Claims (1)
- Revendications1.- Dispositif de distribution de produit fluide comportant : - un réservoir (100), - une pompe (50) comprenant un corps de pompe (52) définissant une chambre de pompe (56), - un premier piston (51) coulissant dans ledit corps de pompe (52) entre une position de non-distribution et une position de distribution, - une tête de pulvérisation (10) montée sur ladite pompe (50) et déplaçable manuellement entre une position de repos, dans laquelle ledit premier piston (51) est en position de non-distribution, et une io position d'actionnement, dans laquelle ledit premier piston (51) est déplacé vers sa position de distribution, ladite tête de pulvérisation (10) comportant un corps (11) définissant un canal d'expulsion (12) et pourvu d'un orifice de distribution (1), - un obturateur (40) disposé dans ledit canal d'expulsion (12) de la 15 tête de pulvérisation (10) en amont de l'orifice de distribution (1), ledit obturateur (40) étant déplaçable entre une position d'obturation, dans laquelle il coopère avec ledit orifice de distribution (1) pour l'obturer, et une position de non-obturation, dans laquelle il est déplacé en éloignement dudit orifice de distribution (1), ledit obturateur (40) étant 20 sollicité vers sa position d'obturation en position de repos de ladite tête de pulvérisation (10), - un second piston (57) coulissant dans ledit corps de pompe (52), ledit second piston (57) coopérant avec ledit obturateur (40) pour le déplacer vers sa position de non-obturation, 25 caractérisé en ce que, en position de distribution du premier piston (51), ladite chambre de pompe (56) est reliée au réservoir (100) pour égaliser les pressions après chaque actionnement.2.- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit corps (11) 30 de la tête de pulvérisation (10) comporte en amont dudit orifice de i0 15distribution (1) un profil de pulvérisation adapté à pulvériser le produit fluide lors de sa distribution, ladite tête de pulvérisation (10) comprenant un insert rigide (30) disposé en amont dudit profil de pulvérisation et dont une surface d'extrémité forme au moins partiellement le fond dudit profil de pulvérisation, ledit insert rigide (30) étant solidaire dudit premier piston (51).3.- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, dans lequel ledit insert rigide (30) est réalisé d'une pièce monobloc avec ledit premier piston (51).4.- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit premier piston (51) comporte au moins un passage traversant (55) permettant le passage du produit fluide de l'intérieur vers l'extérieur dudit premier piston (51).5.- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit obturateur est disposé à l'intérieur dudit premier piston (51), notamment de manière coulissante. 206.- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit second piston (57) coopère avec ledit obturateur (40) en fin d'actionnement lorsque ladite tête de pulvérisation (10) arrive dans sa position d'actionnement. 257.- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit premier piston (51) est fixe par rapport à ladite tête de pulvérisation (10).8.- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 30 précédentes, dans lequel la pompe (50) comporte un ressort de rappel (70) disposé hors de tout contact avec le produit fluide.9.- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le corps de pompe (52) comporte un premiermanchon axial externe (52') et un second manchon axial (52"), ledit premier piston (51) coopérant de manière étanche d'une part avec l'intérieur dudit premier manchon axial externe (52') et d'autre part avec l'extérieur dudit second manchon axial (52").10.- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, dans lequel ledit bord supérieur dudit second manchon axial (52") coulisse de manière étanche contre la surface interne dudit premier piston (51) jusqu'à la position de distribution dudit premier piston (51), dans laquelle ledit second manchon axial (52") ne coopère plus de manière étanche avec ledit premier piston (51), reliant ainsi la chambre de dosage (56) au réservoir (100).11.- Dispositif selon la revendication 9 ou 10, dans lequel ledit corps de pompe (52) comporte un troisième manchon axial interne (52"'), ledit second piston (57) coopérant de manière étanche d'une part avec l'intérieur dudit second manchon axial (52") et d'autre part avec ledit troisième manchon axial interne (52"').12.- Dispositif selon la revendication 11, dans lequel le ressort de rappel (70) de la pompe est disposé entre lesdits second et troisième manchon axiaux (52", 52"') du corps de pompe (52) et ledit second piston (57).13.- Dispositif selon la revendication 11 ou 12, dans lequel ledit second piston (57) comporte une paroi externe (57') coopérant de manière étanche avec le second manchon axial (52") du corps de pompe (52), et une paroi interne (57") coopérant de manière étanche avec le troisième manchon axial interne (52"') du corps de pompe (52), de préférence à l'intérieur de celui-ci.
