Abstract

The device has modules associated with a parent personal object e.g. key, and a child personal object, respectively. Each module has a housing (18) with volumic bottom (30) equipped with a localization unit (24) that locates one of the modules through the other module alternatively. A fixation unit (20) is removably fixed with the child object. A connection unit (28) is removably connected with the parent object. The modules are equipped with a control unit (26) that is in the form of a mold (48) made up of elastomer material, where the localization unit has an energy source e.g. battery.

DISPOSITIF D'IDENTIFICATION ET DE LOCALISATION D'UN OBJET PERSONNELDEVICE FOR IDENTIFYING AND LOCATING A PERSONAL OBJECT

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'identification et de localisation d'un objet personnel, notamment un doudou pour enfant. On connaît le problème de la perte d'un objet personnel et plus encore d'un doudou d'enfant sur lequel la présente invention est plus particulièrement focalisée. Un tel objet personnel peut être perdu en un lieu indéterminé. Dans ce cas, le doudou doit porter un dispositif d'identification avec des moyens d'identification pour présenter une chance d'être retrouvé. De tels moyens peuvent consister en des écrits avec des références liées soit directement au propriétaire soit à un organisme tiers qui collecte dans un fichier lesdites informations. C'est ainsi que la demande de brevet américain US 20044124239 propose un procédé centralisé susceptible d'assurer une telle fonction. Un tel objet peut aussi être simplement égaré en un lieu déterminé, par exemple au domicile même de la famille. Dans ce cas, le problème n'est plus l'identification mais la localisation. Or, un autre paramètre intervient lors d'une telle recherche, celui du temps. En effet, c'est généralement au dernier moment que cette recherche est lancée et les conditions ne sont alors pas optimales pour retrouver rapidement ledit objet. Une demande du consommateur est alors la combinaison de moyens de localisation avec le dispositif d'identification. Ce dispositif doit être de dimensions réduites car il est associé à un doudou et il doit être discret et également d'un poids réduit pour ne pas risquer une quelconque blessure de l'enfant. Ces dimensions seront néanmoins conformes aux minima imposés par les législations et normes en vigueur notamment pour éviter tout risque d'ingestion. Un tel dispositif étant nécessairement autonome en énergie doit permettre de loger une source d'énergie telle qu'une pile. Cette intégration d'une pile doit être réalisée là aussi sans faire courir un quelconque risque d'accessibilité par un enfant. Le dispositif d'identification et de localisation d'un objet personnel selon l'invention permet de répondre à l'ensemble des problématiques exposées tout en restant industrialisable et d'un prix de revient accessible.
