Ensemble (1) pour véhicule automobile comprenant un siège (2) et un logement (6) ménagé dans un plancher (8) présentant une surface supérieure (9), ledit siège comportant une assise (3) et un dossier (4) mobiles entre une position escamotée dans laquelle le siège (2) est replié dans ledit logement (6) et une position d'utilisation du siège, ledit siège (2) comprenant au moins une bielle (12) montée pivotante autour d'un axe de pivotement (10) par rapport à un élément de référence (5), au moins une articulation motorisée (23) présentant un axe de rotation (20) différent de l'axe de pivotement (10) de la bielle (12) et un système de transmission intermédiaire (14, 18, 22) entre l'articulation motorisée (23) et la bielle (12) pour commander la rotation de la bielle (12), ledit système de transmission intermédiaire (14, 18, 22) présentant un encombrement minimisé pour permettre l'escamotage complet du siège (2) dans le logement (6).
