Abstract

L'invention est un procédé de production inertielle d'énergie électrique et ses dispositifs (1) selon 3 évolutions.L'évolution 1 utilise la seule portance et les mouvements de la mer (3) pour générer une énergie électrique. Une enceinte (2) compartimentée (4) (5) (6) transforme ces mouvements aléatoires en rotation d'un contrepoids (10) solidaire d'un engrenage (13) sur roulement (14) entraînant (18) un alternateur (11) dont la production est conduite (9) vers une structure sous-marine de regroupement comportant aussi un réseau collecteur (26) (27) (28) (29).L'évolution 2 est indépendante des mouvements de la mer par des moyens d'auto-déstabilisation par des flotteurs (12) articulés (21) et mobiles (23) passant d'une position basse assurant la flottabilité à une position haute (49) (50) ne l'assurant pas en modifiant l'assiette de l'enceinte (2) à chaque instant T opportun déterminé par un système (30) automatisé tenant compte de son inertie, soit, en position d'équilibre soit en recherche de cette position.L'évolution 3 est à la fois générateur et moteur et comporte son fluide porteur (3) et des moyens d'auto-déstabilisation périodique appuyés sur le fluide (3), soit, flotteurs (12), pistons (35) ou pompes de compression (39), dont la liaison ou l'appui (15) est modifié par le programme à chaque instant T opportun, la rotation (10) est transmise à l'axe (18) de l'alternateur (11) sans son oscillation par un engrenage sphérique (3) en appui sur un autre globique (34). Des variantes superposent des systèmes rotatifs synchrones entraînant le même axe d'un seul alternateur. L'invention concerne les Industriels de l'énergie et les Organismes exploitant les ressources océaniques.
