Description

Individually and pleasantly inhaled additional oxygen without it necessarily for medical use. There are two traditional ways of administering oxygen, conventional oxygen which is done at atmospheric pressure by inhalation with cannula or mask or by intubation and hyperbaric oxygen therapy this time in a compression chamber where the patient breathes pure oxygen at a pressure greater than one atmosphere. These two modes of oxygen administration are first and foremost a medical use intended to compensate for insufficient oxygenation of a patient who has problems with hypoxia, either by respiratory distress or by cardiovascular disorder, requiring the rapid and massive supply of oxygen, vital for his body. But in addition to this strictly medical use of oxygen has existed for some years another form of use that has appeared especially in the sports and fitness environments of breathing oxygen made by a device which extracts it from the ambient air where it is present at the average concentration of 21%. This oxygen, which is thus produced by an oxygen concentrator (or extractor), never reaches the 100% concentration and is therefore not particularly pleasant to breathe, hence the idea of the first users to add it by various artifices odors more or less pleasant to hide this smell of gas. Thus, oxygen bars have emerged on the North American continent offering oxygen consumption flavored with synthetic fragrances that could lead to some consumers allergic side effects and even lung disorders. The device according to the invention overcomes these disadvantages. It comprises in fact according to a first feature a glass container which can be of various shapes and sizes containing a mixture of water and essential oils in well-defined proportions, and through which passes the oxygen produced by a concentrator to take care of aromatic molecules this time natural essential oils out of the container in its upper part which is connected to a cannula type inhalation device, mask or any device of the same type, so that the user inhales a metered oxygen 95% (+ or - 3%) flavored with natural flavors that have in addition the special virtues of essential oils whose effects are well known in aromatherapy. The accompanying drawings illustrate the invention: FIG. 1 represents in section, the device of the invention, FIG. 2 represents a variant of this device.

With reference to these drawings, the device comprises an oxygen source in the form of an oxygen concentrator apparatus operating in the American Pressure Swing Absorption mode which makes it possible to separate the gases forming the ambient air and to keep only the only oxygen at the concentration of 95% (+ or - 3%) and at a maximum flow rate of 5 liters / minute. A plastic hose specially designed for oxygen connects the apparatus to the stopper provided with a dip tube screwed onto the glass container containing the water / essential oils mixture. The material used for the device is necessarily the glass 10 for the plunging part in the liquid containing the essential oils with its sparging system as the container to prevent corrosion due to the presence of real essential oils that attack the synthetic materials such as plastics. The length of the dip tube is obviously a function of the amount of liquid and the volume of the container to always be well below the fluid level while reaching about two fingers across the bottom of the container when the which it is connected is closed by a cap itself comprising a tight seal on a collar provided with an anti-lock ring. The unscrewing operation of the cap lifts the anti-lock ring 20 so that the dipping tube system easily separates from the container which can then be cleaned either by hand or in the dishwasher or recharge it in a water / oil mixture. essential. On the side of the container and in its upper part, and in any case well above the fluid level, there is one (or more) orifice on which can be screwed a nipple where can be fixed the device of the cannula or mask type or another inhalation system allowing the consumer to breathe the mixture exiting the oxygen-fed container manufactured by the upstream concentrator apparatus. According to a variant not illustrated, the orifices may be more precisely four in number then allowing four consumers to breathe together then using four pipes provided with masks or cannulas. This is the case of NARGUILOX registered trademark in the context of the operation of this device. The device according to the invention is particularly intended for spaces called ZEN new non-smoking establishments, bars without alcohol, hookah bars that will have to comply with the new law prohibiting smoking in public places, and than all fitness establishments, pharmacies and parapharmacies, with a coin-operated variant for self-service use.
