The present invention relates to the cutting of several garments allowing the realization of a new garment. The assembly of several garments following a cutting that can be random, does not exist. This technique allows, among other things, to recycle parts of clothes in good condition, while the rest is damaged. This technique also allows to assemble the favorite parts of our clothes. For example 2 shirts are cut in 2 (AA 'Figure 1 and BB' Figure 2), according to one of the cutting and assembly modes outlined in paragraph 1. The top of the first folder (A) is assembled with the bottom of the second (B '), so as to have, again, a shirt (Figure 3). Similarly one can assemble a piece of pants (Figure 5) with a shirt (C Figure 4 and 6), according to one of the cutting and assembly methods described in paragraph 2. The invention explains the different methods allowing the realization of these assemblies. The garments can be of identical shapes and textures (FIG. 3) or different FIG. 6), but the assembly principle remains the same. Example: cotton shirt with silk shirt (same shape but different textile) or shirt with pants (different shape and different textile or not). 1) Cutting and assembling clothing of the same category (pants / pants, shirt / shirt, t-shirt / t-shirt, sweater / sweater, sweatshirt / sweatshirt, jacket / jacket). To assemble the different pieces of clothing, they must be cut in the same places to keep the same style as the original garment. For that, 3 possible solutions: - To superpose the clothes 25 - the "solution: The clothes are superimposed and the cut (DC1) of the clothes is carried out simultaneously (cf figure 7), according to a route previously realized or in a random way. To facilitate cutting, it may be necessary to tie the clothes with a pin (EP) along the cutting line to prevent them from slipping on each other when cutting. 2nd solution: The first garment is cut according to a previously done plot or totally random (DC2 figure 8), then superimposed on the 2nd to make the same cut (DC2 figure 9) .The operation is renewed several times according to number of clothes.
NB: To facilitate cutting, it may be necessary to bind the clothes with a pin (EP1). This prevents them from slipping on each other. (Figure 9) - Use of landmarks - The garments are superimposed and coincident landmarks (R) are made on the garments with pins, or cloth or other pencils (Figure 10). The clothes are then cut independently one (Figure 11) of the other (Figure 12), following the marking (M) made on each of them. - Assembly and removal of surplus fabric. - The clothes are sewn together, then the surplus fabric is then cut in 10 following the sewing performed. Assemble mode: The assembly of different pieces of clothing is done by sewing. The stitches for the stitching are as follows: - English stitching 15 - Stitched seam - Straight stitch - Slipped stitch - Overcast - Slipper stitch 20 - Stitching point - Stitch of you to me - Stitch - Stitch hem 2) Cutting and Assembly of different categories of clothing (pants with 25 shirt, pants with teeshirt, shirt with sweatshirt ... etc). For the cutting and assembly of the different pieces of clothing, the binding of the clothes must be done by sewing. To assemble the different pieces of clothing, they must be cut so as to have a perfect assembly.
To make the cut, 2 possible techniques: - To superpose the clothes - 1st solution: The clothes are superimposed and the cut (E figure 13) of the clothes is carried out 5 simultaneously (cf figure 13). NB: To facilitate cutting, it may be necessary to tie the clothes with pins, located about 5mm along the cutting line. - 2nd solution: The first garment is cut according to a marking (Ml Figure 14) or randomly, then superimposed on the 2nd to make the same cut (Mlfigure 15). NB: To facilitate cutting, it may be necessary to bind clothes with pins. - Use of landmarks - Coincident landmarks (G figure 16) are made on the garments by means of pins, or cloth or other pencils (Figure 16). The garments are then cut independently one (Figure 17) of the other (Figure 18), following the marking (M2) made on each of them. In order to improve the assembly quality, the cut can be made a few centimeters (about 1.5 cm) beyond the reference points.
20 Assembly mode: The assembly of the different pieces of clothing is done by sewing. The stitching points for the stitching are as follows: - English stitching - Stitched seam 25 - Straight stitch - Slipped stitch - Overcast - Slipper stitch - Stitching point 30 - Stitch to you - Stitch - Stitch hem The assembly method according to the invention is particularly intended for the craft of making and sewing.
