and / or visible. In addition, the movement of the concealment element is followed in a simple manner, which can be guided by the same profile as the cable. In this way, the fact that the movable panel can move between different positions in height and / or in inclination poses no problem.

According to a particular embodiment, said hooking lug is mounted at the end of said drive cable.

It is thus possible to act on the end of the concealment element, and in particular its draw bar, without complex shape for the latching lug.

5. Description of a particular embodiment

The invention therefore relates to a new approach for controlling the position of a manual blackout blind, relative to a movable glazed roof panel, without the need for a drive element for the blackout fabric mounted on this panel. mobile.

Figure 1 is a partial view of a glazed roof device, having a movable flush panel and a blackout blind, intended to be mounted on the body of a motor vehicle. More specifically, this figure 1 illustrates the front left corner of such a device.

It includes a profile 11, adapted in particular to guide the movable glazed panel (not shown) and the blackout fabric 12. For simplicity, this profile is also called hereinafter guide rail.

This guide rail 11 carries in particular a shuttle 13, controlling the movement of the movable glass panel in different directions, to first ensure, from the closed position, an upward movement, to disengage from the fixed part ("tilt »), Then a slide towards the rear of the vehicle. The blackout fabric 12 is provided, at its end, with a pulling bar 14, the ends of which carry guide portions adapted to move in a corresponding guide groove 111 of the rail 11, as this appears more precisely on the FIG. 2, which is a section of FIG. 1, at the level of the hooking lug 15.

This latching lug 15 is, according to the invention, suitable for controlling the folding of the blackout fabric 12, automatically, when the movable glass panel is open (the movement of the fabric 12 being otherwise manual, and ensured by user action on the draw bar 14).

As can be seen in FIG. 1, the draw bar 14 is equipped with an extension 16, extending in its embodiment above a part 112 of the rail 11 carrying means for guiding a cable balancing 17.

This extension 16 is configured so as to form a stop, capable of cooperating with the free end 151 of the attachment tab which, in this embodiment, has a contact part, obtained by overmolding on a metal tab 152.

This metal tab 152 has a substantially horizontal portion, carrying the overmolding 151, and a substantially horizontal portion, ending in a drive and guide portion 153, which can also be formed by overmolding.

This portion 153 is secured to the end of the cable 18 for driving the shuttle 13. FIG. 3 illustrates more precisely this cable 18 and the lug 15, isolated from the rest of the elements. Thus, it is the movement of this drive cable 18 which causes the movement of the latching lug 15, and not the glazed movable panel itself. This latching lug 15 is housed in the space of the profile 11, and therefore remains invisible, and not accessible.

While the overmolding 151 has a simple shape, for example essentially parallelepipedic, the shape of the overmolding 153 is more complex, since it is adapted on the one hand to guide in translation the hooking lug 15, parallel to the rail 11, and on the other hand maintaining the latching tab in its predefined position, in the plane perpendicular to the movement along the rail.

For this, the overmolding comprises on the one hand a substantially cylindrical portion 1521, formed so as to extend the cable 18, and therefore to slide in the groove of essentially cylindrical section 113 provided for this purpose in the rail 11.

The overmolding also has a groove 1532, intended to cooperate with a tongue 114 of the rail 111.

Thus, the hooking lug 15 is effectively maintained, and cannot tilt.

It is noted that the end 153 of the metal tab substantially forms a U surrounding the groove 1532.

We understand that, from the position of Figure 1, in which the movable glass panel is closed and the blackout fabric 12 deployed, a command to open the movable glass panel causes the cable to move backwards. 'drive 18, which will in particular drive the shuttle 13, according to the techniques described in the prior art. At the same time, the cable 18 will bring the hooking lug 15 back, which will come into contact with the stop 16 integral with the pulling bar 14, and consequently drive the latter towards the rear, and therefore cause the folding of the blackout fabric 12, without manual intervention. If the movable panel is only partially open, the latching tab will also be partially displaced, and the blackout fabric 12 will be kept deployed only opposite the part of the unopened movable panel.

When the movable panel is closed, the cable 18 brings the hooking tab 15 forward, and therefore moves it away from the stop 16. Consequently, the blackout fabric remains folded, or partially folded. The user can manually control its deployment.

In any case, the user can also manually perform his fallback.

There is thus a simple and effective mechanism for controlling the position of the blackout fabric, ensuring that this fabric does not remain deployed while the movable panel is open. This solution does not require a connection of a hooking element with the movable panel, and is not disturbed by the displacements in height of the movable glass panel, since the displacement of the hooking tab 15 is ensured by the cable 18, whose movement is purely linear (or at least in one direction, the movement can be curved, if the rail 11 is curved).
