The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a double-walled exhaust manifold for heat engines, in particular for thermal engines fitted to motor vehicles. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION It also relates to a double-walled exhaust manifold obtained by the process according to the invention. The invention finds a particularly advantageous application in the field of the collection of flue gas between the outlet of the cylinder head and the line of combustion. exhaust of a heat engine, for all types of fuels. [0003] In general, automobile vehicle exhaust manifolds are subjected during their service life to severe physico-chemical constraints. The main factors limiting its service life are: - thermal shocks related to the operating cycles of the engine, - hot mechanical forces, particularly at the flange on the side of the exhaust line, - corrosion / oxidation of materials. constituents the collector. The most sensitive areas are those located at the connection between the body of the collector and the fixing flanges. In fact, these zones must, on the one hand, withstand the mechanical forces of maintaining the exhaust line, and on the other hand guide the exhaust gases and are thus very much solicited by the flow of very hot gases and Corrosive [0005] This is why the manufacture of exhaust manifolds is the subject of special attention. [0006] Single-walled exhaust manifolds are generally made by casting, essentially by sand-to-green molding with a sand core in order to obtain the recess necessary for the passage of the exhaust gases. The main materials used are gray cast iron, ferritic or austenitic matrix cast iron, as well as ferritic and austenitic steels. However, single-wall exhaust manifolds Io have limited performance in terms of thermal inertia and cold start, mechanical strength, including maintenance of the exhaust line, and acoustic and thermal insulation. Therefore, it has been proposed double-walled collectors, such as that described in French Patent Application No. 2,875,845. In this type of manifolds, an outer wall and an inner wall are separated. by an insulation blade. The advantages of double wall collectors are numerous:. The inner wall, which may be chosen to be thin, has a reduced thermal inertia and therefore rises very rapidly in temperature, which is favorable during cold starts to treat the problem of catalysis of the exhaust gases. . Due to the presence of the inner wall and an insulating layer of air or insulation in the insulation blade, the outer wall of the collector, cast iron for example, is less hot and radiates weakly in the engine compartment. This outer wall provides the mechanical strength, including a portion of the attachment of the exhaust line. The air gap or an insulator introduced between the two walls provides insulation from an acoustic and thermal point of view. The inner wall, because of its small thickness, is less rigid and less sensitive to thermal shocks. But although the advantages of double-walled collectors are numerous, they nevertheless pose great difficulty in their manufacture. Indeed the manufacturing method of steel exhaust manifolds by mechanical welding has a number of disadvantages: - a steel collector is generally more expensive than a conventional cast iron collector, - a welded collector requires a acoustic screen to reduce the sound level of the exhaust, - the realization by mechanical welding of a double-wall steel collector is often difficult. Also, an object of the invention is to provide a method of manufacturing a double wall exhaust manifold for a motor vehicle, said exhaust manifold comprising an outer wall and an inner wall separated by a blade insulation, which would make exhaust manifolds double wall simpler and more economical than by the known welding method. This object is achieved, according to the invention, because said method comprises the steps of: - producing model elements of said walls of said manifold by injection of a thermoplastic material, -assembling said model elements and cover them with a refractory coating, - pour filling sand between the model elements of the outer wall and the inner wall, - pour a metal on said model elements, - eliminate said refractory plaster and said filling sand. The method according to the invention therefore consists in substance to achieve a thermoplastic model of the exhaust manifold to manufacture and cast a metal on the collector model obtained. During its progression, the metal front evaporates the thermoplastic material of the model and takes the place of this one. The initial model in thermoplastic material is therefore destroyed, hence the name lost pattern foundry given to this technique. The advantages of the manufacturing method according to the invention are multiple: - Ease of obtaining complex shapes. The lost pattern forming process makes it possible to obtain complex shapes and thus to have a greater design latitude than by sand-to-green molding or mechanical welding. - Very good dimensional accuracy to reduce the size and mass of the collector with the possibility of obtaining very thin alloy walls, unfeasible by sand to green molding and difficult or not machinable. It is therefore possible to manufacture double wall collectors having walls of very small thickness, of the order of 2 mm, as well as an insulation blade between the walls, which is also very thin and less than 2 mm thick. The fact of being able to obtain an inner wall of very small thickness in s significantly reduces the thermal inertia and promotes its rise in temperature, hence an amplification of the advantage reported above regarding the cold starts of the engine. Also, a very thin inner wall makes it less rigid and less sensitive to shocks. - Obtaining a form closer to the functional need. Foundry bodies and mold joint planes are much less pronounced than sand-to-green molding, resulting in less thickness variation from the functional design of the part. Io This aspect is favorable to the service life of the room. The production cost is lower than a collector made of green sand molding or a double-wall welded collector. According to one embodiment of the process according to the invention, the holes in FIG. exhaust are provided on the model member of the outer wall and the filling sand is poured between the model elements of the walls through said holes. In a preferred embodiment, the invention provides that said drain holes are plugged after casting of the metal. [0021] According to an advantageous characteristic of the invention, a model element of the inner wall carries a longitudinal vein of thermoplastic material. When casting metal, this longitudinal vein facilitates the transport of liquid metal through the model elements of the inner wall. After casting, the inner wall is then coated with a longitudinal metal vein which stiffens the conduit formed by the inner wall. The invention also relates to a double-wall exhaust manifold for a motor vehicle, said exhaust manifold comprising an outer wall and an inner wall separated by an insulation blade, characterized in that said walls are molded in one piece by a lost model foundry. According to a particular embodiment, the inner wall carries a longitudinal metal vein. The following description with reference to the accompanying drawings, given by way of non-limiting examples, will make it clear what the invention is and how it can be achieved. FIG. 1a is a sectional view of a model of a double wall exhaust manifold before molding by a lost pattern casting. FIG. 1b is a cross-section of a duct of the manifold model of FIG. 1a. FIG. 2a is a sectional view of an exhaust manifold 15 made from the model of FIG. 1. FIG. 2b is a cross-section of a duct of the collector of FIG. 2a. Figures 1a and 1b show a manifold design for the manufacture of a double wall exhaust manifold for a motor vehicle 20 according to a lost model foundry process. This model is the exact reflection of the collector, illustrated in Figures 2a and 2b, which will be obtained at the end of the process. Figures 1a and 1b show that the model 10 of the outer wall is made of two elements 11, 12 while the model of the inner wall has only one element 20. [0027] These elements 11, 12, 20 are made by injection into a metal mold of granules of a thermoplastic material, polystyrene for example, which are welded under the action of steam. The elements 11, 12 of the polystyrene model of the outer wall are assembled together by gluing, as indicated by the seals 13, 14 of glue shown in Figure 1b. In practice, several polystyrene models are themselves assembled on a support so as to form a cluster of collectors. This cluster is then covered with a refractory coating. It will be noted in Figures 1a and 1b the presence on the model 20 of the inner wall of a longitudinal vein 21 of polystyrene whose purpose is to allow the supply / delivery of liquid metal in the weak areas. thickness of the model 20 of the inner wall, and to form on the inner wall of the collector an equivalent metal vein, as will be seen further afield. Evacuation holes 111 are provided, for example on the element 11 of the model of the outer wall, to vibrate the dry filler sand without binder in the space 30 between the elements 11, 12 of outer wall and the inner wall member. After casting of metal and cooling of the cluster, the metal substituted for the polystyrene of the model elements to form the final exhaust manifold. The filling sand and the refractory coating layer are removed by conventional stripping methods. [0033] If necessary, the evacuation holes 111 are filled with metal elements. The materials that can be used during the implementation of the method according to the invention are for example the following: cast iron: gray cast iron, for low thermo-mechanical stresses. ii. ferritic GS cast iron: type 400/12 (GS400-12) or SiMo and SiMo type + ferritic GS high silicon alloys alloyed with molybdenum. iii. GS fonts with austenitic matrix for high thermal loads, ie fonts with a high percentage of nickel: NIRESIST or D5S with -35% nickel and D2B with -20% nickel. - steels: ferritic steels of type: 1.4509, X2CrTiNb18 (F17 TNB), 1.4512, X2CrT1212 (F12T), 1.4510, Z4 CT17, 1.4526, Z8 CdNb 17-01, 1.4513, X2CrMoTi17-1 (F17MT) . ii. austenitic steels of the type: 1.4828, X15CrNiSi20-12, 1.4301, X5CrNi18-10, 1.4541, X6CrNiTi18-10. Figures 2a and 2b show on equivalent views an exhaust manifold obtained from the polystyrene model of Figures la and 1b. The manifold of Figures 2a, 2b thus comprises an outer wall 10 ', 20 an inner wall 20', molded in one piece by means of the method of the invention, and a blade 30 'of insulation separating the two walls. The blade 30 'of insulation air can be filled by an acoustic and / or thermal insulating material. As stated above, a localized metal vein 21 'is produced along the ducts of the internal wall 20'. This vein 21 'is the image 8 of the vein 21 made of polystyrene present on the model 20 of the internal wall shown in Figures 1a and 1b.
The purpose of this metal vein 21 'is to allow obtaining an inner wall 20 of very small thickness, of the order of 2mm. This vein 21 'may be disposed inside or outside the inner wall 20'. It can also serve to stiffen the inner wall. i0
