Abstract
Description
1 L'invention concerne un véhicule à habitacle découvrable par un toit1 The invention relates to a vehicle with a passenger compartment discoverable by a roof
Conçus en tant qu'éléments ou moyens de tenue et de déplacement, ces moyens élastiques ou flexibles seront favorablement interposés sur la liaison entre la plage arrière mobile et le capot précité, ou le châssis. retractable movable relative to the chassis of the vehicle between several positions and comprising at least one roof element adapted to cover this cabin, in an expanded state of the roof, and to discover it in a retracted state of the roof. The vehicle further comprises a rear shelf, means for holding this rear shelf and for moving it between several positions depending on the state of the roof or its movements relative to the chassis, including a first position of said rear deck, roof retracted. We already know a vehicle and equipped. Regularly, we try to reduce the cost of different parts, or groups of parts, equipment in the automotive industry. It also seeks to facilitate the assembly conditions and the visual appearance of these assemblies, once the parts involved assembled. These two steps are typically to be achieved by avoiding in particular that some important parts of the vehicle suffer, such as appearance parts, as bodywork elements. The present invention takes this into account. To provide a solution to all or part of these considerations, and optimally to each of them, it is proposed: - that at least one between the movable rear shelf and its holding means is adapted to allow, roof retracted, moving rear shelf in its first position 30 and under a downward force, a movement of said movable rear shelf towards the roof element, and that soft contact means exists between the rear shelf movable and the roof element, so that a soft contact is established between them, if they come into contact, during said movement under stress of the movable rear range. Specifically, it is expected that to achieve at least part of this authorized movement of the movable rear shelf, it can itself be flexible. Thus, it will be possible to provide a lighter and / or simpler moving rear deck structure, particularly with fewer ribs than the current movable rear ranges. To favor in particular the aforesaid second consideration (assembly, appearance ...), a proposed solution is: - that the vehicle is typically provided with a movable rear cover covering a storage space allowing at least to housing the roof, in its retracted state, - and that furthermore are provided elastic means, interposed between the movable rear shelf and the hood and allowing at least a portion of said movement of the movable rear shelf under effort. Alternatively or in addition, it is furthermore recommended that elastic means or flexible means ensure the, or participate in, the movement of said range relative to the roof element, under effort. Designed as elements or means for holding and moving, these elastic or flexible means will be favorably interposed on the connection between the movable rear shelf and the aforementioned hood, or the frame.
L'élément de toit arrière 5b est pourvu d'une 30 lunette arrière 11.2910386 3 A flexible mounting of the rear shelf by means of silent blocks or flexible rails is in particular envisaged, for efficiency and ease of production. By the interposition of at least one such resilient member on the connection between the beach and the hood, preferably between the movement mechanism of this beach and the hood (in particular Figs 6 and 10 hereinafter), the beach is then mounted "floating". The foregoing solution elements must make it possible to: - increase the manufacturing tolerances of the movable rear shelf and / or mounting means which surround it: holding means, moving means - to facilitate mounting on the vehicle - 15 - to more easily solve the problems of lack of adjustment during assembly or operation, - to reduce costs, - to limit the assembly time. Furthermore, even if the contact is soft, as provided in the invention, by avoiding permanent contact, while allowing it to be limited in time, under stress or load, the problems of marks that can be left behind will be avoided. on the roof. From the accompanying drawings given solely by way of non-limiting example, the description of various embodiments is presented below, with reference to: FIGS. 1 and 2 which schematize a part of a vehicle viewed from the side, in different states of the roof, hood and rear deck, in FIG. 3 which shows an alternative embodiment, likewise for FIGS. 4 and 5, in several different positrons, FIGS. 7 and 8 which refer to figs. 5, 1.2, in half-view from below the hood, - in FIGS. 9 and 10 which show the sections IX-IX and XX, respectively, - in FIG. 11 which shows, in half-view from below, an alternative of carrying out the mobility of the rear deck. Figures 1 and 2, the vehicle 1 comprises a chassis 3 provided with a body, with a retractable roof 5. The roof 5 is movable between an extended position shown in Figure 1, where it covers the passenger compartment 7 of the vehicle, and a retracted position shown in Figure 2 where the cabin is discovered. For this, the roof 5 is articulated on the frame 3 about a rear main axis of articulation 500a, under the action of drive means, known per se, which may comprise, laterally, a system of articulated arms and / or slides. The roof 5 comprises at least one element or roof panel to cover and discover the cabin. In the example, two elements or roof panels 5a, 5b are provided, movable between them, here articulated at 9. In the deployed state, the two roof elements are one behind the other, in continuity line, and cover the cockpit. The rear roof element 5b is provided with a rear window 11.
In the retracted state, they are folded toward each other, here with the front roof element 5a above the rear roof element 5b. Both deployed and retracted, the roof front element 5a has, upwardly, an outer convex face 50a and is disposed generally flat, in the retracted state where the roof 5, and thus its elements 5a, 5b, are stored in the storage space 13 of the vehicle behind the passenger compartment 7. This space 13 is located under the bodywork and is open upwardly at a place that can be closed by a movable cover. It could be a barrel-type hood. This is a trunk lid 17. Thus, in this preferred example, the overall volume of the trunk 17 serves both to store the roof -high volume- and to dispose of luggage. The cover 15 is hinged to the frame 3, at 15a, to open in order to allow the roof to pass during its movements between the deployed and retracted states, and to close once each of these states reached, then covering the tidy roof. To allow this, the articulation 15a is favorably located at the rear of the hood, and here of the vehicle.
This rear articulation 15a allows the hood to open by pivoting rearwardly (AR), as shown in broken lines in FIG. 1, and to close by pivoting forward (AV). For access to the luggage storage space, the hood 15 may be hinged to the frame, 15b, in front, to tilt around this hinge 15b, 6 2910386 forward to open and to the back to close. The cover 15 may be in one or more parts. A two-part bonnet embodiment, as in EP 857,598, is contemplated. Figures 1 and 2, the vehicle 1 is further provided with a movable rear shelf 19 covering, in certain positions of the roof 5, an access space to the trunk 17 and / or the rear storage space of the roof.
In the illustrated example, a second movable rear shelf 21 acts as a support range, behind the seats 27 of the passenger compartment 7, the roof deployed over it and this cabin. The beach 21 is linked to the rear roof element 15 5b and moves with the roof. Roof deployed, it occupies most of the space at least 29 occupied by the beach 19, roof retracted. A single movable rear range could however fulfill all the aforementioned functions, both roof 20 deployed retracted roof. Thus, FIG. 3, a single marked range 23 fulfills: The functions of the aforementioned movable rear ranges 19 and 2: L. Briefly - see for details FR 2 759 729 - the movable rear apron 23 is articulated in rotation about a fixed axis 25 on the frame 3, via tabs 62 fixed to the partition 31. It is thus mounted between the rear of the passenger compartment 7 and the front end of the hood when the latter is in its closed state over the storage space of the roof, here the trunk 30 17.
Figure 4, il s'agit à nouveau d'une solution à plage arrière mobile unique 33. Both roof deployed and retracted in its storage space, the rear shelf 23 is in a substantially flat state, pivoted rearward and upward. Retracted roof, this range 23 serves, substantially in the same position (solid lines in FIG. 3), of additional covering cover of the space 13 / trunk 17, thus filling the space 29 which exists between the front edge hood 15 and the rear environment of the passenger compartment 7, at the location of the upper belt 3a 10 box. Its position may be substantially identical roof retracted. When the roof 5 has to be allowed to extend or retract, the track 23 is in its pivoted state towards the front, retracted substantially vertically along the partition wall 31 between the rear of the passenger compartment, here the rear of the rear seats 27, and the space 13. Such a clearance of the space 29 and the opening towards the rear of the hood 15 allow the passage of the roof 5. FIG. Yet, in this example, the range is pivotable on an axis of rotation 33a carried by the cover 150, which here is pivotally mounted on the body 3 only at the location of its pivoting rear articulation 150a for tilting, as indicated by the arrow F1, either towards the rear to open (mixed lines) or towards the front to be closed over the trunk 17.
In broken lines, we also see, in this figure, the roof 5 in the intermediate folded position, hood 150 open trunk.
For its rotation relative to the cover 150, lateral tabs 63, like the tab 65 of FIG. 4, allow the movable track 33 to move. These tabs are preferably located exclusively at the lateral ends of this beach. They are fixed under the hood 150. FIGS. 4 and 5 show that it is the tilting towards the rear of the movable rear shelf 33, under the hood, which, from the deployed state of the roof 10 FIG. allows the free tilting back of the hood, then the retraction of the roof 5. The range 33 is favorably in one part-monobloc-, in particular not in two parts hinged together. As both the deployed roof, FIG. 4, and the roof retracted inside the trunk 17, FIG. 5, the movable rear deck, then deployed, occupies the space 29 in front of the front end 150b of the hood. Other types of movable rear apron are usable, for example the solution of WO 2004/078520 which will be likened to that which is schematized in FIGS. 1 and 2, and in more detail FIGS. 6 to 10. FIGS. 1 and 2 therefore, the movable rear shelf 19 is held and made movable by means 40 comprising a movement mechanism 41 allowing this range to be: - either retracted under the rear cover 15, as in Figure 1 where the roof is deployed this position being moreover maintained during the movement of the roof between its deployed and retracted states, it is advanced to fill at least part of the space 29 mentioned above, when the roof 5 is retracted, here stored in the trunk 17, as in Figure 2.
The movement mechanism 41 illustrated comprises a slide system 43 which can be carried by the cover 15, on the lower face, and thus be movable with it. Two slide systems or rails located towards the inner 5 lateral ends of the hood are in particular envisaged. On each side, a carriage 45 connects the movable track 19 to the respective rail 43 where the corresponding carriage can move in translation, under the control of a cable 47 moved by a motor which may be unique, 49. Each carriage 45 to which the range 19 is connected by the levers 51 allows this range to be, in normal use situation-that is to say without vertical force F directed downwards exerted on it-in its advanced position of the Figure 2, kept flat. In this position, the intermediate space 29 could of course be occupied only in part by the beach 19, another movable range that can fill the remaining space, using for this for example a range 20 mounted on the body, at the top of the partition 31. Each rail 43 could be carried by the frame. Here it is preferred to fix them under the cover 15. Their maintenance, and therefore that of the track 19, is ensured by lugs 53 which may comprise a flexible or elastic connection means 55, such as a silent block which is going to deform under the force F (Figure 6). If, in the advanced position of this FIG. 6, retracted roof 5, an intermediate space 57 naturally exists between the beach 19 and the roof below, then each connecting means 55 will flex under this effort F. The bottom of the beach 19 may then enter into contact with the surface 50a of the nearest roof element. To avoid possible damage of the contact, soft contact means 59 are interposed between them.
Space 57 exists, despite the presence of these soft contact means. Excluding effort exerted, the beach 19 does not just mark the roof, nor be supported below by it. As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, these soft contact means 10 are favorably connected to the lower face of the strip 19, rather than carried by another piece, in the form of a plate or strip, continuous (FIG. 7) or not, or else as spaced studs (Figure 8). Figures 7 and 8, the solid lines show the range 19 deployed forward (AV) here to the immediate vicinity of the body area 3a. The dashed lines show it in its retracted state, pushed back to the rear of the rails 43. FIG. 9, like FIGS. 1 and 2, the rear deck 19 is itself deformable. If it is supported on it with the downward force F, while it is deployed, its light structure flexes until it touches the roof element 5a via the contact means. These mild contact means may be made of felt, elastic material such as rubber, or the like. Alternatively or in addition to the above, any connecting piece between the cover 15 and the track 19 could be deformable to allow this movement of the track 19 under stress from top to bottom, towards the roof 5 or any part concerned located at least partly below.
Thus, as FIG. 10, the rails 43 may be flexible over all or part of their length, the protection of the roof or any other element present being provided by the soft contact means which could be provided on any part. likely to come in contact with the part concerned. The levers 51 could also be flexible for the same purpose. The aforementioned flexible means (levers, rails,...) May comprise elastic means resuming their natural state out of stress. Thus, the rails would resume their reference position, if no effort is exerted on the rear shelf or on them.
Combining two zones of flexibility may be appropriate. Thus, Figures 4 and 5, the rear shelf 33 is flexible. But the elastic / flexible blocks 61, further interposed at the location of the tabs 63 for holding and moving this rear deck, also allow the latter to move under the force F towards the roof 5 (FIG. 5). , bending inwards, all returning to its original state, once the effort is removed.
13This flexible block solution is used in FIG. 3 (at 61 ') on each tab 65 where the rear shelf 19 may be rigid. 11, the intrinsically flexible articulated levers 67, 69 define a deformable system and replace the aforementioned tabs or rails and trolleys, for the longitudinal movement of the rear shelf 19 between the underside of the rear shelf and the space 29 12 2910386 always in front of her. These levers are articulated together, and on the beach 19 and under the hood 15. A mounting on the frame would be possible. The flexible connection of the levers 67, 69 with the track 19 allows movement under stress. An articulation of the levers between them around horizontal axes is possible, for a tilting of the range back and forth, and vice versa, while maintaining substantially flat. All the solutions presented above are interchangeable with each other and combinable. They only show a few possible embodiments of the invention. 13
