Abstract

Dispositif destiné à pomper, à mélanger et à distribuer du carburant classique (gazole, essence, essence sans/plomb, etc...) à du biocarburant (bioéthanol, esters, huiles végétales, diester, etc...) dans un véhicule ou dans une cuve.L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant de mélanger automatiquement du biocarburant à un carburant classique suivant un taux prédéfini sur un automate de gestion intégré.Il est constitué d'une cabine monobloc qui comprend dans sa partie basse et pour chaque produit, un groupe de pompage (1) entraîné par un moteur (2) qui permet de pomper le produit en cuve et de le refouler sous pression dans un mesureur (6) couplé à un émetteur (8) qui traduit le volume de produit mesuré en impulsions destinées à l'automate de gestion (19) pour pouvoir piloter l'ouverture et la fermeture des vannes proportionnelles (22) suivant un taux prédéfini de biocarburant.Le dispositif selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné au remplissage de réservoirs véhicules, d'engins, et de cuves de stockage.
