Description

  • La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'ouverture et de fermeture d'une bouteille à l'aide d'un bouchon doté d'une paille flexible à une extrémité permettant de boire tout type de produit liquide propre à la consommation.
  • Aujourd'hui l'ouverture et la fermeture des bouteilles se fait :
    • par vissage et dévissage d'un bouchon
    • par décapsulation
    • par levée ou poussée manuelle d'un embout
    • ou encore à l'aide d'un tire bouchon.
  • L'absorption des liquides se fait :
    • en portant à la bouche le goulot ou l'embout de la bouteille
    • ou en y introduisant une paille.
  • Le document US-B-6 427 928 montre un bouchon avec une paille correspondant au préambule de la revendication 1.
  • Le dispositif selon l'invention comporte plusieurs caractéristiques :
    • Un bouchon en plastique s'adaptant sur tout type de bouteille, s'ouvrant dans sa hauteur par une pression manuelle exercée sur le bouchon en écartant vers l'extérieur deux parties amovibles et laissant apparaître une paille.
    • Les parties amovibles sont constituées dans le haut à l'intérieure d'une butée de calage permettant le maintient de la paille à la verticale, d'un renfort assurant la fermeture de la paille, et sur le long un système d'attaches mâle et femelle le tout garantissant l'étanchéité du bouchon en position fermé.
    • La première partie de la paille est constituée d'une partie fixe et d'une partie flexible permettant un confort d'utilisation. En effet, grâce à cette flexibilité l'utilisateur a la possibilité de déplier la paille en tirant vers le haut pour boire, et de la replier jusqu'à sa position initiale pour pouvoir refermer le bouchon.
    • La seconde partie de la paille traverse la base du bouchon et est immergée dans la bouteille avec une forme incurvée, permettant ainsi de récupérer tout le liquide contenu dans la bouteille.
  • Les dessins annexés illustrent l'invention :
    • la figure 1 représente le dispositif de l'invention en position fermé.
    • la figure 2 représente le dispositif de l'invention en position ouverte avec la partie flexible de la paille non détendue.
      • ■ la figure 3 représente le dispositif de l'invention en position ouverte avec la partie flexible de la paille détendue.
  • En référence à ces dessins, le dispositif comporte 2 parties amovibles (1) représentées sous la forme d'une mâchoire de crocodile.Pour ouvrir le bouchon, l'utilisateur effectue une pression manuel sur les parties amovibles et les tirent vers l'extérieur Ces dernières reposent sur une base plastique (2) qui se visse ou se fixe sur une bouteille.Cette base est traversée par une paille (3) dont une partie se trouvant dans le liquide. Les parties amovibles (1) sont constituées dans le haut d'une butée de calage (4) permettant de maintenir à la verticale la paille quand le bouchon est en position fermé, d'un renfort (5) permettant la fermeture de la paille et d'un système de fermeture mâle (8) et femelle (9) le tout permettant l'étanchéité du bouchon. La paille laisse bien apparaître une partie fixe (6) et une partie flexible (7). Pour boire l'utilisateur tire vers le haut cette dernière.
  • Le dispositif selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné à l'équipement des bouteilles proposant tout type de liquide propre à la consommation.

Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif d'ouverture et de fermeture d'une bouteille comprenant un bouchon comprenant une base couplée à une paille (3); la paille (3) comprenant une partie destinée à être dans la bouteille, et deux autres parties qui se trouvent à l'intérieur du bouchon et comprennent une partie fixe et une partie flexible (7), caractérisé en ce que le bouchon s'ouvre dans sa hauteur par pression manuelle sur deux parties amovibles (1) reposant sur la base (2).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les deux parties amovibles (1) comprennent une butée de calage (4), un renfort de fermeture de la paille (5), un système de fermeture male (8), et un système de fermeture femelle (9).
  3. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que la paille (3,6,7) est solidaire de la base (2).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la partie de la paille (3) qui est destinée à être dans la bouteille a une forme incurvée.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la base (2) se visse ou se fixe sur une bouteille.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la base (2) est en plastique.
