Abstract

The device has a thin part (15) with fixation units (17) and closing units (19). The units (17) are used for integrating the part (15) with a unit (3). A pivot (21) is mounted concentrically to a pipe (7), where the pivot has an end mounted perpendicular to a core of the part and in a proximal part of the pipe by fitting. The closing units of a unit (5) permits to sensitize an operator for mounting the unit (3).

un véhicule automobile [1] L'invention se rapporte à un dispositif d'avertissement du non montage de l'organe d'un équipement sur un véhicule automobile. [2] Les véhicules automobiles sont de plus en plus complexes. Lors du montage final d'un véhicule, il est nécessaire d'opérer de plus en plus d'opérations. Cela peut amener à oublier le raccordement entre deux organes ou la io solidarisation d'un moyen de fixation. Dès lors, pour améliorer la qualité de montage, il naît un besoin de sensibiliser l'opérateur sur des pièces partiellement cachées à monter. [3] Le but de la présente invention est de pallier tout ou partie les inconvénients cités précédemment en proposant une 15 pièce simple permettant de déterminer les pièces non raccordées. [4] A cet effet, l'invention se rapporte à un dispositif d'avertissement du non montage d'un organe comportant une pièce comprenant des moyens de fixation audit organe 20 caractérisé en ce que ladite pièce comporte des moyens d'obturation d'un deuxième organe permettant de sensibiliser l'opérateur à la nécessité de monter ledit premier organe. [5] Conformément à d'autres caractéristiques avantageuses de l'invention : 25 - les moyens de fixation de la pièce sont montés sur la partie utile dudit premier organe obligeant lors du montage dudit premier organe à enlever complètement ledit dispositif d'avertissement afin d'attester dudit montage ; 30 - les moyens de fixations comporte un pivot emmanché sur ledit organe sensiblement perpendiculairement à ladite pièce ; - les moyens d'obturation comporte un couvercle en prolongement de ladite pièce ; - les premier et deuxième organes sont solidaires du même équipement afin de monter sensiblement en même temps les deux organes. [6] L'invention se rapporte également à un équipement pour véhicule automobile caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins un dispositif d'avertissement de non montage d'un organe conforme à l'une des variantes précédentes, lequel équipement est un groupe de climatisation. [7] D'autres particularités et avantages ressortiront io clairement de la description qui en est faite ci-après, à titre indicatif et nullement limitatif, en référence aux dessins annexés, dans lesquels : - la figure 1 est une vue en perspective lorsque le dispositif d'avertissement est dans sa position active ; 15 - la figure 2 est une vue en perspective lorsque le dispositif d'avertissement est dans sa position inactive. [8] Comme illustré à la figure 1 ou 2, on peut voir une vue partielle du bas d'un groupe de climatisation généralement annoté 1 pour un véhicule automobile. Le montage d'un tel 20 équipement dans l'habitacle du véhicule est réalisé entre le garnissage de la caisse en blanc et le montage de la planche de bord. En général, le groupe de climatisation 1 est déjà monté sur la planche de bord lorsque cette dernière est posée dans l'habitacle. 25 [9] Cela soulève des problèmes car certains organes du groupe de climatisation 1 deviennent moins visibles, soit par la proximité des garnissages déjà montés tels que des insonorisants souples, soit par la planche de bord elle-même. Il peut alors arriver que ces organes ne soient pas entièrement 30 fixés ou raccordés par oubli. [10] Comme visible à la figure 2, le bas du groupe de climatisation 1 comporte essentiellement deux organes 3 et 5. Le premier organe 3 est un moyen d'évacuation de l'eau de condensation du groupe de climatisation. Il comporte essentiellement une conduite 7 sensiblement cylindrique affleurant du bas du groupe de climatisation 1. [1 1 ] Le deuxième organe 5 comporte un carter 9 dans lequel est aménagé un trou 11 traversant de section sensiblement oblongue. Le carter 9 est utilisé pour supporter mécaniquement le moyen de fixation (non représenté) du bas du groupe de climatisation 1 qui sera monté au travers du trou 11. [12] Dans l'illustration de la figure 2 et au regard de la io problématique expliquée ci-dessus, la pratique a vérifié que le premier organe 3 était parfois non raccordé ce qui avait pour conséquence d'évacuer l'eau de condensation à l'intérieur du véhicule et notamment sur les moquettes de plancher. Pour éviter cela et sensibiliser le monteur, on utilise selon 15 l'invention un dispositif d'avertissement 13 du non montage d'un organe. [13] Selon l'invention, le dispositif d'avertissement 13 comporte une pièce 15 mince en un matériau rigide qui peut être, par exemple, un polymère. La pièce 15 comporte des 20 moyens de fixation 17 et des moyens d'obturation 19. Les moyens de fixation 17 sont utilisés pour solidariser la pièce 15 au premier organe 3. Ainsi, ils comportent principalement un pivot 21 monté concentriquement à la conduite 7. Préférentiellement selon l'invention, les extrémités du pivot 21 25 sont montées respectivement perpendiculairement à l'âme de la pièce 15 et par emmanchement dans la partie proximale de la conduite 7. [14] Les moyens d'obturation 19 comportent principalement un couvercle 23 apte à boucher le trou 11 et, par conséquent, 30 apte à recouvrir partiellement le carter 9. Pour faciliter ledit recouvrement, le couvercle 23 comporte une forme concordante à l'enveloppe extérieure du carter 9. Préférentiellement selon l'invention, le couvercle 23 est monté sensiblement parallèlement et en prolongement de l'âme de la 35 pièce 15. [15] Le fonctionnement du dispositif d'avertissement 13 va maintenant être expliqué. Avantageusement selon l'invention, le dispositif d'avertissement 13 permet d'attirer l'attention sur le premier organe 3 par empêchement du montage du second organe 5. Cela ne permet pas à coup sûr que la conduite 7 soit raccordée, cependant si le monteur l'oublie, le non montage sera à coup sûr détecté en aval du poste du monteur par la présence du dispositif d'avertissement 13. [16] Le groupe de climatisation 1 est livré préférentiellement io avec le dispositif d'avertissement 13 déjà monté dessus comme illustré à la figure 1. De la sorte lors du montage du groupe de climatisation 1, l'opérateur qui veut le solidariser par des moyens de fixation au carter 9 en est empêché par la pièce 15 comme illustré à la figure 1. 15 [17] Il n'a d'autres choix que d'enlever la pièce 15 qui bouche le trou 11 en l'extirpant de la conduite 7 comme illustré à la figure 2. L'opérateur pense alors à raccorder la conduite 7 puis à monter lesdits moyens de fixation au carter 9. Comme expliqué ci-dessus, si l'opérateur se borne à faire pivoter la 20 pièce 15 afin que les moyens d'obturation 19 ne bouchent plus le trou 11, le non montage de la conduite 7 sera quand même détecté en aval du poste de l'opérateur par la présence de la pièce 15. [18] Bien entendu, la présente invention ne se limite pas à 25 l'exemple illustré mais est susceptible de diverses variantes et modifications qui apparaîtront à l'homme de l'art. En particulier, un dispositif d'avertissement 13 tel qu'expliqué ci-dessus ne saurait se limiter aux organes cités 3, 5 et/ou à un groupe de climatisation 1 mais peut s'appliquer à n'importe 30 quel organe et/ou équipement. It may then happen that these organs are not entirely fixed or connected by forgetting. [10] As shown in Figure 2, the bottom of the air conditioning unit 1 comprises essentially two members 3 and 5. The first member 3 is a means for discharging the condensation water of the air conditioning unit. It essentially comprises a substantially cylindrical pipe 7 flush with the bottom of the air conditioning unit 1. [1 1] The second member 5 comprises a housing 9 in which is formed a through hole 11 of substantially oblong section. In order to avoid this and to sensitize the assembler, according to the invention a warning device 13 of the non-assembly of an organ is used. [13] According to the invention, the warning device 13 comprises a thin piece 15 of a rigid material which may be, for example, a polymer. The part 15 comprises fastening means 17 and closure means 19. The fastening means 17 are used to secure the piece 15 to the first member 3. Preferably according to the invention, the ends of the pivot 21 are respectively mounted perpendicularly to the core of the part 15 and by fitting in the proximal part of the pipe 7. To facilitate said overlap, the cover 23 has a shape matching the outer casing of the casing 9. The operator then thinks of connecting the pipe 7 and then to mounting said fastening means to the housing 9 As explained above, if the operator merely pivots the part 15 so that the closure means 19 no longer closes the hole 11, the non-assembly of the pipe 7 will still be detected downstream of the station of the operator by the presence of the part 15.
