L'invention concerne un ensemble cahier de feuilles et élément de couvrure correspondant (1) comportant un cahier de feuilles (3) et un élément de couvrure (5), caractérisé en ce que l'élément de couvrure (5) comprend deux feuilles de couverture (9), en matière plastique semi-rigide ou souple, au moins de la dimension des feuilles (7) du cahier de feuilles (3), lesdites feuilles de couverture (9) étant reliées l'une à l'autre et au cahier de feuilles (3) par au moins un même élément de liaison (17) au dos (15) du cahier de feuilles (3) pour former un ensemble cahier et élément de couvrure solidaire (1).
