DESCRIPTIONDESCRIPTION
The present invention relates to the field of the construction industry and public works, in particular the field of the manufacture of construction site materials and in particular the panels for the production of walls or sails, and relates to a device for maintaining outer rod.
Currently, the formwork of walls is generally made by means of panels which are constituted by a formwork surface proper, by ground support means and verticality adjustment, by means of assembling adjoining banches them and by superimposed stacking assembly means, these banks being further provided with auxiliary safety devices, such as traffic platforms, the various components being assembled by means of bolts or pins. The formwork faces of known panels and tables are made either of a welded sheet on the support and shoring infrastructure, or of plywood panels screwed onto said infrastructure. Such strips are described in particular in FR-A-2 470 220 and FR-A-2 598 453. It has also been proposed, in recent achievements, to equip the panels formwork faces laminated or pultruded composite material (see EP-A1 413 696).
These known panels allow, generally, to properly perform their function, namely formwork walls or the like having a good surface and their ancillary devices for adjustment and assembly, as well as safety also perform their role satisfactorily.
The ends of the walls or sails require, for their part, the implementation of special end formwork devices consisting of means for clamping the end panels and means for closing the space between the panels. The clamping means of end panels, known to date, are generally in the form of supports mounted near the vertical banks, foldably against the rear face of the panels and cooperating in pairs of opposite supports, in the service position, with threaded spindle and clamping nut assemblies. -2- These known means allow to obtain a correct clamping of the panels but, however, they require for their assembly relatively long implementation operations, because the threaded pins must imperatively be engaged in the corresponding passages of folding brackets and that the nuts must be screwed on their ends. These operations are carried out by two operators located on either side of the wall or sail to be erected, in order to be able to intervene on both ends of the threaded clamping spindles and to be able to insert the latter into the corresponding supports.
In addition, these known means implement a large number of parts, mobile or independent, which are subject to the risk of deterioration and / or loss. The object of the present invention is to overcome these drawbacks by proposing an external rod holding device enabling a simple and rapid implementation of an end wedge clamping, as well as a safe retraction in the non-use position. For this purpose, this device is characterized in that it is constituted, for each side of banche, by a monoblock arm retractable behind the bank, in the position of non-use, and maintained and guided through a housing of support and guide disposed behind the bank, against the back side of the formwork skin of the banche. The invention will be better understood, thanks to the following description, which relates to a preferred embodiment, given by way of non-limiting example, and explained with reference to the appended diagrammatic drawings, in which: FIG. a partial perspective view of a device according to the invention; Figure 2 is a view on a larger scale, similar to that of Figure 1, showing the monobloc arm according to Figure 1, alone; Figure 3 is a view similar to that of Figure 2 showing the monobloc arm of the opposite side of the side; Figure 4 is a side elevation and sectional view of the device in the retracted position of the monobloc arm; FIG. 5 is a front elevational view of the device provided with the one-piece arm according to FIG. 2, in the operating position, and FIG. 6 is a view similar to that of FIG. 1 showing the device of the bank of FIG. opposite side in service position. Figures 1, 3 and 6 of the accompanying drawings show, by way of example, an external rod holding device intended to be implemented for the clamping of two end boards. According to the invention, this device is constituted, for each side of panel 1, by a monobloc arm 2 retractable behind the edge, in the non-use position, and maintained and guided via a housing 3 of support and guide guide disposed behind the edge, against the rear face of the forming skin 4 of the panel 1. As shown more particularly in Figures 2 to 4 of the accompanying drawings, the one-piece retractable arm 2 is preferably constituted by a guide rod 21 penetrating in the support and guide housing 3 and by a hook-shaped element 22 extending perpendicularly to the guide rod 21, this hook-shaped element 22 constituting an open bearing 22 'for receiving a threaded spindle 5 provided at its ends with clamping nuts 6 (Figure 6). The support and guide housing 3 assigned to the one-piece arm 2 (FIGS. 3 and 5) is advantageously fixed against the rear face of the form skin 4 and against the inner edge of the block side 1 and essentially comprises two vertical walls 31, 32 each provided with a vertical guide slot 31 ', 32', these slots having different heights and each ending in the lower part in a circular bearing receiving the guide rod 21 of the retractable monoblock arm 2. The vertical wall 32 of the housing 3 is disposed at the end of the latter opposite the casing skin 4 and its vertical guide slot 32 'has a height greater than that of the vertical slot 31' of the vertical wall 31 provided in the inside the casing 3, away from the casing skin 4.
According to one characteristic of the invention, the guide rod 21 of the retractable monobloc arm 2 has at its free end opposite to the hook-shaped element 22, a short portion of smaller diameter forming with the rest of said rod 21 a shoulder and intended to receive a lock washer 21 ', held in position by means of an elastic pin 21 ". Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 5 of the accompanying drawings, the guide rod 21 is provided, on the one hand, near the shoulder, a first radial lug 211, whose height projecting from said guide rod 21 is slightly less than that of the vertical guide slot 31 'of the wall 31 of the housing 3 and, secondly, at its connecting end to the hook-shaped element 22, a second radial lug 212 integral with the corresponding face of the element in the form of hook 22, aligned in the same plane as the first erg ot radial 211 and whose height projecting from said guide rod 21 is slightly less than that of the vertical guide slot 32 'of the wall 32 of the housing 3. This conformation of the one-piece arm 2 and the housing 3 support and guiding said arm 2 allows, as is more particularly apparent from Figure 3 of the accompanying drawings, to maintain the one-piece arm 2 in a retracted position retracted relative to the side of the panel 1. Indeed, in this position, the radial pin 212 of the guide rod 21 of the one-piece arm 2 is inserted in the vertical groove 32 'of the wall 32 of the housing 3, the hook-shaped element 22 resting on its rear face against the outer face of the wall 32. According to another characteristic of the invention, the distance between the face of the radial lug 211 of the guide rod 21, facing the rear face of the form skin 4, and the corresponding face of the washer stop 21 'is slightly greater than the thickness of the inner wall 31, the housing 3. In addition, the distance between the face of the first radial lug 211, facing the inner wall 31 of the housing 3 in the retracted position of the one-piece arm 2, and the face of the locking washer 21 'facing said first radial lug 211 is slightly greater than the distance between the inner edge of the second radial lug 212 and the outer edge of the side of the side 1, in the retracted position of the arm 2. Finally, the casing 3 is provided, in front of the outer wall 32, on the inner face of the sidewall 1, a stop 321 extending horizontally, substantially below the plane of the axis of the rod of guide 21 of the monobloc arm 2, at a distance from this plane equal to half the thickness of the second radial lug 212, the distance from the axis of the guide rod 21 to the inner face of the sidewall 1 being slightly less than the distance between the end of the second radial lug 212 and said axis of the guide rod 21. Thus, this second radial lug 212 rests, in the operating position of the one-piece arm 2, on the stop 321, so that the hook-shaped element 22 of said monobloc arm 2 is held in a position in which a threaded spindle provided at its ends with clamping nuts 6 can be mounted in the open bearing 22 'of the hook 22 (FIG. 6). When the monobloc arm 2 is moved to its operating position, the second radial lug 212 is extracted from the vertical guiding groove 32 ', while the first radial lug 211 enters the corresponding vertical guide groove 31' of the the vertical wall 31 of the housing 3. During all the extraction movement of the one-piece arm 2, the first radial lug 211 is thus guided in the groove 31 '. At the end of this guidance, the one-piece arm 2 is in its extreme extraction position, in which the stopper 21 'of the guide rod 21 comes into contact with the corresponding face of the wall 31 of the housing 3. The monobloc arm 2 is then no longer held against rotation and can be pivoted in its operating position shown in Figures 5 and 6 of the accompanying drawings. As described above, the one-piece arm 2 then rests, in a position pivoted at 90, by means of the second radial lug 212 on the stop 321. By an identical displacement of the one-piece arm 2 of the side wall 1 of the banche opposite, said monobloc arm 2 is also brought into the service position and the threaded spindle 5 provided at its ends with clamping nuts 6 can be mounted in the open bearing 22 'of the hooks 22 (Figure 6). According to a feature of the invention, and as shown more particularly in Figures 2 and 4 of the accompanying drawings, the outer rod holder comprises a monobloc arm 2 hook 22 to the right or hook 22 to the left, at least a hook to the right 22 and a hook to the left 22 being provided for each section 1, the corresponding banks of the end of banks forming a wall end or sail each having a monobloc arm 2 symmetrical to that of the other side. Thanks to the invention, it is possible to produce panels having an external rod holding device allowing easy and quick implementation by a single operator, especially during a prior installation of banche before setting up of reinforcement and clamping also by a single operator after closing the end of sail or wall by means of an end formwork also mounted on the bank of banks 1 by means of separate holding. In addition, the device according to the invention allows the implementation of threaded spindles and standard nuts also used for the -6- intermediate clamping at the posts, as well as for clamping at the head of banche. Furthermore, the device according to the invention also finds its use during the horizontal packing of the panels to ensure, in cooperation with threaded pins with nuts, the assembly of several panels. Finally, the outer rod holding device also allows the formwork of poles. Of course, the invention is not limited to the embodiment described and shown in the accompanying drawings. Modifications are possible, particularly from the point of view of the constitution of the various elements or by substitution of technical equivalents, without departing from the scope of protection of the invention.
