L'invention a également pour objet un véhicule automobile, du type comportant une planche de bord présentant une surface extérieure et un coussin gonflable de sécurité logé sous la planche de bord, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une peau d'habillage telle que décrite précédemment recouvrant ladite surface, la portion fragilisée étant dis-posée en regard dudit coussin. L'invention a en outre pour objet un dispositif de fragilisation d'une peau d'habillage telle que définie ci-dessus, du type comportant : - une enclume munie de moyens de retenue, notamment d'aspiration, pour main-tenir la peau en position sur l'enclume ; et - une lame coupante destinée à réaliser l'entaille, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens de butée franche pour ajuster la profondeur maximale de l'entaille, la lame présentant un profil muni d'une denture, la denture comportant une pluralité de dents curvilignes agencées le long du profil. Le dispositif de fragilisation selon l'invention peut comprendre la caractéristique selon laquelle la lame a, en vue en plan, un profil ondulé et est notamment sensible-ment en forme générale de U, de 1 ou de H. L'invention a également pour objet un procédé de fragilisation d'une peau d'habillage telle que décrite précédemment, utilisant un dispositif de fragilisation tel que défini ci-dessus, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes successives suivantes : - placer la peau du côté destiné à être visible par un utilisateur sur l'enclume ; - activer les moyens de retenue pour maintenir la peau en position sur l'enclume ; appliquer la lame coupante sur la peau du côté opposé audit côté visible ; - dégager la lame de la peau ; et - désactiver les moyens de retenue pour récupérer la peau.
