Abstract

-1- La présente invention concerne un dispositif pour redresser les plinthes en inox des escaliers mécaniques en service afin de régler l'écartement voulu entre les plinthes et les marches pour des raisons de sécurités et financières et d'usure anticipée des plinthes et des marches du au frottement. Dans le cas ou il n'y a pas d'obstacle sur la charpente, une tige de diamètre dix filetée aux deux extrémités peut être cintrée suivant la charpente en forme de tube carré de neuf centimètres ou en cornière de différentes cotes, le serrage de la tige ce ferra à l'aide d'une platine avec deux trous avec un oeillet soudé à une extrémité et de deux rondelles et deux écrous. La fixation des trois tendeurs à lanterne, deux anneaux sur les plinthes inox est réalisé à l'aide de deux tiges à oeillet fixées dans les profils en forme de c soudé sur les plinthes par des écrous et contre écrous, le premier tendeur à lanterne serra positionné à l'aide des deux vis à oeillet dans le sens de la largeur des plinthes et serra serré. Les deux autres tendeurs à lanterne seront boulonnés d'un coté dans les oeillets des deux tiges à oeillet fixés dans les profils en forme de c et de l'autre cote boulonnés ensemble dans l'oeillet fixé sur la charpente. Le dispositif mis en place, l'utilisateur peut régler les plinthes en tournant d'un coté ou de l'autre le premier tendeur à lanterne dans le sens de la largeur des plinthes pour régler la plinthe bien droite et serrer l'écrou sur le tendeur, les deux autres tendeurs à lanterne servent à régler la plinthe parallèle à la marche et l'écartement voulu entre les plinthes et les marches. Positionner un dispositif tous les quarante centimètres environ, c'est la largeur d'une marche pour continuer le réglage. Diminuer l'espace entre deux dispositifs si la plinthe est trop déformée afin de pouvoir obtenir les réglages demandés.
