Abstract

The piano (1) has a sound board (8) interposed between a barrier (4) and a frame (5). The frame has a flat plate (53) forming its one side (51), where the plate is integrated to a base (7). Another flat plate (54) forms another side (52) of the frame, and is placed on a belt (43) of the barrier. A longitudinal profile (56) extends from the plate (53) to the plate (54), and connects the plates, where the profile and the plates are made of aluminum. The profile extends parallel to a stack of cords (6). The base is integrated to the barrier by an arm (71) made of aluminum.

Description

La présente invention a trait à un piano, plus particulièrement un piano droit, un piano à queue, à demi ou à quart de queue. Cette invention concerne le domaine de la fabrication des 5 instruments de musique, plus particulièrement celui de la fabrication d'un tel piano. L'on connaît, d'ores et déjà, des pianos à queue (à demi ou à quart de queue) qui comportent, usuellement, une caisse reposant au sol par le biais de pieds. 10 Cette caisse reçoit, intérieurement, d'une part, un cadre monobloc, usuellement réalisé en fonte, et par-dessus lequel sont tendues des cordes. D'autre part, cette caisse reçoit, intérieurement, une table d'harmonie, située en dessous de ce cadre, et pourvue d'une pluralité de chevalets, prenant appui 15 sur les cordes, ceci pour transmettre la vibration d'une telle corde à la table d'harmonie qui produit le son. D'autre part encore, cette caisse reçoit un barrage, constitué par un assemblage de poutres, et sur lequel viennent reposer le cadre et la table d'harmonie. 20 A ce propos, il convient d'observer que les cordes d'un tel piano sont tendues par-dessus le cadre monobloc avec une tension particulièrement importante ce qui nécessite de dimensionner ce cadre en conséquence afin d'éviter toute déformation. Un tel dimensionnement se traduit, en fait, par un poids 25 particulièrement élevé de ce cadre ce qui nécessite, alors également, de concevoir le barrage en conséquence. Celui-ci présente, de ce fait également, un poids particulièrement élevé de sorte qu'au final, le plus petit piano (qui est, en réalité, un piano droit et non pas un piano à queue encore plus lourd) 30 pèse au moins 130 kilos. A cet effet, l'invention concerne un piano comportant, au moins : - un barrage présentant un premier côté ainsi qu'un deuxième côté, opposé au premier côté de ce barrage ; - un cadre, rendu solidaire de ce barrage, et par-dessus lequel s'étendent des cordes, ceci entre un premier côté et un deuxième côté, opposé au premier côté, de ce cadre ; - un sommier, associé au barrage, et duquel sont rendus solidaires, d'une part, le premier côté du cadre et, d'autre part, une première extrémité des cordes dont une seconde extrémité, opposée à la première extrémité, est rendue solidaire du deuxième côté de ce cadre ; - une table d'harmonie, interposée entre le barrage et le cadre, et comportant au moins un chevalet en appui contre au 15 moins une corde ; - un clavier ainsi qu'un mécanisme pour frapper les cordes, caractérisé par le fait que : - le barrage comporte, d'une part, une ceinture définissant un cadre et, d'autre part, au moins un profilé longitudinal, 20 rendu solidaire de cette ceinture, et s'étendant entre les premier et deuxième côtés du barrage, jouxtant respectivement les premier et deuxième côtés du cadre ; - le cadre comporte, d'une part, une première plaque plane constituant le premier côté de ce cadre et rendue solidaire du 25 sommier, d'autre part, une deuxième plaque plane constituant le deuxième côté de ce cadre et rendue au moins solidaire de la ceinture du barrage et, d'autre part encore, au moins un profilé longitudinal, s'étendant de la première plaque plane à la deuxième plaque plane, rendu solidaire de celles-ci, et 30 s'étendant parallèlement à au moins un faisceau de cordes. En fait, la présente invention concerne, plus particulièrement, un piano droit présentant ces caractéristiques et comportant un cadre, un barrage et une table d'harmonie s'étendant de manière sensiblement verticale. 35 Cette invention concerne, également, un piano à queue, à demi queue ou à quart de queue présentant ces caractéristiques et comportant un cadre, un barrage et une table d'harmonie s'étendant de manière sensiblement horizontale. Les avantages de la présente invention consistent en ce que le cadre est constitué par deux plaques planes raccordées entre elles par au moins un profilé. Ces plaques planes et ce ou ces profilés sont réalisés en un matériau métallique léger, plus particulièrement de l'aluminium, ce qui permet, avantageusement, de réduire, de manière notable, le poids de ce cadre. La réduction de ce poids permet, également, de réduire le 10 poids du barrage. De plus, une caractéristique additionnelle consiste en ce que le cadre (plus particulièrement au moins une plaque plane et/ou au moins un profilé de ce cadre) est rendu solidaire du barrage (plus particulièrement au moins de la ceinture et/ou 15 d'au moins un profilé de ce barrage) ce qui permet, avantageusement, au barrage de reprendre en partie les efforts exercés par les cordes sur le cadre et, par conséquent, de répartir ces efforts entre ce cadre et ce barrage. Une telle répartition permet, alors, d'optimiser conjointement ce cadre et 20 ce barrage ce qui se traduit, là encore, par une diminution de poids total du piano. Finalement, la conception astucieuse du cadre (comportant des plaques planes, des profilés ainsi que des découpes ménagées au niveau de ces plaques) permet, là encore, de diminuer le 25 poids de ce cadre. D'autres buts et avantages de la présente invention apparaîtront au cours de la description qui va suivre se rapportant à des modes de réalisation qui ne sont donnés qu'à titre d'exemples indicatifs et non limitatifs. 30 La compréhension de cette description sera facilitée en se référant aux dessins joints en annexe et dans lesquels : - la figure 1 est une vue schématisée et en coupe longitudinale d'un piano à queue conforme à l'invention ; - la figure 2 est une vue schématisée, en élévation et en 35 détail du barrage que comporte le piano de la figure 1 ; - la figure 3 est une vue schématisée, en élévation et en détail du cadre que comporte le piano de la figure 1 et par-dessus lequel sont tendues les cordes du piano. La présente invention concerne le domaine de la fabrication 5 des pianos. De manière connue, il existe, essentiellement, deux familles de pianos, à savoir, d'une part, les pianos droits et, d'autre part, les pianos à queue incluant les pianos à trois quart de queue, à demi queue, à quart de queue ou encore les 10 pianos crapaud qui, pour des raisons de simplification de la description, seront regroupés sous la dénomination générique de pianos à queue. De plus et si, dans la suite de la description, il sera, essentiellement, fait référence à de tels pianos à queue, la 15 présente invention n'y est, cependant, nullement limitée et s'applique, également, aux pianos droits. Quoi qu'il en soit, un tel piano 1 comporte une caisse 2 qui, dans le cas d'un piano droit, repose directement au sol alors que, dans le cas d'un piano à queue (figure 1), une telle 20 caisse 2 est, usuellement, complétée par un piétement 3 par le biais duquel ce piano 1 repose au sol. Un tel piano 1 comporte, encore, au moins un barrage 4, un cadre 5, des cordes 6, un sommier 7, une table d'harmonie 8, un clavier 9 ainsi qu'un mécanisme (non représenté) pour frapper 25 les cordes 6. En ce qui concerne ledit barrage 4, celui-ci présente un premier côté 41 qui, dans le cas d'un piano à queue (figure 1), est orienté en direction du clavier 9, voire positionné à proximité de celui-ci 9. Dans le cas d'un piano droit, ce 30 premier côté 41 est situé à proximité de l'extrémité supérieur de ce piano 1. Ce barrage 4 présente, également, un deuxième côté 42, opposé audit premier côté 41 de ce barrage 4. En ce qui concerne ledit cadre 5, celui-ci présente, 35 également, un premier côté 51 qui, dans le cas d'un piano à queue (figure 1), est, là encore, orienté en direction du clavier 9, voire positionné à proximité de celui-ci 9. Dans le cas d'un piano droit, ce premier côté 51 est situé à proximité de l'extrémité supérieur de ce piano 1. Ce cadre 5 présente, également, un deuxième côté 52, opposé 5 audit premier côté 51 de ce cadre 5. C'est, plus particulièrement, par-dessus ce cadre 5 que s'étendent les cordes 6 du piano 1 qui sont, en fait, tendues par-dessus ce cadre 5, ceci entre le premier 51 et le deuxième côté 52 de ce cadre 5. 10 Tel que visible sur la figure 1, le barrage 4 et le cadre 5 sont sensiblement parallèles. De plus, le premier côté 51, respectivement le deuxième côté 52, de ce cadre 5 viennent jouxter le premier côté 41, respectivement le deuxième premier côté 42, dudit barrage 4. 15 Une autre caractéristique consiste en ce que ce cadre 5 est rendu solidaire dudit barrage 4 par le biais de moyens de solidarisation 10 décrits plus en détail dans la suite de la description. En ce qui concerne ledit sommier 7, celui-ci est associé au 20 barrage 4 ainsi qu'au cadre 5. Plus particulièrement et tel que visible figure 1, le premier côté 51 de ce cadre 5 s'étend par-dessus ce sommier 7 et est rendu solidaire de celui-ci 7, notamment par vissage. C'est, également, de ce sommier 7 qu'est rendue solidaire 25 une première extrémité 61 des cordes 6 du piano 1.
