Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a self-supporting installation kit sealing the assembly of photovoltaic solar panels with water and air, without the use of gasket, thus creating the main roof without under roof. The current kits are all used either with an under-roof or seals sealing on the vertical connection of the panels, having to consult the patents No. 08.04771 and No. 07.55199 as well as the items E04d 13/18 and F24 j 2 / The device according to the invention solves this problem. It is composed on the basic kit, of two vertically mounted aluminum beams ensuring the support function of photovoltaic solar panels and guiding water to the sewer. A notch made in opposite in the Lateral play of each vertical support beam allows to receive a horizontal junction beam which ensures the horizontal connection between the solar panels as well as the collection of the water to redirect it towards the vertical beams and towards the sewer.
2 shows a view from above, the device of the invention. Figure 3 represents a view of the right, the device of the invention. In reference to these drawings I device comprises an aluminum main beam (2), pierced with holes (1) for fixing the kit on the breakdowns of the frame. The connecting beam (8) ensures the horizontal connection of the solar panels, and also between the main beams (1), and guiding the water towards the supporting beams. The shoulder (9) ensures the interlocking in the main beams. the shoulder (4) guiding the screw (6) increasing the mechanical strength of the screwing and acts as a vertical stop for the solar panels. The vacuum (3) ensures the release of the screw head (6) while maintaining the seal. The plate (10) ensures the installation of solar panels and ensures a slight elevation with respect to the sole (2) allowing the flow of water in the channel (11) which guides the water with the cheek ( 5) to the sewer and the connection with the connecting beam (8) by a rectangular notch 1. The fixing cover (7) secures the solar panels on the main beam (2) via the screw (6). The invention describes: Device for installation in seamless integration of photovoltaic solar panels for the constitution of a waterproof roof, characterized in that it comprises two parallel carrier beams and mounted in the vertical direction (2) provided with at least one water discharge gutter (l 1) which recovers the water coming from the connecting beam (8) horizontal and perpendicular to the two supporting beams. This beam 40 is inverted u-shaped having at both ends a shoulder (9) for receiving solar panels and channel water. The device is characterized by a carrying beam (2) made of a shoulder (10) and a cheek (5) forming a gutter (11) ensuring the flow of water, The rectangular profile (3) ensures the flow of water in case of leakage by the screw (6) through the shoulder 45 (4). The assembly of two carrier beams (2) connected by a connecting beam (8) provides horizontal guidance of water to the carrier beams (2). A connecting beam (8) is connected to the supporting beams by interlocking through the cheeks (5) in which a rectangular light has been made. The cover (7) secures the solar panels to the support beams via the screw (6).
The device according to the invention is intended for the main roof of the building by photovoltaic panels.
