Claims (10)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Panneau sandwich résistant au feu, notamment pour la réalisation de portes intégrées dans des blocs porte coupe feu ou des façades de gaines techniques coupe feu ou pour la réalisation de portillons de trappe de visite coupe feu, ledit panneau étant constitué d'au moins une âme (1) prise en sandwich entre deux parements (2) à base de fibres de bois, assemblés à ladite âme (1) au moyen d'un liant de préférence par collage, caractérisé en ce que l'âme (1) est constituée d'un matériau à base de silicate renforcé de fibres, d'une densité supérieure à 400 kg / m3, de préférence supérieure à 700 kg/m3.
- 2. Panneau selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit silicate est sélectionné dans une liste constituée de : silicate de magnésium, silicate de calcium, silicate d'aluminium, hydrate de silicate de calcium.
- 3. Panneau selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel lesdites fibres sont des fibres de cellulose, ou des fibres de bois, ou des fibres de verre ou de la vermiculite ou du mica.
- 4. Panneau selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit matériau est à base d'un hydrate de silicate de calcium synthétique renforcé de fibres de cellulose.
- 5. Panneau selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit matériau comprend des fibres de verre, des silicates de calcium et de magnésium, et des fibres de bois.
- 6. Panneau selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'âme présente une épaisseur comprise entre 6 et 60 mm, de préférence entre 9 et 12 mm.
- 7. Panneau selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les parements (2) sont constitués d'un matériau à base de fibres de bois, et présentent une épaisseur comprise entre 1.5 et 50 mm, de préférence entre 2 et 24 mm, typiquement entre 3 et 8 mm.
- 8. Panneau selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le liant entre parement et âme est une colle vinylique, ou une colle urée formol.
- 9. Panneau selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les deux parements sont identiques.
- 10. Utilisation d'un panneau selon l'une des revendications précédentes pour la réalisation de portes intégrées dans des blocs porte coupe feu ou des façades de gaines techniques coupe feu ou pour la réalisation de portillons de trappe de visite coupe feu.
