Abstract
Description
MACHINE AGRICOLE POUR REBOUCHER LES ORNIÈRES DES CHEMINS DOMAINEAGRICULTURAL MACHINE FOR REPAIRING THE ORNIERS OF DOMAIN ROADS
The present invention relates to the field of agricultural machinery and in particular to machines capable of resurfacing road ruts. DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ART The repeated passage of agricultural machines on the same road almost exclusively consisting of compacted earth has the known consequence of the gradual subsidence of the 10 parts of road accommodating the wheels until the creation of ruts prejudicial to the durability path. These ruts are also a major disadvantage for the proper use of certain agricultural equipment which requires a referencing with respect to the soil. This phenomenon is found on any agricultural surface having to withstand the repeated passage of agricultural machines such as inter-row passages in a field, a vineyard, etc. It is known in the prior art to use disc plows to to spray and level the soil. Nevertheless, the use of such agricultural equipment for filling the ruts has several disadvantages, among them. - the plows have a working width much greater than the width of the roads, - the plows have an arrangement of discs participating in the total spraying of the width of the ground on which they pass, - the plows raise and return a volume of earth more the amount of soil displaced by the plows is badly oriented, the plows require a particularly high power, the crops planted on both sides of the damaged road. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION On the basis of this fact, the applicant has conducted research aimed at designing an agricultural machine capable of filling up the ruts of a road by obviating the drawbacks found in the prior art. to say by not requiring a great power, reducing its lateral deflection and proposing a width and a number of adapted disks. According to the invention, the agricultural machine for filling the ruts of a path formed by two wheel tracks separated from a central solid ground and having external edges, is remarkable in that it comprises a frame that can be towed. on which are arranged discs which, paired pair, are oriented so as to break the central reservation and the borders and to bring the earth to the ruts on both sides of which they are arranged. The agricultural machine is particularly advantageous in that it offers pairs of discs arranged on either side of the ruts and coming to lift and return the land of solid land and curbs.
Thus, unlike a plow, the machine of the invention ensures the reversal of the volume just needed to level the path. In addition, the machine of the invention does not have a width beyond the width of the path. By dedicating the pairs of discs to narrow areas, great pulling power is no longer needed to ensure the grader function. Another particularly advantageous feature of the invention improving the reduction of the power required is that the pairs of discs ensuring the reversal of the solid earth earth are shifted longitudinally with respect to the pairs of discs ensuring the reversal of the earth of the earth. borders. According to a particularly advantageous characteristic, in order to assume the desired functions, the machine is equipped with four pairs of discs judiciously offset longitudinally and transversely. In order to perfect the leveling, the machine of the invention comprises a compacting roller of the earth returned by the disks.
In order to prevent the chassis from having a lateral deflection during its traction, the machine of the invention is advantageously equipped with a circular coulter disposed on the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the machine. Apart from facilitating the overturning of the earth of the solid earth, this coulter being present continuously in the road earth, prevents the frame of the machine from having an uncontrolled lateral movement. In order to optimize this function, the machine of the invention also comprises a subsoiler. The basic concepts of the invention having been described above in their most elementary form, other details and characteristics will emerge more clearly on reading the description which follows and with reference to the appended drawings, giving non-limiting example, an embodiment of a rut filling machine according to the invention. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. 1 is a schematic drawing of a top view of an embodiment of a machine according to the invention; FIG. 2 is a schematic drawing of a side view in partial section of FIG. FIG. 3 is a detailed schematic drawing of the connection of a pair of disks to the frame. DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS As illustrated in the drawing of FIG. 1 without its traction means, the agricultural machine of the invention is referenced M as a whole and ensures the stopping of the ruts O d a path C formed of two wheel tracks separated from a central reservation C1 and having outer edges C2 and C3. This machine M comprises a chassis 100 which can be towed on which are arranged disks 200 which, paired pairs 210 and 220, 230 and 240, 250 and 260, 270 and 280 are oriented so as to break the median Cl and the borders C2 and C3, and to bring the earth towards the ruts O on both sides of which they are arranged. Thus, the machine M will spray the projections formed by the solid central ground and the borders, and move the volume of sprayed earth to the hollow formed ruts O. To do this, it comprises two pairs of discs 210 and 220, 250 and 260 said central disks arranged in V to split and return the earth of the central solid ground C1 and a pair of disks for each edge called side disks 230 and 240, 270 and 280, the pairs being arranged in inverted V relative to the pairs of central discs so that the raised and turned earth is oriented toward the longitudinal space separating the pairs of side disks from the central disk pairs. According to the invention, the pairs of discs 210 and 220, 250 and 260 ensuring the reversal of the earth of the solid earth C1 are offset longitudinally with respect to the pairs of discs 230 and 240, 270, 280 ensuring the overturning of the earth of borders C2 and C3. This offset makes it possible to better distribute the stresses due to the lifting of the earth and thus to reduce the power necessary for the implementation of the machine. According to another particularly advantageous feature of the invention, the machine M comprises a packer roller 300 of the earth returned by the disks - 5 located upstream. As illustrated in the drawing of FIG. 2, this roller, which is a necessary complement to the leveling function, is pivotally mounted relative to a shaft integral with the frame 100.
According to a particularly advantageous characteristic, the height of the frame 100 relative to the axis of rotation of the packing roller 300 is adjustable. As the frame supports the discs, it is therefore possible to adjust their depth of vertical penetration in the path earth with this feature. As illustrated in more detail in FIG. 3 showing the pair of front discs 210 and 220, to optimize their efficiency and compactness, the discs are coupled in pairs on the same horizontal axis 211 itself associated with a vertical axis 212 authorizing adjusting the angular orientation of the pair of disks. It is this angular orientation that will make it possible to adjust the angle of the branches of the X formed by the horizontal axes of the four pairs of disks equipping the machine M. Similarly, said pairs of disks 210 and 220, 230 and 240, 250 and 260, 270 and 280 are adjustable in position relative to the frame 100. The pairs of discs are each independently connected to the cross members 110 of the frame, this link allowing the adjustment of their transverse position, which makes it possible in particular to adjust the width of the working surface of the machine M as well as the width of the area of removal of the returned earth.
15 20 25 35 Indeed, the pairs of disks arranged on both sides of the rut form a reversal path of the earth that can be positioned precisely with respect to the rut to fill. In parallel, this transverse adjustment makes it possible to penetrate laterally more or less deeply the disks in the width of the solid earth Cl or borders C2 and C3. - 6 - These settings ensure optimum spray and leveling functions, depending on track width and rut depth. According to a particularly advantageous characteristic, the machine M comprises a circular coulter 400 disposed on the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the machine. This coulter 400 does not have the function of splitting the earth of the solid earth upstream of the disks, but of proposing the continual creation of a slot in order to prevent the machine from having a transverse movement by a shock or a change. of relief. The grounding of this circular blade 400 creates a transverse support ensuring the transverse stability of the path of the machine. This coulter 400 also makes it possible to split, the volume of soil left by the transverse space separating the two pairs of discs before 210 and 220, and 250 and 260. To do this, the circular blade of the coulter 400 is positioned between the two pairs of discs placed at the front of the machine M. In order to optimize this stabilizing function, the machine M is advantageously equipped with a subsoiler 500. In parallel, this sub-soler 500 ensures the creation of a groove in soil that can be used for drainage or irrigation purposes. It is advantageously disposed downstream of the coulter 400 in the same longitudinal plane of symmetry. It is understood that the agricultural machine, which has just been described and shown above, has been for the purpose of disclosure rather than limitation. Of course, various arrangements, modifications and improvements may be made to the example above, without departing from the scope of the invention. 15 20 25 35
