Abstract

Un Bouchon (1) servant par exemple à fermer un récipient à poche souple ou à parois compressibles est muni d'une tête de distribution (5) comportant une partie fixe (6) et une partie (7) en appui sur la partie (6) et pouvant s'en écarter pour laisser passer le produit par l'orifice (7.a) dont elle est munie.La partie (7) comporte un orifice (7.a), une partie (7.b) venant s'appliquer hermétiquement sur la partie supérieure de la partie (6.b) de la pièce (6), une partie extensible (7.c) constituée d'une ou de plusieurs pliures en forme de soufflet d'accordéon et une partie fixe (7.d) fixée au col de bouchon.La partie fixe (6) est composée d'une partie (6.a) venant en complémentarité de la partie (7.a) bouchant hermétiquement cet orifice, d'une partie (6.b) qui vient en appui hermétique sur la partie (7.b) de la partie (7) et d'une partie (6.c) qui relie la partie fixe (6) au col du bouchon (1). Cette partie (6.c) pouvant être composée d'une ou de plusieurs entretoises reliées à un anneau qui vient s'encastrer dans une échancrure du col de bouchon.Au repos, la partie (7.c) en forme de soufflet est pliée et joue le rôle d'un ressort qui applique hermétiquement la partie supérieure de la pièce (7) sur la partie supérieure de la pièce (6), si bien que l'air extérieur ne peut pas passer par l'orifice (7.a) qui est étroitement bouché.Quand le produit est mis sous pression, par exemple quand l'utilisateur d'un flacon à parois compressibles a exercé une pression sur les parois du flacon se traduisant par une pression interne qui exerce une force sur la pièce (7) et en particulier sur sa partie (7.b) ; cela a pour effet de déplier les pliures du soufflet (7.c) et d'écarter la pièce (7.b) de son appui sur la pièce (6.b). L'orifice (7.a) est ainsi dégagé et le produit peut sortie de la tête de distribution (5).Quand la pression interne (P2) disparaît, la pièce (7.b) revient en position de repos en venant en appui sur la pièce (6.b) ce qui obture hermétiquement l'orifice (7.a), le bouchon se referme automatiquement grâce à l'effet ressort de la partie (7.c).
