Description
-1-DESCRIPTIF Tour à granulés mobile -1-DESCRIPTION Mobile pellet tower
Domaine technique de l'invention. Technical Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a rolling stock for transporting, storing, filtering and feeding wood pellet heating.
Etat de la technique State of the art
The current reference on pellet stores is simply made up of a square, round, oval, or other open top box, equipped on the lower part of, Io casters or a handle, or handles on its part superior (like a bucket.) Just empty the bag of granules from above. The displacement on its wheels forces us to bend because wider than high, for good reason, it is then necessary to transfer the contents of this reserve with a shovel, which can penetrate the granule only bias, this and a difficult operation due to the density of it, messy and repetitive. In addition we ..4 retransvidons automatically, the pellet dust, which is the heating system black point.
Objet de l'invention. Object of the invention
-2- DESCRIPTION DES FIGURES The object of the present invention is to provide a storage tank without a shovel. higher than wide for a better position when moving, allowing for storage a reduced footprint, and a quick, easy and clean transvidement of its contain while filtering as much dust as possible. bring my bin, which will be square. or rectangular or other several containers (buckets) side by side that divides the capacity of it. So that the granule can not pass between two buckets and fills automatically when filling the tray. Each bucket is equipped with a perforated inverted bottom, leaving room between the bottom of the bucket and the bottom of the tank, filtering with each filling the dust. For the transfer of the granule to the heating device simply pull the 0 buckets by their handle. one after the other and you empty the tray to the last pellet. The tray is equipped with several wheels on its lower part and a folding handle on its upper part, allowing the passage of buckets and according to the guide of the tray on its wheels. -2- DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES
The present invention will be better understood on reading the description, FIGS. 1A and 1B are illustrations of the pellet tower, in two part FIG. 1A and the part of the box that will receive the parts, FIG. 1B (bucket). which can be multiple at will from the moment they come to stick to each other by blocking any passage of the granule between themselves and the walls of the tower. FIG. 1A is illustrated by the tower, with a side view presenting two faces and a removable handle (1) which makes it possible to move it by carrying it or by rolling it on its wheels fixed on the lower part of the tower (3) . This handle can be folded on the side and leave the top of the tower free of any passage. As indicated the tower is a closed box 1p on its lower part (7) and on its sides (2) which can be more than three in number but open on its upper part for filling thereof. Figure (1B) is illustrated by a bucket (4) which is equipped with an inverted bottom and perforated (sieve) (6) for filtering the dust generated by the granule during its filling. The inverted bottom allows storage of dust between the bottom of the cup and the bottom of the tower (Figure 2B8). The buckets are equipped with a handle (5) to extract it and put it in place in the tower. Figure 2 is illustrated by the buckets which once side by side divides by several the interior of the tower. The buckets in place, we note the vacuum left by the inverted bottom (8) and the margin left between the top of the bucket and the top of the tower (9) to avoid an overflow during filling. Figure 3 illustrates the pellet tower viewed from above, with its buckets in place, perforated bottom (6), its handles (5) and its detachable handle (1) on the side to receive granulate bulk. Figure (4) illustrates a single bucket seen from above with its perforated bottom (6) and its handle (5). -3 Nomenclature of the trunk 1- pivoting handle 2- receiving box (pellet lathe) 3- casters 4- bucket 5- handle 6- inverted and perforated bottom 7- bottom of reception box 8- empty for dust storage 9- anti-overflow space Figures: 1-view on the side + bucket 2-view on the side ù bucket penetration 3- seen from above ù tower with buckets 4-seen from above - bucket
